This is not a good product. I have yet to see even a sign of good results.

slimquick did work for me but as soon as you stop using it I gained weight back. So the weight I lost was maybe only water weight. So added in some extras I lost 2 inches off my belly and legs in just 2 weeks. I work out 2 hours a day and eat less then 1700 calories a day so does it work who knows but so far so good I only use the product during the week and as soon as i run out I wont be purchasing again.

Isn’t it funny how these diet pills never work.

I STARTED TAKING SLIMQUICK HOODIA ON THE 8TH OF JULY AND WEIGHT 194. NOW ON JULY 26 IM 183 SO I THINK SLIMQUICK WORKS.

I took a SlimQuick one morning and didn’t read all the warnings. I had had a dark chocolate bar the night before, and a SlimFast bar for breakfast with a cup of decaf tea. Two hours later I was shaking, sweating and extremely nauseous. I threw up for a few hours and could barely make it to bed from the dizziness.

IT WAS AWFUL!! DO NOT TAKE THIS IF YOU ARE SENSITIVE TO CAFFEINE…IT IS VERY DANGEROUS!

I started using it for just a week and i have awful stomack pain and they didn’t say that it has any side effect! i hate this stuf

omg i just went and bought this stuff.(slimquick)but now i am to scared to take it after all the nasty things that were said about it…maybe I should just try losing weight the old fasjion way and work out

I started using slim quick cleanse and I used it for the whole seven days and also i workout for twice a day once in the morning i was doing tabo and a 30 minute walk i was drinking at least a half a gallon of water if not a full gallon at least 1 pound and i decided that i should start using slim quick capsule and i havent lost any weight using this product and it was a waste of $133.00 I was using this for at leats three months or two and have had lucks

I just started taking it on Thursday Aug 28. I thought what the commercial was advertising and how it would help all the other aspects the bloating, stress and etc. I really didn’t realize it was mostly filled with caffine. I used to take dexatrim in the early 80′s. I’ll watch for the signs. In the 80′s dexatrim used to feel like a go go pill.

I took it and I actually liked it. It did make me very hyper tho, but I enjoyed the energy it gave me. I stopped it and began having cravings for more food so I binged -_- … Sigh…

I also took Slimquick and I think it’s working great. I have the energy to workout everyday and I’ve lost 8 pounds already (in two weeks)! I have also been taking Herbalife and Juice Plus, which help with my dieting and nutrition; I feel like Slimquick has changed my attitude.

I have been taking slimquick for about 3 days now. I have to pee all the time and have constipation as well. I don’t think I’ll be purchasing another bottle of this either

so from what sme of you guys said i get that it doesnt work
well i dontknow , if you do take it will u gain all the weight back oncee you stop taking it ?

I took slimquick a year ago for two weeks and lost 8 pounds. The third week I left for Disney World so that kinda messed up the whole diet thing. But while I was on it it didn’t bother me at all. It gave me energy to work out but nothing other then that. I started slimquick again 3 days ago and so far so good, i’m down 2 pounds and I only work out every other day. People have to remember that every person is going to react to something different….not everyone is the same. Just because slimquick made you sick or didn’t work for you doesn’t mean it won’t for someone else.

I purchased slimquick about 3 weeks ago and started to see results right away. i have already lost about 9 pounds, maybe for some people it dont work! but it sure works for me! in the first week it was awful, but ur body just has 2 get use to it. ive lost 3 pounds a week. so i give slimquick an A+

i have been taking this pill for a week and i also have been having to pee like crazy stomach pains and constipation..this pill does not work i have not felt any different and i have been working out and eating different….if anything it has been making me feel more fat

I guess every diet pill works on everyone differently. I purchased slimquick in May 2008 by the end of May I noticed a difference,I notice I was more energetic, In June when I went to the Doctor I had lost 10lbs,I thought wow 10lbs it isnt a lot but it is a start.So I decided to keep trying slimquick. Well here it is September and I have lost a total of 37 pounds and I am still loosing.You have to know I was a size 22 pant size and now I am down to a 16. Now I feel it could be a bit more but, of course I have slipped a few times on different foods.But between the weight loss, I now have more energy, and my attitude in life has changed also. All in all I think slimquick works! Maybe it just works on certain people. You know everyone is different. I tried the Dexatrim before and a few other things throughout my time, none had worked. Slimquick comes along and it works for me.

Hi, I will be starting slimquick on monday and now after reading this I dont know if I want to start it or not. I dont need to be hyper or constipated.. Hmmm..Not sure..

I started taking slim quick about a week ago. I have lost 1 1/2 pounds. I am also watching my calorie intake. I have had no problems so far. I try to drink plenty of water, and I eat a decent breakfast after I take it in the mornings. Maybe that helps with the shakes and jitters.

Well I just took my first pill today and now I read all this stuff. I can’t return the bottle so i guess I’ll use it till it’s gone. Someone I know said she lost about 20 pounds on it but I don’t know how long she’s been on it. Hopefully it will help and when I’m done i hope I don’t gain the weight back.

After I ballooned up from having my son(2yrs ago). I went out and bought SlimQuick. I had accidentally taken 2 pills my first morning.WOW! I was light headed, sick as a dog, jittery. i have been taking slimquick for about a month & a half it does seem to give you energy,but i like it.i work fulltime & have 2 kids under 2yrs. so i need some energy,but it helped me trim down i don’t know how much weight i’ve lost but me & my husband can tell.

I bought this product – took one pill and then read the warnings! too bad I had not seen this site before I wasted my money … One of the warnings is to NOT take Slimquick if taking any prescription drugs and I daily take Arimidex after having breast cancer. Manufactures should put warnings on the outside of the packaging and not on the bottle within the box! and another thing — the print is too small. I had to use a magnifying glass to read it (and I am not that old !)

i have taken the cleansing pills and I went to the bathroom a lot more but they are cleansing isn’t that what they are suppose to do…i have been taking the diet pills for 2 days now. I seen everyone saying it makes them nervous and they can’t sleep i take them and i can still sleep 10 hours a day. I feel that they do not give me any energy at all… I feel the same as I did before I starting taking them. i have lost 2 pounds but its only been 2 days. They really do curve my appetite. I just started slimquick yesterday and found this website today. Obviously it is too soon to see any results. But I feel optimistic. I bought the drink powder. The caffeine doesn’t seem to bother me because I drink too much of it anyway (well, not anymore because I drink slimquick). For me, this works more as a behavior modification because now I do have to drink the water, which I didn’t before. I also like the increased energy. I needed it to jump start an excersise program. This may be just a placebo effect, but who cares IF IT WORKS why argue with it. Will I buy more ? I don’t know, it’s too soon to tell yet!

I’m very disappointed in the product. I want my money back and I was told by CVS that I could not get a refund. What a waste of money. I fell CHEATED!

I tried the cleansing formula and the results were for me anyway bad cramps and waterery bowels. I have a very high tolerance to caffiene and I guess it is the senna that I must be sensitive to. I gave the bottle to a friend but told her what I experienced hopefully she will have success, otherwise $$$ down the drain….oh well.

I started taking slimquick w/ hoodia about 2 weeks ago and every single morning I have thrown up after I take it w/water like it says then I eat the breakfast plan then I start to feel sick instantly-maybe that’s how the weight comes off?! I am starting my second week of slimquick I feel fine. I have lost 3 pounds and I dont feel tired in the middle of the day. I have had some problems with constipation but I have always had that problem so I cant blame it on the pill. A girl I work with has been taking it for 3 months, she hasnt even changed her eating habits and has lost 15 pounds. So hopefully since I am working out and watching what I eat it will work for me. I know not everything works for everyone, but I’m optomistic.

I’m going to start using it today.. 10/5. I’ll let you all know how it goes. I’m currently at 170 lbs. I’ll keep you posted.

well i gotta say i have just bought this product and there is no way im gonna take it. i had no idea that if you are on prescription drugs you cant take this product. wow im glad i didnt start to take this because i am very caffeine sensitive as well. well good ole fashioned excercise and determination sound safer to me.

Well, I just bought slimquick yesterday and I agree with Donna I feel optimistic. I believe that there could be issues with any diet pill. However, if you read the instructions and follow them to the best of your ability then you’ll be fine. If you don’t like the results after a week or two then put the pills down. You could probably find a forum like this one on any diet pill you try so if you want to listen to the critics then you shouldn’t be taking diet pills in the first place. I am also use to caffeine so I haven’t had any terrible side effects so far. I will post back next week to fill everyone in. Good Luck to everyone on their weightloss journey!

I started using the slimquick drink mix packets in January, here it is October. I have lost 60 lbs! yah me! I do exercise and watch what I eat. I like the drink mix because it helps me to drink more water, and keeps me from snacking so much between my balanced meals. I never had luck with taking pills, didn’t feel like it did much for me, but with the drink mix i feel full, and when I do eat at meal time, I dont eat as much.

I tried slimquick this time last year and loss 30 pds. I was working for a job that had me walking alot and my energy was great. I have not gained back the weight but jobs have changed to driving and sitting so I’m going to go back to slimqquick to make sure I don’t regain the weight, I was a size 22 and now I’m a 16 for almost a year, I think it works fine no bad side effects just energy. I ran out of pills thats the only reason I stop taking them, going for bottle number 2. Good luck all. I looked and felt great belly went down too.

I have taken Slimquick in the past and recently started up again. I feel it works just fine! Of course you need to eat healthy meals/snacks & exercise…I have lost a total of 20lbs in 1.5 months and still losing. I do not mind the energy it gives me; it helps at my full time & part time job. Like most of you have said & I agree, everybody is different & reacts differently to things.

I’ve been taking slim quick for the past few days. Yes, you’ll pee more since caffeine is a diuretic and you’re probably drinking more water too. The constipation could come from not drinking enough either (up your fiber and water intake). I tried taking the hoodia slimquick (green bottle) in conjunction with slimquick (blue bottle), but the hoodia slimquick made me mildly nauseous, so I stopped taking that. Yes, you’ll drop a couple of pounds in the first couple days (3 for me), but I promise you that’s just water weight and not permanent. I do now have some extra energy from the pills, but it’s not too much. Do stick to the 1 week introductory period, it’ll help prevent jitters. Good luck.

i have taken 3pills 2 times a day for two days and already dropped 2 pounds(i also exercise a lot) just feel a bit desiness but still optimistic.

I just recently purchased slimquick the powder. I have been only taking it for two days but i have noticed it does boost my energy level, which helps me while i work out… It also has decreased my appitite too, which for me is not a really good thing cuz i dont each much to begin with. I have nothing bad really to say about it. It never hurts to try something new!

I started SlimQuick Friday 10/10/08. I started off with 1 pill and figured I would see how I feel before I took the 2nd pill. I was very thirsty in the morning but then I got hungry mid afternoon. I felt a little anxiety in my chest and could feel the energy from the caffeine because I was typing away like a maniac at work. I read the instructions and I have not had any drinks or food with caffeine. I have been taking vitamins at night before bed and have continued that while taking SlimQuick. I have noticed as the days go on my mood has gotten better and I do feel good al around. It is too soon to tell if it is making me lose weight but I am taking it slow and 1 pill at a time. I have a cleaning business on the side of my full time job and 2 Australian Shepherds at home that I walk or ride bikes with throughout the week. If anything the placebo effect could be taking place because it is something new to try. We will see.

For those of you that said SlimQuick didn’t work and you weren’t sure what to do. I highly reccomend Weight Watchers. I tried it for a year and lost 26 pounds. I stopped going because I couldn’t afford it anymore. I will say that the meetings were very helpful. You here other peoples experiences and realize that you are not alone. Plus it is healthy!!

If SlimQuick doesn’t work for me, I will be going back to Weight Watchers.

I’ve been taking slimquick for one week now and I’ve lost 5 pounds. I only work out like 2-3 times per week. I notice a decrease in appetite but I still have cravings for chocolate and stuff. I was taking hydroxycut max for women and it gave me way too much energy. Slimquick gives me just the right amount of energy. I think it’s just going to be different for everyone but so far so good for me.

I started taking slimquick powder for about 3 days now… Moday i went to practice soccer as i usually do and i had more energy than before, yesterday tuesday i didn’t feel any difference from any other day, today i took 2 powders one in the morning and one in the afternoon, i feel thinner, i think is just for the water retention that i got rid off, i’m peeing often,too. I’m eating healtier and just going to soccer practice every other day… I’m going to try to finish the whole box and keep you all inform, if it works or not…

Well, Ijust purchased Slimquick today and had high hopes but after reading all these negative reviews it leaves me wondering if I should take it at all. I think I will stay thinking positive and give it a try. Will definitely post a review if it doesn’t work and give a piece of my mind.

Well I purchased slimquick on 10/18/08 and took one serving on 10/9/08. I felt the energy boost but liked it, I did not have stomach cramps. Today I did a pakcet before breakfast, hoodia pills before lunch, and a packet before dinner. It gave the energy to work out and eat less. I think it works different for everyone. Like mention earlier the top diet pills probably have a website with negative comments also. I am going to try and finsh the bottle if there are no complications and hopefully return with good news and weight loss.

I started slimquick today and it scared me because I was all over my house cleaning and could’nt stop talking. Even my son notice. Then I realize that it had alot of caffeine and I have high blood pressure then it scared me. I’m going to the doctor on friday and ill ask her if it is safe. I’ll keep you posted. Personally, I like Slimquick… I started Nutrisystem about 2 months ago, and have lost 18 pounds so far.. Along with eating right, I have been trying to exercise.. Unfortunately, I have been so tired.. Taking 2-4 hour naps every day, because I just couldn’t stay awake.. I am NOT a pop or coffee drinker, and I don’t like chocolate much, so I don’t get much caffeine.. In all of this, I started taking Slimquick.. I am not used to caffeine, but even with that, Slimquick didn’t give me too much energy to cause me the jitters.. Everyone is different, but I think if you take too many pills, not eat right, don’t exercise to release some of that energy, or don’t drink enough water, take it with other medications or caffeine, it’ll definately give you bad side effects.. So all in all.. I like Slimquick.. It gives me just enough energy, and I think helps me with my mood. :)

I started taking slimquick a couple days ago and have noticed alot of difference. I have way more energy and I am not as hungry as I was. Before slimquick I would binge all the time. I’m a 28 year old with 5 kids & also on the depo shot.I figured i would give the slimquick hoodia a try.I walked 10-11 miles a week in a sauna suit drank nothing but water and 100% fruit juice and baked all my dinners & after 2 weeks of this i hadn’t lost any weight so i quit. This was very disappointing.Since then i havent tried anything. ANY RECOMMENDATIONS?

I agree with a few of you. It works for me, you have to exercise with it not just take it and expect it to work on it’s own. That is what I use to think with all the ohter pills “oh this one doesn’t work or that one doesn’t work” and end up buying every pill out there. YOU HAVE TO WORK OUT!!!!! and buy it making you have to pee alot, that is what you want. If you were drinking the right amount of water that you ae suppose to drink yes you would be peeing alot.

I started slimquick in June 2008 and i have lost 65 pounds. So i really like this pill. But every body is not the same. So it can work for some people. The only thing you can do is try it. But i will let you know this for the frist 2 weeks it gave me headacks really bad and made me sick. But after that i felt better. Now i have been on it for 4 months. And the weight is going slow for me. But i came along way and i am not giveing up yet.

Hi,My daughter purhchased a bottle of slimquick last weekend and she told me it really curbed her appetite after only one day. so I tried one of hers the next day and it worked just fine for me also, I had no jitters, or shakes, and my appetite was very surpressed I had to remind myself that I had not eaten all day. and I felt good to. it also made me go to the bathroom alot.this is my third day taking them and I must admit I have had a good cleaning out in three days time,which is not normal for me. but i am also drinking a lot of water.
I think I will continue with it for at least the rest of November. if I haven’t lost anything by the end of the month then I’ll call it quits. if I have lost… size 12 here I come!!!

I’ve been taking Slimquick for about 1/2 a month now and don’t mind it. I have a lot of energy for a while in the morning. When I crash, I take another pill. I think after this bottle, though, I am going to just buy caffeine pills and see how those work. I haven’t really lost or gained any weight wince I’ve been on it. My weight fluctuates up or down about 3 pounds every day because I drink a LOT of water, so I haven’t really seen much of a difference in water weight, I just drink more now than I did before. I get dizzy spells but have had them my whole life because of low blood pressure and don’t think they’re related to Slimquick at all. No other symptoms.

I just got the powder packets you put in water. I haven’t used it yet, but plan to beginning tomorrow. One thing I found in this site is all the claims of all the caffeine inthe product. The powder packets contain many vitamins and minerals, a proprietary weight-loss complex including EGCG and Green Tea extract but very little caffeine as many of you claim. I’m not sure about the pills, or if anyone has even checked the ingredients label but this particular SlimQuick product contains minute amounts of caffeine. I’m excited to try it. When I do, I’ll be posting again!

I started slim quick about 3 weeks ago and I amn pleased. I have more energy and it supresses my appetite. I am less bloated and overall feel great. The only bad side effect I experienced was constipation which tends to make you feel bloated even if you don’t look it. I to have heard Alli works but can cause accidents. For that reason I am afraid to go that route. Overall, I would recommend it.

I purchased slimquick extreme less than a week ago. Every morning I take it I get moderate headaches within 1 hour. Thank goodness I found this website. I didn’t realize the amount of caffine that was in it! Explains the headaches!!! If you purchased your product through GNC, they will give you a full refund if your not happy with the product!! Slimquick gave me the worst headaches of my life. I rarely get headaches: I don’t know how many times I’ve had to throw out those little travel bottles of Tylenol because I’ve had them for too long, that’s how rare and minor my headaches are. I took caffeine pills quite a bit during my undergrad and I never got headaches from those. I don’t know what they put in these pills besides caffeine but whatever it is it made my head pound and made me feel nauseated.

well for one my friend started takin this pill before i gave it a try and she lost like 40pounds! then i started taking it and lost 2-3 pounds per day so i love this pill…it gets u so perked up and u dont crash like how u would on other diet pills so i am very suprised..slimquick has worked and still is,so i am very happy with it..the reason everyone else isnt loseing is cause u have to work out and do things not sit on ur butts and do nothing…so yeah it works

I started taking slimquick 2 weeks ago and I have lost 11lbs and several inchs(My husband and I both noticed that), Yeah!! I haven’t had any side effects to date and I’m hopeful that this will work. I am on my 4th day of the “gentle” cleanse and boy does it cleanse! I have had pretty bad gas on the 2nd/3rd day (only 3x a day) and then a few minutes after taking the 4 pills (before lunch and before bed) I get bad indigestion!! I started wht Slimquick powder yesterday and have lost 4 pounds. The only problem I have noticed is having very loose bowels. I would take constipation right now. I am going to keep using it in conjuction with Weight Watchers (whick I will go to on Wednesday). Let’s hope it works.

Hi everyone, I tried slim quick about 2 years ago for about 2 months with diet and that is something I don’t usually do. lol I didn’t see any results. I did have good results with a 2 week bottle of envy, I lost inches in just 2 weeks without even dieting. I would not by slim quick again, but I might try one of the new products they have. Everybody body is different and works differently, I think with diet pills we have to find which one really works for you and roll with it. lol peace

I Just Started Slim Quick and I Hope It Works.

I started taking slimquick, on January 1th of 2006. I was 235 pounds then. I simply walked for about 30 minuts a day, 3 day a week. By june of 2006 I was down to 175 pounds. Today I no longer need slinquick to stay trim. I eat right and exersise as often as I can to stay trim. After loosing 60 pounds with it, I’ll say buy the product, follow the instructions and make up your own mind.

Slimquick is a caplet not a capsule as stated in the report above. Slimquick is not dangerous and is not habit forming. The Dr I go to helps with studies on diet pills and she would not recomend it if it was harmful or habit forming.

I started taking Slim Quick on January 2, 2008. I have had more energy. However, I have been experiencing trouble sleeping, constipation, frequent urination, and increased sweat. I follow the directions on the package, drink a Slim Fast for lunch, eat a Healthy Choice or Weight Watchers Lunch, a sensible dinner and drink plenty of water/Gatorade, but I continue to experience these unpleasant side effects. I don’t even think its worth me continuing to take, if I am going to experience these side effects. I lost 30 pounds by changing my diet; I think I will continue with the natural way. I tried Slim Quick, because I was not loosing weight as quickly as I was before, but Slim Quick is not the thing for me.

I just completed my second day on the SlimQuick Clense. It has indeeded cleaned me out! This is what I expected it to do. I have done many colon cleanses in the past and this is what it is suppose to do. I feel very clean and my stomach feels almost back to normal after feeling bloated through the holidays. I did have a little cramping, gas the first day (could have been from the beans on my salad ;), pee a lot (of course I pee a lot when I drink a lot of water, this is to be expected), after SEVERAL bathroom visits my stool became watery. I didn’t realize it had caffine and feel normal, no jitters, normal energy and sleep through the night. In fact after the first day, I didn’t feel like I wanted to go back to bed after getting children up for school at 6:30.

The goal I was trying to achieve with this product was to fit in my jeans better and flatten my belly (no buldges hanging outside of the waist line. ;) So far, I feel a lot more comfortable. I have never tried SlimQuick, however, over the years I’ve tried many similar products only to lose weight and gain it all back as soon as I stopped taking whatever my drug of choice was. However, I FINALLY get it! Permanent weight loss can only occur with permanent lifestyle changes! I lost 100 pounds without one diet pill or gimmick all on my own! I simply made healthier food choices and I exercise at least 5 days a week! Good luck everyone with your weight loss journey…I know how hard it is..but if you stop looking for a “magic pill”, you will be far more successful in the long run!

I just started taking slimquick: the packets, not the pill. My cousin got sick from it but b/c my wedding’s in 6 months and I’ve been working out like crazy and cutting things out of my diet more and more without losing a thing I went ahead and tried it. I have lots of energy, and have lost 1 1/2lbs since I started taking it 3 days ago. I understood that once you get off any pill, after losing weight, you are going to gain it back; it’s the same as being a vegetarian for two-three yrs then going back to eating meat every once in a while–you gain it back(I speak from personal experience.) you have to be careful with ANY diet pill- a well balanced diet(lifestyle) with exercise and no soda works best; it’s just that if you’ve been doing that for 9 months and it hasn’t worked, but you have a wedding coming up you get really desperate. Ok, so there seems to be quite a bit of back and forth on these sights and there either extremely positive or extremely negative and most only have to do with the first 2 weeks or with people trying to loose weight extremely quickly. Those of you who just started….the extreme weight lose is not going to continue, but if you exercise and keep to a healthy diet you will continue to loose weight, and it should be between .1 and .3 more pounds/ pound that you would normally loose. The extreme weight loss at the beginning is due to the product helping your body be more efficient about excreting used products from your body (mainly your colon should clear out over a few days and you’ll urinate and continue to urinate a lot more). Many of the ingredients (including the caffeine) will help keep you regular and/or act as diaretics. Now there is caffeine in this product as with many other products in general, each drink mix has about the same amount of caffeine as a normal 8oz cup of coffee and the pills have about 2x that. If you do take this product then think about that and make sure you do not use to much (this suggestion is the same for many other diet products, many of which have a lot more caffeine! or even more potent caffeine substitutes). The big thing I notice about this product that specifically make it for women, is the herbal elements have been shown to reduce storage of unused dietary calories by a couple percents. Not dramatic but enough to help. The other thing about this supplement and is also found with the Alli weight loss supplements, is that when you’ve achieved your goal and you want to stop taking this supplement, if you stick to working out and ensuring that your food intake is at least what your putting out, you shouldn’t gain back any real weight. You might start retaining water again and you might not be as regular but your metabolism shouldn’t creep to a halt like it will with other diet pills. The main thing to remember is that this is not a weight loss pill, it is a weight loss supplement, it is not designed to make you loose weight, it is designed to help you change your eating and exercise lifestyle and make it just a little easier. It still isn’t going to be easy though. Also be sure to not eat to much while taking this….Since it reduces storage processes, if you eat to much, or too much high fat foods all the excess with come out your rear!

Well I am going today and purchase SlimQuick and I will start it Friday morning so I can start it off right.I have been a heavy person for along time I was a skinny bean pole when I was a kid but as I approached my teen yrs the weight started and I haven’t been able to get rid of it. I started taking Slimquick January 1st and I have already lost 7 pounds. I try to exercise 2 to 3 times during the week but sometimes I can’t because I have a 1 year old and a 2 1/2 year old but slimquick has helped control my appetite, control my hormones, and lose weight fairly quickly which its not good for you to lose weight really fast. Alot of my weight is baby weight and also some extra but mainly baby and taking slimquick has really helped me. I get on the scale everyday and weigh and it seems like every 2 days I lose a pound and I’m still eating fairly normal except for just less proportions at each meal. I highly recommend Slimquick!!!

I am so glad that I have come to this website to look at all the reviews for SlimQuick. I too have weight that I need to get off but my health and safety is first. I dont want to take this product because I have noticed that women who have started taking the pills in like the first month seem not to have complaints but the ones who have used it the most seem to have more negative things to say about the product then positive. I think that instead of taking the easy route I am going to do the old fashion way and just eat right and exercise.

Slim Quick is great! I’ve only been taking it for two days and have lost five lbs already. It doesn’t make me nervous like other diet pills have in the past, and it is full of vitamins and herbs. Of course you still have to watch what you eat, but I noticed that I am not as hungry when I take it.

Well, after reading what this page wrote about SlimQuick, and then all the people…its quite amazing that one product has gotten so much attention (whether good or bad.) About 2 years ago, I had gained 20 some odd pounds. My whole life, I have never had to struggle with weight, so I was lost, confused and turned to diet pills. I have always been an active person, and the whole “directed towards women” got my attention. I tried slimquick, as well as pilates and I lost all the weight that I put on. It took some hard work, and determination, but I was able to wake up every morning and work out. I know that the caffiene may not be the best thing but it definitely worked in my favor. In the last 2 years I have probably put 5 of those 20+ lbs back on and believe me, I don’t work out as much as I should anymore. I give this product props. Remember, everyone is affected differently by different things. I just wanted to add my mini story, maybe itll help other people out as well.

im 18 and i just started taking slimquick (the blue one) i want to loose the weight from having my 2 kids, so i hope this works.

i exercise about 6 days a week and have healthy eating habits, but my mid-section is still a tire. Caffine does not normally affect, but I have had minor liver problems in the past associated with accutane and mono. After reading the reviews I am torn. I know every body is different…any suggestions?

I took slimquick and I have been using it on and off for almost 2 years. Yes, you do go to the bathroom more, but it is getting rid of waste. I never have gotten constipated. With anything, just be careful. I dropped 10 pounds right of way just by not drinking soda. Slimquick has helped me maintain. I lost over 50 pounds before I started slimquick, I just don’t want to gain anything back. It helps…and walk alot and drink water.

I started slimquick cleanse 5 days ago. Yesterday it finally started to work as far as bowels are concerned. However this morning I noticed completely whole pills in the toilet, so they are not being digested or broken down. I have not lost any weight at all but urinate constantly. (I am drinking lots of water). Have changed my diet but no excerise. I read other reviews where people lost 7-9 pounds in the 7 day cleanse but so far nothing for me. I started take Slimquick last tuesday (feb 03), so far I feel good. I think every person is different, so well see.

I forced myself to take these for a week because i thought my body would adjust, but no way. I felt jittery, nauseous, weak, and got major headaches. I wish I would have read the reviews. definitely not for people who are sensitive/ not accustomed to tons of caffeine. Be careful! I also felt like my heart was going to jump out of my chest, and after it wore off i was exhausted.

I just started taking slimquick and I really have not felt anything good or bad. I have been excericing, and drinking alot of water. Not really changing what I eat just eating less. Because I know that if I quit eating what I like and eating “CRAZY DIET FOODS” there is no sticking to it for me. And also I was wondering if I took Slimquick for the Fat Burner,Energy and also take LipoZene for the Fiber what would happend?????? Does anyone have any thoughts about this.

I am on my second day of the SlimQuick pills. Before starting this I took the 7 day Cleansing pills.

I haven’t had any problems other then an increase in energy and the weather is rotton.

I’ve tried to drink at least 100 oz of water a day and stick to a diet that I found a few months back. But it’s hard to do because no one else here is dieting. I find my self slipping a lot of the time.

I also have a foot injury so exersice is pretty limited right now. So basically what I am getting is a lot of input and NO output.

But just since I’ve started watching what I eat and taking the SlimQuick I’ve lost 14 pounds. Where as before, I was simply gaining.

I think we all react differently to certain things. Is there harm in trying this? I doubt it. And if it don’t work, don’t give up. Just be sure to realize it does take an effort on your part to watch what you are doing.

It probably does work for some people, but the nauseated state I stayed in is not worth it. It also lower my blood pressure. My advice don’t take it. Do it the old fashion way, walking,eating right, and smiling.

i have always been a yo-yo dieter because i have a pear shaped body and tend to gain more on the bottom than the top. i had went from 185lbs to 130 lbs from working out to exercise dvd’s and a weight loss pill that used ephedra. since that is no longer on the market i tried slim quick and over time i went from a size 10 to a size 6 in a matter of months and felt fine. of course i worked out 3-5 times a week any where from 30 min. to 1 hour per day. now in jan of 2009 i have put on more weight and slim quick is my choice. it works great and people asked me what i use and i tell them how to take it. i never use the cleanse because i have 2-3 b.m’s on a regular. yes, everyone is different and you have to find the one that works for you and slim quick is one of the ones that truly works!!!!!!!!!

I took the SlimQuick pill and I also got stomach pains, constipation and felt flu like symtopms. The pill might work for some people as we are all different as to how our bodies can handel certain ingredients. I say if it works for you-go ahead and take it. If it does not try something else and let us know if it does work for you. Good luck to everyone trying to find that perfect pill.

i weighed 190 lb dec 2008 today march 3 i weigh 165, but i had also joined curves , i think you have to put in ur part of the work to, but slimquick has help me alot,i drink plenty of water, and havent had no side affects, everyone reacts different just check with your doctor, but for me i am on cloud 9 thanks slimquick

I have been using Slim Quick for 2 weeks now. I love the energy that it gives me and I do not binge eat at night anymore. I have lost 6 pounds now. I have also added in more physical activity during the day like taking the stairs instead of the elevator and walking to people’s offices instead of calling them on the phone. You do need to watch taking it too close to bedtime though, it will keep you up! I usually take it at 7 am and again at noon. I know how hard it is to be addicted to food, it is everywhere and you have to eat to stay alive. I will keep all of you in my prayers. i had brought slimquick about a month ago,and i took it like it said.one day i was sitting after i took it and thought,what is goin on.it made me feel jittery.so,what i decided to do is just take 2pills instead of 3pills,twice a day.i had stop,but i started back today.my plan is to finish it and do excerise.i have an outfit that i planned to wear for easter.i will keep you informed

Im in my second week of slimquick and I really love it!
I have only lost 2 pounds but the inches are falling off and I have a little extra energy without jitters!
The key to using slimquick is regular working out and low calorie eating. I definitely lost my appetite when I started slimquick which was great but your body needs healthy snacks throughout the day to keep your metabolism going. Once I started having healthy snacks and drinking lots of water plus working out (which is healthy for anyone with or without the pills) I love it!
Dont be scared to try this product- as far as weight loss supplements go.. this is one of the safest!

All i can say is i am on this site to research the side effects of this slim quick as my girlfriend started taking it and 24 hours later suffered 2 SEIZURES in one night. Not saying everyone will suffer the same thing but please make sure you know all facts about this product before consuming it!!!! As the green tea extract has been known to cause SEIZURES!!!!!

I agree with you Sharon (Sept 2008). Some pills do not work for others as it will for you. I started taking the Slimquick in December 2008. I saw results in one week. As of today, I have lost 31 lbs and still continuing to loose. Slimquick seems to work for me without the caffeine and has brought me down from a size 22 pant to a 14 pant size.

I purchsed my Slimquick Hoodia today. I have been on diet for the last couple of months. ALready lost 15 lbs, but I guess now i have reached my plateau and it is getting harder to lose more. My first goal is 120lbs and second anfd finaly one is 115lbs. I am at 130lbs right now.
So today is my first day, lets see how it works. I workout everyday and am on a very low diet.

I’ve used this before and I found I lost a little weight. This was a couple of years ago. Im now eating better and I have been going to Curves for about 2 months now. Im going to buy this product again because with my work outs and walking 2miles every couple days, I think it will work just fine.

I started taking slimquick about a week ago and so far so good. It has definitely suppressed my appetite. I’ve had no troubles and I feel like I have already lost weight. I took trimspa a few years ago and it was horrible! When I would go to bed at night my heart would pound so fast and so hard it made my chest hurt. It was very scary. So slimquick has been a breeze so far

I like this product. I bought the Appetite Control Powder due to it HAS NO CAFFEINE in it! I can’t handle caffeine, so when I read on the box that it was caffeine fee I was happy!

For people who are complaining about the shakes, ect you should maybe READ the BOX before BUYING IT! It clearly says it has caffine in it. Plus if you are taking it then don’t drink coffee or drink caffeine drinks.

You can’t blame the product if the label is right there saying what is in it. Plus, there are so many diet things out there that maybe google the product for any complaints on a product before buying it so it saves you the money and time plus then no one has to read your bad reviews here on this site!

For people who can’t have caffeine, then take the caffeine free appetite control (berry or pink lemonade) powder mixes.

Now those work. It does control your appetite and you do not eat so much nor do you feel hungry either.

Just take it like it says on the box, 30 to 60 min before your meal and you will have no problems. But do read what the label says about how to use in the first week compared to week 2.

I have been using Slim Quick for 3 months and I have lost 19 pounds. I can maintain my eating habits and exercise more. I’m not tired like I use to be. I am currently taking all of the products by following the directios carefully. The results are true, it works great for me. I always wanted to loose weight but didn’t know how. But I entered into this Biggest Looser on my job and I am #2 out of 30 people I am also down from a size 18 to a 14 and working in getting back into a size 12 to maintain. There have been several people that have asked if this product will make your blood pressure rise. No one knows, or the people taking this product doesn’t have high blood pressure.

i bought slim quick cleanse and the blue bottle, and i am going to start them tomorrow. i’m not sensitive to caffine, but i am weary about this product. i just hope that i have the same good results that others have had. just keep in mind everyone that there is no “magic pill” to keep us thin and in shape. we still need to eat healthy and work out. and as with all diet pills becareful how you use them. your health is more important than some pill. if it works great, if not theres always the diet and exersise method….. good luck to you all. *^_^*

i will buying slimquick today. hopefully it works. ive tried lipozene and diriux and all you do with the lipozene is #2 all day. and the diurix dosen’t work all it gave me was cramps and sharp pains in my stomach. i stil have my belly from my two kids and it’s time for a change. i am crossing my fingers and will keep in touch.

Most of these posts are from people who won’t or refuse to read up before taking this product. These peopleact shocked at their results when they don’t pay attention to the instructions and warnings.

And to those of you scolding others on how it’s all a scam, go find something else to do. Why are YOU here exactly if you know it’s a scam? Sounds like sour grapes on your own part.

i took these in early april for 3 weeks.. it made me went to the bathroom.. more of peeing… it didnt make me go # 2 at all… i notice it stopped my cravings.. but it wasnt strong enough for me.. i did go alil’ bit ozzie but was fine.. just drink enough water to maintain the dehyration…

this is good if you want to lose weight.. and also..

everyBODY isnt the same.. some will work on you and some wont.. so it just depends on your body if you can take the pill or not…

I purchased slim quick cleanse system and the drink packets, I started taking the slim quick cleanse 2 days ago and in 2 days have lost 4 pounds i couldnt believe it, I naturally have a high motabalism but when i gained weight my body couldnt keep it running as long now with slim quick i have lots of energy i dont like the taste of junk food anymore and eat mostly healthy i agree that its no mircale cure but it gave me the boost i needed to get started. I think for any deit pill you need to want to change and need the will to do it cause no pill can do it for you but for some people they give that little push you need to get going. I would recomend it for anyone who just needs that little push and who want to change but you need to eat right and work out that even means a 30 min walk out side a day it doesnt have to be the plan they give you, you just need to throw some sort of added activity in there and drink lots and lots of water i sugest about 5 litres of water a day instead of the 2 and 1/2 they sugest it helps flush the toxins in the fat your losing out of your body and allows you to burn more fat and helps cut back your hunger to if your feeling a little weak add a glass of juice in there perferably orange or apple and natural if you can if you cant drink one gateraid or poweraid a day to help keep your electrolites up i found it works for me.

and an added note for babetot you have to do the cleanse first and when your done the cleanse cycle then you can start the weight loss you can not do them both at the same time

I have taken slimquick before, was fine..no side effects, lost 20 pounds so I stopped taking it. Didnt change my eating habits so i gained back everything I lost. The salesman @ GNC told me slimquick changed and is now new and improved. Bought a bottle, so far I see NO results but is sick as a dog about half an hour after every dose. Not sure what they changed but I dont like this new slimquick. I am trying to finish my 2nd bottle so I dont waste my money but probably wont be buying another bottle. Oh, by the way, I have now changed my eating and exersize habits. We’ll see!

I just read most of the reviews on this page and it makes me even more optimistic. I know a lot people on here say that it doesn’t work, but they have to remember that EVERYTHING isn’t for EVERYBODY. I just bought the pills today and I’m going to start them tomorrow at breakfast. I know they will work, and if not, I already have fixed my eating habits and I work out 6 days a week for 1 hour. Okayy so it’s official that slimquick reacts differently to everyone. Today I started the pill, I have not experienced any side effects. Just a little more energy, and I even had the strength to work out longer than my usual hour. I did not have constipation and I urinated a lot but that was usual to me, because I drink a lot of water. More updates tomorrow!

started taking slimquick about 2-3 days ago and already feeling the changes, i love it. i have a 9 month old and i work almost full time so i need the energy it gives me. i feel better every day i noticed a difference in the way my clothes are fitting and i didnt go through all that hyperness or headaches i just changed my eating habits which was pretty hard cause i work at mcdonalds so i have everything there right in front of me tempting me al the time. but with all the new foods and exercise i am walking about a mile and a half each night after it cools down and i feel great and i think like they say if u put out the effort towards the product the product will put out the effort for you. good luck ladies

Wow there’s so many different stories & reviews. I recommend slimquick to all my friends. I was size 22 in March 2008, until I finally tried Slimquick. I had given up on losing the weight by myself. I was out of breath all the time. I got tired of sitting in the shade watching my 3 children play. I wanted to be out there running around with them! So slimquick, being all natural ingredients & alot of vitamins, NO EPHEDRINE, I tried it. I am now a size 12!!! When I started taking slimquick, it changed the way I ate, the way I felt & even made my periods lighter & more regular, without the cramping. I was going to have to have a histertomy. The surgery was cancelled. Now I continue taking slimquick once a day like a multivitamin. I did stop once, just because I kept forgetting to go buy some, & my period was heavy again & I was bloated & cramping, miserable. Every one has a different reaction to foods & such. I have really enjoyed loosing my weight, I started with the cleanse like the information booklet said to do. And it really helped me I felt healthier from the start, then after the cleanse I started the Slimquick reapid release caplets and I feel fine. No Shakes, No Jitters, my appetite is surpressed. I eat healthy even though I do not want to eat. I drink plenty of water I guess that helps with everything else. NO Caffeine at all in my diet. I Love it for a surpessant. Now I can actually go through my day with out eating everything.

i felt like i was on crack

I started SlimQuick in Dec 08. I know bad time to start but I didn’t gain weight during the holidays. I have lost 24 lbs since then using the blue box. The only thing I miss is I don’t want soda any more and used to love my soda. From size 16/18 to 10/12 Yeah. Sure early jitters but give it time. I beleive it is more likely to stay off if it is slow. We didn’t put in on over night – only seems like it. Best of luck to all.

ive been taking the blue bottle pills for about 3 days, I feel great! I have an amazing amount of energy, I feel less lazy an am unable to just sit in front of the tv for hours, it makes me want to be active.It takes me like 15 mins extra to fall asleep, but after eight hours I feel refreshed and re4ady to wake up, wigh NEVER happens. I love sleeping! So thats been nice, i feel happier and more upbeat. Im working out everyother day, and doing that is also making me feel useful. I just feel more active in life. I do know I have a very strong tolerance for caffine, so that helps. I would reccomend it, but not to anyone i know because its my new secret,lol

Tried sliimquick off and on for a year. Pros: Helped to regulate my period-strange I know. Gave me more energy. Helped curb my sweet tooth and I felt full on less food. I did lose weight too-nearly 10 lbs. Cons: Made me pee alot. I sweated more-esp at night. The instant I stopped taking it the weight came back. So I’m starting it again only when I get to my goal weight I’ll just take one or two pills a day with my vitamin. Good Luck!

This stuff is HORRIBLE. I’m more bloated than ever, have terribles stomachaches and the weight I lost is only because I’m watching my diet, not from these pills. Don’t bother buying it, it’s poison.

I use the powder slimquick you put in water. I put 1 packet each of the diet and the appetizer suppressant into 1/2 gal of water. (I also add more water after I drink the first two large glasses) Lost 7 lbs in two weeks (sure it was mostly water weight). BUT have energy to work out and actaully ‘feel’ thinner. Jeans fit better. I think by using the packets in the water #1 gets me to drink more water through out the day. #2 fills me up so I am not munching all day. There are no miracle weight loss products, but this seems to be getting me on track….

When I first started taking SlimQuick I was 170 I couldn’t believe it, before i got married and had my children i was 110, so I fell like a prisoner in my own body. I think every diet pill works in its own way, SlimQuick worked for me cause it gives me the entergy that I need. Without a meal plan and exercise no diet pill will work. The only way I can lose weight is cut down on my meals, everyone is different. I only intake what I have to such as a fruit for breakfast and vegetables for luch and I skip supper. I workout about 2 hours a day. I stay full of entergy, and I enjoy life. I haven’t lost my goal weight, but I started the diet a month ago and I’ve already lost 15 lbs. Just remember when your on a diet make sure you know your intake and dont cut down to much, your body has to have fuel. After awhile on the diet you won’t eat to enjoy your food only to get the fuel you need to get through.

well first off grats to everyone that is losing weight! I lost 3 pounds in my first week and am now moving to 2 pills twice a day. I feel great and have a ton of energy. If you get constipated try adding some fiber to your diet like benefiber capsuls, cure’s it up right away. For everyone who thinks pff 3 pounds just remember 3 pounds a week is still in the healthy loss margin and that adds upto 12 pounds a month yay! I love this stuff and there’s no ephedrin. Remember to eat every 3 hours though to keep your metabolism going all day and you will lose more than if you skip meals just fallow the diet plan and only eat about 1200 calories a day. im 28 years of age i havent began to start slimquick yet im kind of a skeptic of using the product but what can i do if i dnont have a excercise machine at home what can i do to make the pounds shed off fast if i wanted to get married to fit into that wedding dress how can i excersise in the home and outside in my big yard do i have to run around a million times to show and prove or can i just do situps or jumping jacks to make the weight come off. one thing tho i havent consulted a doctor yet about using this product should i and or should i use it at my own risk would like feedback on what i should do about using the slim quick appetite control and the mixed berries.if you please have a comment for me regarding what i said or asked please let me know your honest opinion that would help me alot thank you have a good day and week.thank you.

i would like to know more about the powder products. if any one has used the mixed berries or the appetite control supplement. how has it worked for them i havent got to use slimquick yet, but ive bought two different kinds of it and does it work if you just stick to one kind of slimquick powder the kind you use in water? im 28 yrs old ive had 5 kids and im 263lbs at 5’1.when should i start using this product and im wondering will it work for me. im kind of skeptical bout using it but i see good storys on here and some horror storys bout the pills but im going to stick with the powder but its been 5mths without me using it i havent got to test it out yet but i will im getting tired of the old ways 2 lose weight but i dnt have a excersise machine what can i do to lose the weight quick my man said if i dnt lose the weight in a certain amount of time he’s not going to marry me and its over
