If you go to the Smartburn web site you will notice that there is a lot of hype and claims. But are these claims valid? Let’s take a closer look.
Studies Done by Smart Burn, More Questions than Answers
Smartburn is a fat burner that has been designed specifically for women. According to their website you can “lose 450% the weight than just by diet and exercise alone.” Wow! It appears this is the best find since Columbus discovered America. The problem with the study was that it wasn’t done on Smartburn the product but on some of the ingredients in Smartburn. This makes us skeptical.
The fine print also reveals that the studies were done in Cameroon, Africa, which is suspicious. The company is from the States, what are they doing in Africa? What is there purpose in going to Africa? You be the judge.
Ingredients in Smartburn
There isn’t a whole lot that is effective in the ingredient mix for Smartburn. It contains among other things: Calcium and Potassium Mix, CitriMax, Roseroot, Gymnema Silvestre Extract, Astaxanthin, Theanine, Hoodia, and Green Tea, and Acetyl Tryosine.
The only ingredient that has any hard evidence that can contribute to weight loss is Green Tea. The problem is that there is not a substantial amount of green tea in Smartburn for it to make a considerable difference.
