Is Slimming Tea for real? What is in this stuff anyway? Does it work?

The simple answer to all of these questions is it depends on the product. One of the more famous products, with its formula developed by a Swiss herbalist who lived in the early 20^th century claims to aid the weight loss process by stimulating the production of urine to get rid of excess water and waste products.

This and other versions of Slimming Tea use mild herbs such as birch leaf and licorice root which claims to have an effect on weight. In general, the herbs used are not unhealthy, though they will do very little to help you with weight loss .

There are also a number of different variations of herbal and green tea remedies out there which claim to help people lose weight and increase their energy. As we all know, many tea products carry a significant amount of caffeine, which can be an energy-booster and aid in the weight-loss process. However, what other elements included in these “slimming teas” varies product by product.

Conclusion

I do not recommend Slimming Tea in any of its varieties. It is relatively inexpensive, but compared to other better-tasting and healthier beverages that also have little effect on weight, it isn’t even worth the little money you pay.
