Can Ventilean Help You Lose Weight?

According to the manufacturers you can “burn fat faster than diet and exercise alone.” This sounds really good but so does every other fat burner’s claims. Is Ventilean really effective? Let’s take a closer look.

It’s All About the Energy

The manufacturers claim that Ventilean works by providing litpothermic energy. They say this helps the body burn fats quicker and easier. Having more energy is a good thing but it doesn’t necessarily tie in with fat burning and that is what we are trying to accomplish when we take a fat burner.

Ingredients In Ventilean

Ventilean contains several ingredients that supposedly assist the body in burning fat and staying energized for hours. The ingredients within Ventilean are Guarana, Pantothenic Acid, Zi-Shi, Vitamin B3, Vinpocetine, Yohimbe, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B6, and Vitamin B12.

Although these are all good for overall health, there are not a lot of studies that link these ingredients to weight loss and none to appetite suppression, which is disappointing, considering we take fat burners to lose weight.

One of the ingredients in Ventilean is Yohimbe. Yohimbe comes from an extract of an African tree called Yohimbine.  Yohimbe is often used as a natural aphrodisiac.

It has been shown to cause unpredictable effects on blood pressure; Yohimbe should be approached with caution.

The FDA lists these as possible side effects, renal failure, seizures, anxiety, and even death. Yikes! It probably is only a matter of time until Yohimbe is banned by the FDA from the market.

An Expensive Product

Ventilean is available for about $60, which is around double the cost of similar products. You can get it cheaper on Ebay as it appears people are trying to unload it.
