My chlorestrol emproved,lost weight, and felt better.If you want that out of control feeling then sea thin is not for you,It is not a speed drug, but a feel good diet suppliment. After I was told that there was no benifits by some of your reviews, I stopped. I had a weight gain, rise in my chlorestrol, and a low energy level. Now I am back on Sea Thin.It works for me along with healthy eating and walking. That is why it should be called a diet supliment not a weight loss pill. That was never its intent. P.S.. I would like to warn everyone that most diet pill energy boosters , including the ones Dr’s prescribe will wreck your nervious system over time. I have been using Sea Thin for a very short time. I haven’t seen a huge difference, but I really just wanted something to support my weight loss. I am particularly excited about it because I have a hypoactive thyroid which can cause a lot of weight gain. Plus, as you know on the side of each diet supplement bottle, it always states, “Do not use if you have thryoid diseasee”. So, therefore, that rules out almost all diet pills for me. Sea Thin has not given me any bad side effects what-so-ever. I am going to give it a go – of course with a healthy diet and exercise and I will write again!
