Day 1 – I’m 6’2, 230Lbs, and am trying to loose 30-40 Lbs. I took Phen for the first time today. I expect this is a scam, but haven’t read anything negative yet, so I figured I’d give it a shot. I feel nothing abnormal except not as hungry as normal. I expected the jitters but so far nothing….I’ll post more every couplae days.

I’ve taken this for about 4 days. The reviews that say you’ll have a ton of energy confuse me. If anything, I feel more tired. I am still sceptical about whether this will work. The scale doesn’t lie though. 4 Lbs so far (226)…although I don’t really see how. I haven’t changed eating habits (I had Little Ceasars, Subway and McDonalds for lunches this week); and like I said, I feel a bit more tired. I’ll post another in a few days….

Well it’s been about 3 weeks. I ended up loosing about 10 lbs, but in the end gained it all back. I’m pretty sure this is just a diuretic – oh well – I’ve wasted more $$ on dumber things…Do not waste your $$. This is a scam

how do you expect to loose weight when you eat mcdonalds and little ceasars for meals. Look you still lost 10 lbs and you ate like shit lol imagine what you would have lost if you ate well and excersized? i would recomend trying another bottle excersizing and eating well and continuing it even when the Phenphedrine is finished and you will keep it off. I have taken phenphedrine for about 2 months now and I have lost 19 pounds total. I wanted to lose 10 but it kept coming off, I am being told not to lose anymore weight. So the only negative feedback I have is that I am worried if I stop taking them then the weight will come back. So now I’m stuck with buying more vs not buying more and I think this has come a little addicting. I was so shocked when I dropped 2 sizes and I’m really not a big person, just needed a boost as I had put on too much weight within a year. I’m back down to my high school size and just started a workout regimen so I may buy more just to see how it works with a workout. This pill really works and I now have 3 girlfriends taking them too!

I am thinking about starting a regime just to drop a about 10-20 pounds…wondering if itll work…

I have been on the Phenphedrine for 3 days now. I refused to weigh myself before i started taking the pills because i dont want to just know how many pounds i lose, i want to actually see and be able to look in the mirror and be able to tell i’m looking slimmer.
When i take the first pill upon waking up, I’ll admit i get the shakes but I feel like I could run a marathon, No joke! And usually I always just pick and eat throughout the day but they just take away my appetite and make me soo much fuller quicker. so seriously I know its only my third day but I can already tell I’m going to be satisfied with them :)

I’ve been on phenphedrine for 7 days now. I have lost 5 lbs. First day gave me the jitters but aftrwards it was fine. I do sometimes forget to eat… which I need to start making myself do but overall have so much energy. Hoping to lose about 25lbs. 20 more lbs to go. I am very amazed since I have tried so many diet pills and never found any results without prescription. I would call this a miracle boosting weight loss pill.

i am on day 2 of the phenphedrine and after the first pill i lost all my apetite and even though my body tells me i want food my mind says im not hungry. reminds me when i used to do coke and stuff back in the day. this pill makes you literally not want food. ive only had 2 pills ( lunch yesterday and one this morning) and i havent ate hardly anything in about 20 hours. i feel a little slimmer and im not hungry. i believe if you take this, drink plenty of water and work out regularly AND eat somewhat healthy theres no possible way you cant lose weight. just givin my experience. i thought it would be a scam but so far so good.

I am considering whether or not to try this product. I gained about 70 pounds in the last few years and am more concerned about my health as oppose to vanity. However, given the description I am very concerned about how this product could effect my heart, liver, and if it is addictive? well i have to say that i was always in great shape expect the past year i have put some weight on and had some troubles getting it off. so i said im going to give it a try. THIS STUFF IS NOT A JOKE i have lost 14 pounds in three weeks and im was not even on a good diet. So I’ve been taking the Phenphedrine for almost a week now and was a bit shaky the first two days but then fine……..but not even a pound…………so i’m curious??? has EVERYONE lost IMMEDIATELY or does it take a couple weeks for some? I’d hate to think i got something that won’t do ANYTHING……..not even a pound!
(or am i just being too impatient and need to give it time?)

Hi, I am giving an update. I have been on this product for a month and 5 days now, I have lost 17 pounds. I have noticed the longer I have been taking this pill the better it works. I have realized that I can only take 2 a day not 3. My energy level is now about the same as normal. I think your body gets used to them. I haven’t even worked out yet and lost 17 pounds. To all who think this is a scam well its not. I am a real person I do not work for the company so to all who want to know that. Good luck to all and will keep giving updates.

I used Phenphedrine (Fast In) in the pase was 240 lbs. Started taking in in August 2004 and by December 2004 was down to 175 lbs. That’s 65 lbs in 5 months, over 10 lbs a month, 2.5 lbs a week. Make small goals, the weight is not going to come off in 1 DAY. Took pill first thing in the morning around 7am with a glass of milk….was very entergetic all day long and would lay there for about an hour before I would fall asleep. Would usually eat a banana for breakfast and a glass of milk,goal was two 100 -150 calorie snacks a day, two meals between 300 and 400 calories and 8 glasses of water a day but most of the time I didn’t even thing about food. Always make sure to eat breakfast! Water is the key it helps your digestive system. I found that I had a lot of Charley Horses in my legs and my toes would curl up when I got cold. And by the way I went to my doctor and got a prescription, you really need to get your blood pressure and stuff checked out before buying anything either on line or by prescription. I would get 2 months and have to come in for a checkup, the the awesome thing was through the pharmacy with no insurance I only paid about $25.00 for a month supply+doctor visit!

I am 225lbs last time I checked. I’ve been taking Phenphedrine for 9 days now and so far I feel like It’s one of the best investments I’ve ever made. I went from being extremely lazy and drinking like 6-8 Dr. Peppers a day to working out like crazy at least once every day and only drinking water. And I’ve lowered my calorie intake to below 500. My starting weight was 141 and I’ve lost 3 pounds. I’m getting very obviously toned and muscle weighs more than fat. My goal weight is 115 and I’m sure I can get there with this product. However, I do have a warning for anyone who is considering becoming a user, and that is, if you plan on working out every day, try to keep the calorie intake at least 700, because 500 calories a day is not enough to keep you going. It has made me dizzy and sickly. Don’t do it. It sucks!

The trick is to
1) Take ONE tablet a day, VERY early in the morning

well here is my update since my last post. i’ve lost 13lbs in just over three weeks!!! i will say this……..i started taking thyroid support drops as i suspected my thyroid wasn’t functioning right since my surgery. now the scale is showing it is dropping quick (another pound just in last several days). my suggestion to everyone……….keep taking it so it has TIME to work………and make sure your body is working right too (like for me with the slow thyroid function)

3rd week using it down 5lbs but also lifting so really the good result was down 2-3 loop sizes in the belt which is probably 4 inches so my fat is coming off. I am on a really good cutting diet as well as excercise so dont know what to contribute it to. I dont really believe in fat burners since they took all the good stuff out ie ephedrine but theres no sides here at least. As for Laura I read your post very unhealthy. Keeping your calorie count that low will just send your body into survival mode. As living organism your body will do what it has to survive and begin to store fat. Once you stop starving yourself it will stop burning and keep storing that weight will comeback faster than you can say cheat day.

okay so i have been researching this Diet Pill for a while now i have only tried a few and they didnt work as well as i would have liked…

i ordered phenphedrine from the actual site it took about 2 days to get he and i was beating myself up for buying it lol… another waster of money right before christmas :-P i started taking it the day before yesterday, and i cut down my meal portions and added more water to my diet… i didnt weigh myself because i also exercise and i dont want to get discouraged by weight fluctuation. so i decided i am going to do tape measurements.

the first day i didnt get much sleep the night before so i got up kind of tired… i took it and about 20 minutes later i wasnt tired anymore i didnt feel jittery AT ALL like thats what i was really scared of i seen a lot of reviews saying they had too much energy… i didnt feel that way i felt like it boosted enough for me to feel awake and alive lol it did suppress my appetite i took it as directed 1 pill 30 minutes before my meal and by thee time 30 minutes was up i wasnt even hungry i hate my salad and a few bites of my sandwich and was good to go… so far the only thing i dont like about it is i get a little nauseous its not extremely bad its tolerable i figure its my body warming up to something new in my body anyways this is getting pretty long i will post my measurements i was also thinking about making a myspace or a facebook for results and post a few body pics i dunno okay well if you get phenphedrine good luck <3

on your meals eat what you like in small portions you wont be able to keep the weight off unless you change your eating habbits which is the killer we all know…. however it is fact…

anyways i was just reading over reviews and results and seriously not eating will slow your weight loss considerably cause your body will go into starvation mode and when you do eat it will store fat… when you go to the grocery store make a list before you go this helps also change your eating habbits cause if the crap food is not in the house you wont eat it….

what i am doing
i get up in the morning get myself going take phenphedrine
then i got take my shower and get dressed by that time its time to eat
i drink some orange juice or cranberry juice (grape fruit juice no sugar added helps but i cant do it lol) coffee and will eat cereal or eggs, you can make like and egg white omelette its really yummy through out the day i snack here and there i a baggy with frosted mini wheats in it lol i love them and a nutri-grain bar
when it starts getting close to lunch i take phenphedrine again with as much water as i can drink lunch i usually buy a tub of that spring mix salad (not iceburg) so i can just toss it in a bowl throw stuff on top or a sandwich people that have cravings should add something to their diet specifically for that craving so you dont binge ( sweet tooth have 2 mini hersheys or those little kisses salty get pretzels to snack on) soda is a HUGE thing and FYI diet soda bloats you and causes you to retain water, so yeah then i snack lol maybe some peanuts trail mix i havent took phenphedrine before dinner yet cause of how close to bedtime it is i am still debating on if i am going to start or not… but for dinner i typically do chicken ( for fried chicken lovers try simply baking it trust me it is still yummy) a veggie and a starch its a tradition lol no matter what my eating habbits are i always have 1 meal a week usually saturday where is just whatever i want it makes it easier to stay eating healthy … my aunt and i usually go out to dennys :-p

soda drinkers try cutting it down slow i drink soda i cant not drink it…. dont try and cut it completely out cause for one in about 3 to 6 days depending on how strong your will is lol you will binge drink and the last few days would be pointless…. baby steps you drink 6 cans a day limit yourself to 4

This is an amazing product. I’ve been taking it for 10 days now, and I’ve lost 7.8 pounds. This is crazy b/c I’m not a diet pill jumper. I’ve only tried Envy once…it made me sick and I stopped it. hi all, im still not 100% sure that all these testimonials are genuine… it seems too good to be true tbh. i have never taken a propper weight loss pill only ever naturalsupps once or twice, but after trying absolutly everything and only ever losing about one inch, no matter how hard i try im willing to give pills a go. I am currently 157lbs and 5.5. I have tried pretty much everything from fasting to, cardio, muscle toning, atkins, fruit diet, apple diet, fitness for life, acai supps, hoodia appetite suppresent pills, the list is endless. Im willing to give this a try… does anyone know how long it will take to get results? im only looking to lose about 9lbs…

I started taking Phenphedrine on Tuesday. I take on pill at 5am then another before lunch at 11a. I definitely feel energized, while taking this. I wouldn’t say it completely surpresses my appetite. Breakfast, kinda. . .sure. Lunch, I’m always hungry. . .and then by dinner time I have to make myself eat something. As far as weight loss, I haven’t weighted myself. I’m going to do it weekly. Tuesday morning I was 235lbs. . .I will update soon.

Ive been taking it for two days. I dont really feel my appetite suppressed, and the side effects are too strong/bothersome for me. Headaches (and cant take aspirin), nausea, and im not even “happy.” AND to top it all off, Im not losing any weight!!

Im planning on finishing the bottle, just because I dont want my money to go to waste. But Im seriously disappointed and underwhelmed.

I started taking Phenphedrine 3 days ago, and haven’t seen any harmful side effects yet. After I take the first pill in the morning, I feel more engergized than I ever have that early in the day, and the effects of the second pill will last me until bedtime. I have actually been sleeping alot more soundly than before. I have also noticed my appetite for fast food/greasy foods has diminished incredibly, and this has been my biggest weakness in losing weight. My goal is to go from 165 to 130. I had a baby about 18 months ago, and haven’t been able to lose the weight. I exercise moderately about 3-4 times a week, hopefully this does the trick!!!

I am very scepticle with this product. I have tried other products and have gotten great results. I was on the first “Grapefruit diet” back in the early 80′s and lost 30lbs in one month, they took that off the market. I was on Nutrisystem, lost 60lbs in 3 months, but the weight came right back once I stopped eating packaged food and small portions of regular food. I was on Diet fuel (orange/ephedra) and lost 98lbs in less than 5-6 months, but they took that off the market and left the red/ephedra free, and that doesn’t work (at all) I am very disappointed in our market, we put things out that actually work and either really fat people take too much, or too skinney people take it that don’t need to lose but a few pounds (litterally) I am in between, I did however lose weight the old fashioned way 2 years ago (76lbs) I managed to keep most of it off, but since gained back 13lbs of it. I am at 178lbs now, but would like to get back to the 137 I was about 4 years ago. I felt lighter, healthier, and had more energy. I don’t dispise exercise, but I don’t have ANY energy lately?! I just started using this product 3 days ago. I can deal with stimulants quite well, but I do feel a little bit wired on this. However, that being said they do curb my hunger….though I think its just because I feel like Im on speed and the last thing I want to do is sit down and eat.

Due to the fact that it makes me stop snacking Im sure it will work to some degree…I’ll finish this bottle but I dont think I’m going to take more than that. Last thing I need is to get addicted to a diet pill (which I could see possibly happening here).

Okay, So I’ve read all reviews for the Phenpherine. I am skeptical, but willing to give it a try. I have been on Weight Watcher for 4 weeks and lost 8.2 pds. Jusr eating healthy and exercising regularly. I am not an active person, so these chages are hard for me. This weeke being the 5th week, i feel like i’ve lost motivation. I need something to boost my weight lost a bit faster. I’m looking to lose 52pds by the end of May. So I will order this product, and give you an update. :)

so i have to admit ive tried 43265752524908x diff diet pills and i figured if i spend the 70$ and these dont work im gonna give up. ive cut my calories to about 1000 a day and i havent really exercised much maybe 10 minutes a day at most then i give up but ive been taking 3 pills a day for 3 days so far and i havent gotten on the scale yet but i can def tell my jeans are a lot looser than they used to be i havent noticed any bad side affects except the first time i took a 3rd pill i started to wish i hadnt bc i started to feel sick to my stomach . but yeah these pills are pretty awesome. i didnt think they were working till i put on my jeans and they were loose. i had my doubts when i read all the reviews but these things seem to work. good luck everyone :)))

I have been on this for a month and I have lost 14 pounds. I have been exercising and watching what I eat and it appears to be working for me.

I got my order!! So I started taking it yesterday. Took one in the am as soon as I got up, didn’t feel anything. Took another one at noon time. Still nothing. Took one at 5 pm before my work out, and I guess i did have energy more than usual because I ended up at the gym for 3hrs. Today I took 2 pills this am, oh boy I shouldnt have because I was nauseaous all morning, matter fact I still am a little. I will take 1 this afternoon and 2 more before my work out. I bearly start it taking phenphedrine 2 days ago and so far I have notice a few changes I have been eating less. Hi everyone. Promised I’d update so here I am. It’s april now. I started using this on 17th of feb and I can honestly say it does work. I’ve lost almost 5kg since feb and I’m sure that doesn’t sound a lot to most people but I can see a massive difference and so can everyone else. It was a very scary drug at first as it gave me palpatations and headaches. Stopped taking it for about two weeks and then started again and have had no problems or side effects at all. Unfortunately it doersn’t give me the crazy amount of energy that initially did but my appetite is supressed and I’m definitely loosing weight like crazy. I started taking these 5 days ago. I have never been on any pill and I was worried that they would not work for me beause i was not very overweight. I started at 22 years old 5’1 and 133 lbs. this morning i was at 126. The best part of this product is that i am not watching what i eat on pourpose, it just happends, i do not snack as much. and my potions have dropped dramaticaly. I do feel the extra energy but not a lot becuase i replaced my 3 mtn dews a day with this pill. The end of the day is hard, when the pill wears off i get tired quick and my self control fades when it comes to the fridge. As long as this continues for w couple weeks i will begin swearing buy this pill. I know right now it could be water weight. currently i can say I love this pill

I got my pills on Sat and started today Monday. I took the first one this morning but ate a piece of toast first because of my sensitive stomach and took my second pill about 5 hours later with a couple crackers. I have had so much energy but I do not feel wired or jittery, which I was scared of. I had to force myself to eat something small for lunch because I have no appetite. I did weigh myself this morning and plan on weighing myself once a week. So far so good and I am so glad I tried this product, I really think these pills are going to work.

Hey, real mom here. I started this program on 3/15/11. Starting weight was 195, I am down to 157. I have about 20 more lbs I want to lose.

I walk about 2.5 miles a day, 5 days a week, eat about 1000 calories a day. I cheat about 1 meal a week so that my body doesn’t get a routine.

I also drink LOTS of water.

Started taking this today. By the middle of the day I become soooo very tired and all day I have had chest pains on and off. Has this happened to anyone else?

I actually ordered another diet pill, but my order got messed up and they shipped me the phenpherdine. I took my first pill today and have to say it made me real jittery and feeling wired. I can handle caffine, but this is too much. Not a good feeling at work. On the bright side, I did get full real quick at lunch. Will try it again tomorrow without any coffee or soda, hopefully I won’t feel so wired. Otherwise, I am not going to continue and go back to my original order.

I started taking Phenphedrine on March 7, 2011; however I had purchased this product in early April. When I first tried it, I have to say I didn’t like it, but after talking to my Doctor and telling her about my weight concerns, and would this affect my blood pressure medicine, she recommended I brake the capsule in half, and just do half a doses in the morning before working out and the other half at noon, and not to exceed this amount. I finely had my workout regimen written down and started on the 7th of March; I was at 188lbs. However I started at 192lbs. This is the biggest I have ever been in my life. I’m 37 years old and in 2008 and 2009 I had babies and both where delivered via cesarean. After a year, I finely need to get this weight off or I was going to become a diabetic. It is June 5, 2011 and I am down to 157lbs a loss of 35lbs. I still have 12lbs to go. I have averaged 2.5lbs a week and should reach my goal weight on July 16th and I have to give credit to Phenphedrine. If my body would have been able to take a whole pill I would have been at my goal weight a long time ago, but this way I lose it and it stays gone. Thank you Phenphedrine! 145lbs is just around the corner and I can’t wait. With any diet products exercise and healthy eating habits is recommended. i started taking these almost a week ago and thought I would have lost like 5 pounds by now but nothing’s happening….ive done several things that I’m not supposed to, like drink my daily coffee with it (i usually drink like 3-4 cups of espresso) but after the first day went by and I didn’t feel supe energized (at all) I decided my body could handle it… Then the next day I took four pills (I did this without knowing) and had a rum and coke….now this was a MAJOR mistake…the next day I felt like crap! I felt so nauseated I threw up like three times and couldn’t stomach a thing suring the whole day. I was OK on the third day though. MY appetite did diminish but only a tiny bit at night. Still, Ive been working out every day and eating pretty healthy, no fried foods or anything but I still don’t see any major (or even minor) change on the scale! DOes anyone think it would have something to do with the coffee? Maybe it’s counteracting the weight loss effects of the pills, i’ll switch to decaf if so but I really need to know…

I have tried anything & everything u can imagine to lose weight….I am a serial yoyo dieter…lol! 10 yrs ago I ordered Trim Spa with ephedra! It was awesome! I could eat anything & still lost weight! My fiancé and I have taken this for about 3 weeks and haven’t lost any weight, she is 125 and I’m 240 and have some weight that could be shed with a simple diet, but I added this stuff and exercise. We both work out at least 3-4 time in a bad week and we eat pretty good. I’m pretty sure this stuff is junk. I have always had a bit of a belly, but I have never been excessively overweight and due to lack of exercise and because of my job that I have had for nearly 9 years, there is very little physical activity (I’m lucky to walk 100 meters in a 10 to 12 hour work day) and much of the eating out for lunch and/or dinner usually means brown-bagging or fast food places, I gained 40 plus pounds in 5 years. Yet, everyone who knows me, including my doctor, were surprised that I weighed 204 pounds, as I did not look it.

Before starting Phenphedrine, I would usually eat three meals a day, plus 2 to 3 moderately non-healthy snacks and desserts 2 to 4 times a week.

I tried various OTC / Mail Order diet aids (Stacker II – 0 pounds lost, 5 pounds gained; Miracle Burn – 7 pounds lost in two weeks, then nothing; Cylaris – 14 pounds in a month, then nothing; AcaBerry Diet – 5 pounds in a month, then nothing; LypoFuse – 5 pounds in a month, then 1 pound the next month (too slow vs. the cost) and finally HydroxyCut – 3 pounds in a month, then nothing).

Before starting a new plan, I stop using the previous one and wait 2 to 4 weeks. Of course, I would gain some weight and as of 2 JUL and at 5′ 10”, I weighed in at 184. I hope to get down to about 170 (still about 10 pounds over what I weighed in my 20′s and 30′s).

Unlike other diet pills that say take the pills (2 pills up to 30 minutes before each meal) with 8 oz of water, Phenphedrine (1 pill upon waking, 1 pill 30 minutes before lunch and if desired, same for dinner (would cut the 30 day supply down to 20 days). But, they say not to take it 7 hours before going to bed, requires 16 oz and that is on top of all the water I already drink!

I figure that I have cut my calorie and fat intake by 40 to 60% as the Phenphedrine causes me to skip breakfast completely, reduce my lunch size by two-thirds to three-quarters, reduced or eliminated snacking and trying to have more healthy desserts (if there really is such a thing). Dinner is my usual portion of whatever is being served.

Other than some hunger pangs (ignored, or a lite snack), I have not had any [b]noticeable[/b] side effects and I feel pretty good with a nice amount of energy too.

After only two days and although I have not weighed myself, I can already see and feel a difference.

After a full week, I lost a bit over 6 pounds (would have been more had I not had a mid-week binge and stopped for an early dinner at my favorite BBQ place, but I did good; only half slab of ribs, did not eat all the french fries and no coleslaw or dessert).

I have felt pretty mellow this past week and the caffeine in this pill keeps me going, but when I had my blood pressure checked, it has jumped 20 / 7 points!

So, while the pill does the job, if you have high blood pressure, think twice about taking this.

Amazing! Tried every diet pill like Dyma-burn etc will very little results. Tried phen after reading all the reviews and i have lost 32lbs in 3 months. i have stopped takin them for a break, and havent gained 1lb, just continuing to exercise a few times a week, everyone cant believe the difference, they definately curb your appetite. if you are like me, someone who would tend to snack constantly through the day and never feel satisfied they are definately for you as i never felt the urge to snack. I weight about 161 now. I have been dieting and exercising with no diet pills for 5 days and so far have lost 5lbs. I want to lose another 21lbs. I am 5’8″ and have a lot of muscle from running cross-country for 6 yearr, but since i tore my MCL and ACL it has been next to impossible for me to do any extreme exercising. I am just worried i will gain more weight and not be able to lose it. I am debating buying this product.

sorry to tell you mate, but eating mc donals and fatty foods will NEVER EVER make you lose weight. Eat healthier, drink a ton of water at excercise at elast 30 minutes a day. Don’t blame the pills for not losing weight because you eat junk food.

I started taking phenphedrine a few months back, I lost 80 lbs in 4 months. EXERCISE is key! i was obese at 5’11 279 lbs. I now weigh in at 190 and believe me I am at the best shape of my life. So… I am hoping these pills turn around… I haven’t gained weight nor have I lost weight… I get extremely sleepy on the pills and I also feel nauseous and thirsty as ever. I am having some horrible side effects every time I take a Phenphedrine – I get so shaky and nervous I can’t focus on anything. Also gives me waves of nausea – so bad at times I really thought I was going to vomit. Then after those fun symptoms wear off I am left with a horrible headache. I would love for this product to work for me, but so far the side effects are making me not want to try and take another pill. I plan on returning mine.

I’m 42 yrs old, weighed about 198 lbs- thats over 50 lbs over wight for me. I have been taking this pill for exactly TWO weeks now. Is anyone sensative to caffeine and had trouble with sleeping or anything?

I’ve been using this product with diet and mild exercise and I have lost 8 pounds in 6 days so far! It does make me a little jittery, especially with a second dose around lunch (as recommended). I’m still eating, not nauseous, but a little spacy sometimes. I feel like I do eat less and it curbs the cravings for snacks throughout the day.

I’m thinking about trying it, but my reasons may be a little odd. Yes, I want to lose weight, but I also have SADD and two small children that need me to not shut down in the winter. Vanessa and Lul, get your heads examine, I wish I was at your weight. I’m only 5′ tall and weigh 165 lbs and that’s because I had gastric bypass surgery 6 years ago. My weight before the surgery was 307 and I should be happy where I am but I’m not because I’m still considered obese and I HATE that word!

hey Lul and Vanessa!!! I hope you two got to your goals this year!!! I lost 30 lbs this year just on diet and exercise alone…. though it was very hard, I think everyone is capable of accomplishing anything when they put their mind to it. I weighed 137 lbs back in Feb. And I have been in the 100s now for a good 4-5 months. ALthough I lost my wieght all natural, I have tried several diet pills and programs out there. I have the personality where I get bored quite quickly and unmotivated very soon if I do not see results immediately. So to take a pill like this I think is great to keep you motivated in the first month which is always the hardest time, seeing how it takes 21 days to make something a “habit”. No matter what size you are, if you are not happy with yourself, then do something about it. I am only 5’3, and weigh around 106 lbs now. My frame is extremely petite so i am finally the size I am suppose to be, and have been my entire life, until the past two years. Especially being a petite woman as myself, when anyone begins gaining weight, just a few pounds, we notice how it alters our body’s balance, energy level, etc. Weight is only a number, but that number may or may not relay information that can and will hurt you. For example, my petite frame holds weight very proportionately, however, I have several family members over weight or obese with a family history of diabetes, heart problems, liver problems, cancer, etc. so gaining weight has always been a natural scare for me. I have always had a job where I am on my feet so once I began gaining weight, I noticed but I was at a point in my life where I felt I needed the comfort of my bad habits ( wine, fatty foods, snacks, chips). Everyone handles situations in there life differently, and mine was through liquids and food. Needless to say my energy level disappeared. My feet were always hurting from standing up, my knees always ached, as well as my hips and ankles. It was hard for me to breathe and I felt unattractive. I have yo-yo dieted since high school and not by choice. But no matter what, if you see OR feel a difference in your body, make an effort to change it as quickly as possible, because the older you get, the harder it will be, and the longer you wait, the longer it will take, and God knows with my impatience, I personally would find that kind of motivation extremely challenging if I let myself get any more out of hand. I ended up letting my bad habits take over me and rule me for a good year and a half. I was always complaining and being negative. But wait!! Who wants to be surrounded by someone always complaining about themselves but wasnt doing anything to change it. “If you wake up every day doing the exact same thing, you cant expect their to be a change.” I finally got tired of listening to myself, and dealing with ms. Complaints, so I got my butt up, made myself get dressed and put on tennis shoes and forced myself outside. I always feel inferior to people in the gym whenever I get started back into my routine, so I went and bought a chin up bar, a large excersize ball, and some 8lbs dumbells to have around the house so that I would have no excuse for when I didnt feel like leaving the house. All these things come with a few exercise charts to begin your workouts and are great for using your own wieght. So if you are out there and need a little push, go for it! Just dont make pills a habit, and gradually replace them with something equally good for you, green teas full of berries and fruits is always good for you. Be creative.

just trying to lose my baby fat i love my daughter but.. jeebus!!!!! i was hardly 100 before! gained over 40lbs since! tried working out but i bulked up to quick and once i stopped it turned to flab, so i figure i just need to burn this shit off for about a month and i’ll be good:) i just teeter in between 5lbs like i always have.. so yeah! woo! day 4!!!!!! felt pretty freaking good bout myself today:) theres nothing like dancing around in your skibbies feeling wonderful:)

wow you guys have no reason to lose weight yet you still do? i am i heavy girl and have tried everrything diet excerise and yet my weight still remains! i only wish to have to lose 10 to 20 pounds. i think thde only option is surgery… hope you reach your goals

I don’t understand how not eating will help maintain weight loss in the long term? If you don’t eat and just take this pill, your body goes into starvation mode. Sure, you’ll lose weight short term but as soon as you begin to eat again; even fruits and veggies, your body will store it as fat. Look at any cocaine or meth addict after they get clean. They gain tons of weight. In order to sustain long term weight loss you need to consume the correct amount of calories, mostly in the morning and afternoon. Exercise and drink water. Anything on top of that, such as this pill, is bonus material. If it even works.

EAT LESS–MOVE MORE!! Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels. Say that over and over before each meal. It works for me!!

I’v used this product for 1 week now. I am 6’1″ and my starting weight was 220 Lbs and I am now 214.5 lbs. Although I have been working out regularly there is a clear change in how hungry I am throughout the day. Three small meals will fill me up without question. I even cheated one day and tried to eat some boneless wings and only managed to get down 6 before I was too full to take another bite. Oh yeah, did I mention I only take 1 or 2 pills a day not the recommended 2 – 3??

I will safely say this product is a miracle for me. Iv tried Hydroxycut, Lipo 6, and other dieting pills and nothing seemed to work at all.

Drink plenty of water while taking this pill and MAKE SURE NOT TO TAKE ONE TOO LATE IN THE DAY. You will be up much later than you want due to the caffeine in the pill causing headaches and fatigue.

Congrats on your weight loss, but I believe you would have lost the weight regardless of the pills just by eating one meal a day (which I’ve never seen recomended) and the excercise alone will help you loose 20 lbs in a week. Sounds like the pill is giving you extra energy, but again regular excercise will do the same as well as boost your metabloism. Mark was not getting the energy because he was eating fast foods filled with carbs and starches (yawn, yawn)

Um well I have been taking it for 6 days now, twice a day… and so far I can’t really see if I have lost any weight. I started doing regular excercise again the day I started phenphedrine, so I don’t know whether the slight toning of my legs and stomach is a result of the diet pills or just me excercising again!! I noticed I had ALOT of energy, and my heart’s beating really fast all the time, and I also had slight nausea the first few days, but I havn’t weighed myself and don’t really notice any physical changes. I was also wondering what other people are doing calorie-wise… I have been on a 500 calorie deficit this week (except for 2 days when I ate 2000) so I can’t really say my sweet tooth has been completely bated..

I started taking these also this week. Can’t see how one would lose a pound a day except for maybe going to the bathroom first before weighing in. LOL. I have noticed my apetite supressed a lot. You have to give the supplement time to get into your system. Yes some people can see differences in as little as one day, but for most people it will take about a week for the active ingredients to take effect on your body. Stay off the scale and focus more on the foods you ingest. Check on the scale every two weeks and you should see improvements.
