Hmmp..There is a loT of Diet Pills..But which one does really work?

I have been taking Phosphacore for 2 weeks, 2 pills a day, and so far, absolutely nothing has happened. I have also been excersizing daily, at least 30 minutes of cardio in my target heart range. Have had headaches almost daily, not sure if this is related to the Phosphacore though.

all phosphacore is cla vit c and phosphatidylserine. Which phosphatidylserine has not fully been proven but is an enzyme. which usually works but not anything crazy. and if u take cla u need to work out or the fat that get released from ingesting efa’s will just get reabsorbed. and cla usually takes at least 2 months for any of the effects to be noticeable. Just get hydroxycut, work out hard and eat 6 times a day. healthy 6 times aday

forget all these pills that claim they will help you loose weight!!!! if that was the case no one on earth would be fat!!!!!!! I was about 45lbs over weight and went on Costco’s website and saw a company called “SMART FOR LIFE” and it says if you stick to it you will loose 15lbs per month and i tried it and lets just say in january I was 242lbs and now as of today (may 13th) am 202lbs so really look in to it

if you want to lose weight try a liquid diet and lots of exercise. thats what ive done after years of trying all these silly pills – which never work!
my liquid diet worked for me. i went from a size 16 to a size 6.

I don’t know what to do anymore myself… I was thin my whole life up until I had to have an emergency surgery… I then was placed on steroids to overcome my stomach problems & many other problems… Now that I am know longer taking steroids I cannot get the weight off… I get extremely depressed over my weight… I went from 106 lbs. to 202 lbs… So if anyone has any advice for me; please respond to me… I have tried dieting, excercising, & one type of diet pill that was a lame way of even spending my money because it did not work… TJ; what types of liquids did you drink? Sorry all, but the only way to lose weight is healthy low fat diet, and come on we all know in our hearts what that is, no processed foods, just good old fashioned lean meats, veg, and fruit, and of course the increased activity. I lost over 12 stone through being sensible and have kept it off for over five years. No pills, surgery or gimmicks. It is the only way.

As much as we all would like, there are really no pills current today who can help us loose weight. I agree with the majority here. the only thing you will loose is your money. Consulting with a nutritionist is a much better idea. Basically the bulk of your food should be vegetables and fruits. For protein and healthy fats fish is better than meat. Keep your carbohydrates like pasta, bread, cerial, rice etc low. Cutting out sugar, bad fat and being careful with salt will help a lot in maintaining a good weight. Try to eat natural foods. Processed foods may be chaep, but they are very unhealthy as they contain large amounts of fat, sugar and chemicals.
As much as possible try eating natural foods as you determine yourself then how much fat and sugar you are getting. If you can get them use organic products. Find a food program that works for you. Dont look at it as weight lose, look at it as trying to get more healthy.
Consult a local nutritionist in your area as to what local foods are low fat, high nutrition in your area. Local foods are often much better than imported stuff. They are found where you live, are fresher and therefore often healthier and you know exactly what you are getting. Not always so with imported products.
When I follow the above, I lose weight and feel great. Think of loosing weight as a journey. Keep your eye on the goal, but enjoy the journey.
Every pound you loose is a victory. :-)

And to the Lady from Pakistan: If your husband doesnt love you now for the beautiful lady you are in spite of a few additional pounds on your abdommen, he probably wont love you even if you lose every ounce of fat in your body. It sounds like it’s time to ditch hubby and get a new and better one who will appreciate you for the wonderful woman you most likely are.

I think Phosphacore have to be a scam! Phosphacore claims that there have been some studies done in Norway, it can’t be true. I actually live in Norway, and the active ingredient in Phosphacore / Phosphatidylserine is illegal in my country Norway, so no way there have been some studies done here as Phosphacore claims!

The so called super ingredient “Carthamus tinctorius” in phosphacore is merely safflower. which yes is high in mono unsaturated fat but is NOT PROVEN TO CAUSE WEIGHT LOSS OR KILL ANY KIND OF CELLS. also proven to cause insulin resistance in rats. Have been on Phosphacore for 3 weeks. Have also been getting additional dose than what they have advertised. Did not work. In fact I did not lose 1 single pound over 3 weeks. I also relaxed a bit on my exercising and therefore do not feel well. It is a scam. Does not work. Hope I can sue the company and stop you from wasting your money.

Just like to say that this PHOSPHACORE is just like any other pill, its not going to make you loose any weight at all, so why waste your money.
And to the people who are from different countries if you want to waste your money getting this pills then you can get it on line only.
Healthy eating, who says that you can’t loose weight by cutting out the nices i.e crisps, cakes, pasties, biscuits etc is a bloody liar. Everyone can do it, its just will power thats all.
