Superfats Review

Superfats is definitely a weird name for a fat burner, I guess Superlards was already taken. Let’s take a closer look at Superfats and see if it can help you lose weight.

Pine Nut Oil?

One of the main ingredients in Superfats is an extract from Pine Nut Oil. They have a study posted that claims that there are definite links between weight loss and pine nut oil. This all seemed very intriguing until I researched the study and found out that Lipid Nutrition, the same company that manufactures Pinnothin, a type of pine nut oil, did the study. There goes the validity of that study.

Sesame Oil and CLA

The other two main ingredients in Superfats are Sesame Oil and CLA (aka conjugated linoleic acid). The active compound of sesame oil, called sesamin supposedly highers the oxidation of fatty acids in the liver and muscle tissue (which should result in increased fat burning), as well as lowering the levels of enzymes which contribute to the storage of fat.
Problems with the research that gathered this information is that it were conducted on animals. As everybody knows, results often times vary between animals and humans.
CLA is an ingredient where links have been found between it and weight loss but the problem is they are not very strong links.
Another problem with Superfats is that it is a blend. We have no idea how much of each ingredient is in there. When companies don’t disclose information like that it usually means they have “watered” down the pills with useless fillers.

  • Contains several organic ingredients

  • Inconclusive Scientific Research
  • Proprietary Blend
  • Doesn’t Contain Fat Burners

Final Veridict-

There are some good things in Superfats but just not enough to help you lose substantial weight.

I did not lose any weight while using Superfats. I am probably just another unsatisfied customer.
