I stopped taking them in January 2008 but kept at my ideal weight. I wanted to be razor cut for a show I was appearing in in the Fall of 2008, so I started taking Slim 10. Bad mistake !!!! Now I'm dieting and back on Lipo 6 to try to lose the weight that I gained on Slim 10. Don't be fooled by the positive feedback on their site, I believe most of them are made up! The first few days I felt a little light headed and had a headache, but after that I felt fine. In fact, I felt really peppy, happy, and energetic the entire time I was taking these. When i read that they might cause liver damage I was sad because I liked the feeling I had while taking them. As far as a weight loss product, complete waste of money. I lost NO weight in the entire time I took this product and I was careful about not over eating. I would not recommend this as a weight loss product to anyone.
