    all diet pills work but they always have a bounce back so you are only throwing youre money away no matter what you take all we have to do is hit the gym for a few weeks get where you want and eat less that worked for me not doing no special deits didn’t change the way I eat or bought any meals just eat what Iwanted and went to the gym 3 or 4 times a week for 30 mintues did differnt things at the gym every time I went so its fun that’s my advice to who wants to take it..

    exercise has been proven not to be that effective in weight loss. yes, exercise is important for health, but it dosen’t really help you lose weight. diet is the only thing that really matters.
