I believe tha the best diet is drinking soup of vegetable with garlic and drink alot of cranberry juice,orange juice and tomatoes juiceetc elimanate the cooking oil and start eating fish on the oven.because the less grease it better for our body if you decide to eat rice be sure not to put alot of salt and dont use that much oil try to combine the food always with vegetable and eat always your food with a glass of water.because our body need it.also coffee in good to drink in the breakfast because the coffee is good for the metabolim do not abuse it.the pill that is good is our natural ingredient that we buy in the supermarket drink skim milk eat alot of brocoly try with the soup and apio. This is a VERY GOOD Product. I have taken it for 2 weeks. I have lost 10 lbs plus i have lost love handles by about 50%.
I can fit jeans that I couldn’t a month ago. I am still eating what I want and I have had no side effects.

I have tried Lipozene all I can say is don’t buy it waste of money it made me sick I didn’t lose weight Nothing…then I tried Fenphedra and I am happy to say that product was great I went from 130 to 105 within a month I had more energy happier never hungry just wonderful product…I will be keepin Fenphedra cause thats the only product that has really helped..Lipozene no thanks it made my stomach sick never lost weight..was a waste of money…

It’s been a week. 2 pills in the a.m., afternoon and again in the evening. Also just started walking every other day for 2 miles. Eyes have been a little blurry and have had major binges in the evening – still, the binges are nothing new for me. Otherwise have not noticed a thing different with taking it. Wondering if it would be safer to discontinue (after some of the comments) or stick out the rest of the pills and give it time to ‘work’. I’ll post back the results after all the pills are gone. I got the pills at Wal-Mart; 60 pills for $20. I was just going to put the Stacker3 pills in my cart and an employee says ‘oh, this one is our best seller’. They were cheaper so thought I’d try them. The Stacker3 do work for energy though. Personally, I think anyone with anyone health problems at all should ONLY stick to healthy eating and exercise. Some of the comments above make me mad that they don’t just discontinue use and they instead threaten to sue. These are the very same people and the reasons why eupherine (which was my dream drug and the only thing on the market I ever found to keep me energized and thin) was pulled off the market. Different drugs are going to work differently for different people’s body chemistry…simple as that.

i have great results from lipozene if taken right drink your water give up potatoes bread &no red meat i went from a size 22r down to size 10p now if you want to lose that exter weight just do some walking & drink that water & you will lose the bad fat that you have but drink that water it is also good for other parts of your body

I just started taking lipozene, later that day I drank too much alcohol, and the next morning when I threw up, out comes all 6 blue pill’s still totally intact, just sort of bloated and lightly less blue. I drank plenty of water, so I think Iv’e been ripped off as well. Save your money.

Purchased lipiozene at walmart/ 60 pills for 19.99 as my son said his girlfriend lost mad weight. After two pills I slept 14 hours and still so sleepy with a mad headache. works different on people, maybe a blood sugar shift in my case.

it is a rip off on the informercial it looks like a pill that goes in and attack fat like lipo suckion i got it and its nothing but freaking fiber that i can buy myself isent it back and you can avoid autoship just select month to month when you order oh and i tested it right i put itin water to see if it expands nope and then i put vinger for acid it sat for days and the dye came off and the pill got a little bigger and no gel came out just a slight opening IT IS A RIP OFF

You can purchase this at Walmart. I asked my pharmacist. I have read that a lot of you are suffering chest pains. My pharmacist told me it will raise your blood pressure. I didn’t not purchase it; I already suffer from high blood pressure. Invest your money in changing eating habits. It works; cheaper; safer; less stressful; and you don’t have any side affects.

I took 180 of these pills and agined 8 pounds.
I called them, but it was after the 30 day trial
and asked them to cancel further billing on my
card and they told me they couldn’t do anything about the one they took out initial payment, because they had already shipped me 2 more bottles. That they couldn’t refund after 30 day free trial sounded like a scam to me so I’m hoping they don’t take another payment out this month. They said they would cancel the last payment as a convenience to me.HAHA
to date I have paid 59.90 for initial order plus and
addtional monthly payment of 29.95. They are suppose to cancel the last one I authorized. Doesn’t sound good from these responses.

I bought lipozene at Walmart. I have been taking it for about 3 weeks. I don’t take two like they recommend I take one before every meal. I have been trying to eat sensibly and have lost a few pounds. Don’t think this product has any side effects I have looked the ingredient up online. I have had a lot of energy for a change, insomnia,more frequent bowel movements, and very fowl smelling gas. Besides that everything seems to be going well. Good Luck!!!!!

DONT BUY!!! I have been taking Lipozene for 3 weeks and have not seen any results. I did not even notice that it suppressed my appitite. I did learn that you need to dring a lot of water when you take it. Before I had a chance to drink much water the capsule opened and all the powdery substance lined my throat and back of mouth. Imediatly I began to choke and it made it extremely difficult to breathe and since my throat was coated with the stuff I could not stop gagging and vomiting. Maybe thats how your supposed to lose the weight, upchuck all your food. I dont want to experience that feeling again. My opinion would be DO NOT BUY LIPOZENE, WASTE OF MONEY- if you do decide to buy it, I would at least say dont buy online, you can buy it at WALMART (thats where I bought mine).

Sorry, that most of yall are having problems with this product. You must drink a lot of water. The key to this pill is drinking a lot of water and eat less. i been on it for almost 3 years and i lost a lot of weight. We all have different body types and we are all differently made..so this pill wont work for all of us.Dont give up so fast! God bless all of yall.

I have been on lipozene for 2 days now. I have noticed that the only side effect I have been having is diarehea, which is to be expected since lipozene has fiber in it. I have noticed that it suppresses my hunger though. I think I will like this product. After I finish I’ll be sure to leave another review of the product. Also a lot of you have been complaining that it didn’t work. You need to change you eating habits and start exercising when you are taking a weightloss pill. You can’t just lose weight taking a pill and not change your lifestyle habits. Also, this pill is for people that are obese. If you are trying to lose 15-30 pounds, this pill is not for you.

tengo 2 semanas probando lipozen y la primera semana no senti nada de cambios, pero empeze la seguna semana y y los cambios han sido notorios, no se cuanto he bajado pero lo noto en mi ropa y tomo bastante agua y no he dejado de comer 6 veces durante el dia,es dificil pero hay que tener fuerza de voluntad cada noche salgo a caminar y correr por 30 minutos y durante el dia me pongo musica para mantener mi cuerpo en movimiento o sea bailando otros 30 minutos. pero si este medicamento no resulta en algunos cuerpos no tienen que seguir con el. recuerden que todos los cuerpos son diferentes y reaccionan diferente. So I didnt wast to much money. BUT THE MAIN THING IS I SEARDCHE ONLINE FOR AMORPHOPHALLUS KONJAC which is the name under lipozene in parenthesis and all it is is straight Konjac root which you can order off any vitamin dot com website for about $11.00 for for 60 capsules or themore you order like 450 capsules only $56.99 All konjc root is is pure fiber your better off buying benfiber or a fiber supplement from a store!!!! HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE!!!

Wow, I’m not quite sure what to say after reading this as 99.9% of the people commenting can’t spell or construct a correct sentence. This makes me think that they probably look for an easy way out of everything in life. Listen up, anything worth obtaining in life takes work!

You can not learn correct English through osmosis nor can you lose weight by sitting on your butt eating Bon Bons, watching One Life to Live, and taking a pill.

The commercial for this product is a joke. I like how they say, “It’s so powerful, it’s clinically proven to work.” WTF is that supposed to mean? It means nothing, that’s what it means. Yet people will still pick up their phone or go to their computer (probably whichever is closer) and order this junk. Then they act all surprised and feel ripped off when it doesn’t work. These people should just stop playing the victim and take some responsibility for their own lives.

I only paid for the 2 bottles but Lipozene didn’t really work for me either. In the first 2 days, I did lose 2 pounds but then after that I was going up and down in my weight! It made me feel bloated and gave me gas! Do not buy Lipozene! The commercial makes it look too good to be true and I was one of the people who fell for it!

Sorry for all of the complaints, but Lipozene has worked great for me. I am considered obese with sugar and cholesterol problems. Lipozene has helped level out my blood sugar giving me more energy and it has helped suppress my appetite so I eat less. It is not for everyone, but it is for me so far. I also drink nothing but water, which has never helped me lose weight before until now with the Lipozene. I bought it from walmart for 20 bucks, so it is not a lot to lose. I only take 2 pills once daily 30 minutes before I eat and I drink a full 8 oz glass of water with it and I have already lost 3 pounds in the past 3 days with no side affects. The bottle dose warn you that if you do not swallow it with enough water that it can swell in your throat and choke you. It also tells you to take it with a full glass of water. It works buy swelling in your stomach which helps your body metabolize food better leveling out your blood sugar because things take longer to digest. I always do a lot of research before I take anything. For the record, Slimquick works very well for obese women also. I lost 20 pounds in 2 months and felt great. I have been using this product for about two weeks now. I take the pills according to what the bottle says, 30min before mins and take with water. I have lose 11lbs. People go to Wal-Mart you get two for 20 bucks. Like another person said it words for some not for all. I’m happy, good luck.

I just bought the two bottle package from walmart for 20.00. I keep reading the part where if you don’t drink enough water when taking it, it will swell in your throat and choke you. So I keep looking at the bottle wanting to take it, then i chicken out. I have blood sugar and high blood pressure and want to loose alot of weight and thought maybe this may help me, but to scared to try it. I don’t want a heart attack either from the diet pill nor do i want to choke and die either.

Wow. I saw the commercial on TV and went to order on the internet, but then saw these blogs. Now I don’t know what to do. I have thyroid problems that have caused me to gain about 40 pounds in the past few years. I feel miserable and my husband doesn’t dig fat women (like me!). I have tried other over-the-counter diet pills, ie., Dexatrim, and have not had any luck. I even spend 0ver $300 on the Nutri-System diet and I actually GAINED 7 pounds! I just bought lipozene from walmart and I’m still encouraged to try it despite all of the negative feedback..However before I take anymore I’ll go and check with my doctor, to see if it’s safe for me to take..(I’m a diabetic)..I also wanted to say that Alli or zenical is a great pill..I used it for 6 months and 25 lbs. Its way too expensive though..I guess for anyone that is looking to try lipozene, just check with your doctor first..

I bought it yesterday.
This was before I read the reviews.
I noticed that most people mentioned that the pill does not desolve.
So, i openned one and to my surprize, the outer casing feels like haed plastic. then I tasted the contents and it tasted like flour. Guys, I think we just bought some very expensive flour.
I want my money back.

My wife ended up in the hospital after taking Lipozene for 3 weeks. She was drinking plenty of water and eatting healthy and exercising and she was by NO MEANS considered way over weight. She was 20 pounds over her normal weight and wanted to loose the extra. She was experiencing pain in her chest and was having problems breathing. Took her in to ER and glad I did. Her airway was being blocked. I called the company, they were nice and REFUNDED all our money and cancelled without a problem. I know not to trust this pill.

I bought Lipozene 4 days ago from Walmart & has lost 5 lbs & so far the only thing that I’m experaning is soft stool. I will addmit though that the key is drink lot’s of water with the pills. It fills you up so you don’t eat as much. I will be back on my 1 month to tel you all know how I’m doing. Oh by the way I am obese & my goal is to reach 135 lbs. I’m now 233 lbs. when I started Lipozene I was 237 lbs. Wish me luck.
