As with green tea, there are lots of healthy benefits that you can get from it. Be careful with those diet pills, there are side effects that you can get from it.

I have been using Trimspa X32 for a few years. My personal experience with this product is positive. I lost 10lbs in two months; however like Brian, I watched what I ate(three meals a day) and excercised. I like the product because it does not suppress my appetite totally-which in my opinion is not good; and it does not make me shaky or queasy-like other supplements I have tried. I think the keys to success are consistency, proper eating and excercise. It works when I put on pounds and I need to shape up without the uneasy feelings.

You people must take it and still eat whatever you want and sit on your asses!!! There is still diet and exercise required with any diet pill. It was the first diet pill i tried and with a healthy diet and regularly exercising daily I lost 25lbs in 2 months. Dont be lazy!!!!!!!!!!

Don’t you think it’s weird that they still have Anna Nicole’s picture on the bottle, even after she died from taking contraindicated drugs?

I was thinking the samething Stephanie. The only really good thing about this website is that you can read what other people thought of different products. Sometimes it seems as if some of the people are working for the site and posting comments.

I was just wondering why this website was bashing green tea on the green tea diet pill and then saying it was the only good ingrediant in this pill. Maybe this site is just promoting the only 3 diet pills that they want to sell?????
