Does Phenocal Work?

Wow. Phenocal makes some crazy claims. They sound pretty good, but is there any science to back it up? No, not really. Allow me to explain:

Is Phenocal Really Backed By Science?

There is some researching backing up a few of Phenocal’s ingredients, such as Green Tea, Coleus Forskohlii,  Evodiamine, and 7-Keto. The problem is that they do not give us the amount of ingredients they actually use. Nor do they tell us how much of each ingredient is used in the studies. Unfortunately, this is a common marketing technique in the diet pill industry. Beware.

Does Hoodia Really Work?

The short answer is no. Hoodia is the most hyped weight loss supplement ever. This shocks me because there are ZERO published studies proving its effectiveness as an appetite suppressant. Now that a bit of a problem, wouldn’t you say? Especially when over 25% of weight loss products contain this useless ingredient.
