I also have had bad headaches with CLA. I gained 3lbs. in my stomach last week. I also walk some day, but with the headaches I do not feel like walking.

I have been using CLA for some time now. I have no side effects, I found that my stomach has gotten flatter. I do lift weights and cardio and I found that CLA gave me that little boost I needed to get over my plateau. My muscle definition is more apparent. I’m sure if I improved my eating habits, I would see even better results.

That is interesting. I am quite overweight and I have tried Tonalin for 8 months (with the diet failing to help me lose). One person noticed diabetes. I have just been told that I now have basic diabetes last week when I thought this was rather odd since I do not eat much sugar or even dessert and before when I tested my blood I was fine. I also was wondering if I was getting a more “manly” look (quite slight but I was still curious). I read that this pill might build mass, and I must reduce fat for my health. I caution people and I might stop taking it.

I have been using tonalin CLA. it cause bad stomach cramps and pain all day and especially in afternoon bloting and headache..

I ended up on this site because I was doing a search for side effects. Ever since I started taken Tonalin (Vitamin Shoppe brand) 5 days ago, I have been having severe stomach pain, abdominal bloating and cramping. I am really disappointed in this product as I had high hopes for it but will be unable to take it any longer.

i started taking cla a week ago i have had the worst headaches i ever got in my life starting in my left temple also feel bloted and tired, dont think this is for me.

Not sure about this brand but started taking it two weeks ago and have now very sever HEADACHES! not worth it I feel awful..
