It is certainly a dizzying process searching out the right product amidst literally hundreds of options. Many products out there are simply not worth the packaging they come in, while others may significantly help you in your plan to lose those extra pounds. Here’s a quick look at some of the ingredients to look out for for when choosing the right product…

Effective Ingredients (in the right concentrations):

  • Synephrine – A safe alternative to ephedra which burns fat, increases energy levels, and boosts your metabolism. Often found in bitter orange extract.

    To Whom This May Cocern: I was browsing through the different subjects to the left of this page.My interest is something that will burn fat from the stomach which is hard to lose after a couple of pregnancies.What is good to use for toning up the muscles in your body;as well as the strength for the legs and arms?Is there actually a “body toner” of some sort that won’t tear up the stomach?
