I been taking xenadrine rfa-x for 2 weeks now with a strict diet and regular cardio almost 4-5 times a week fist week i have started with 2 pills a day (morning et before supper) et gradually up to 4 pills a day at the same time. This is a great product, it gives me a lot of energy during the day and during my work out, without crash of energy like other product. Il also give me no side effect like other products. I see nice progress and recommand this product to everyone.

I need to lose about 75lbs. I HATE exercising! Does it give you the total energy you need to start? ALso is this good for long term use? Help!

I been taking this pill for 8days with a moderate diet and 1 1/2hrs of exercise every day and I have lost 10lbs! It gives me alot of energy to exercise because I was not a big fan of exercising. I am totally loving it……. I will keep posting weekly or bi-weekly the progress….. ;)

This product is very much worth a try i have been taking it sense Jan 27th 2009 and i have already lost 16 pounds and counting and moderate diet with exercise
