Lipozene didn’t work for me and it was a mess trying to get out of the autoship program. I don’t see why it always is so hard. Just find my name on the computer and click cancel.

After seeing the commercial Lipozene seemed like a really nice product and so I bought it. It was ok, I lost around 5 pounds but I was hoping for about 15.

Yeah, I experienced some side effects after using Lipozene; weight loss bitches!!! I lost 7 pounds just like that.

Lipozene has several side affects such as vomitting and headaches. I wasn’t impressed with the results either, 5 pounds seems to be the max, just a waste of money….

I just bought this and started taking it yesterday and I got sick last night and had a tightness in my chest. I don’t think that I will take it anymore. Be careful.

i have been using for i month i am not sure how much weight i lost but i do know i lost some. my side effects are nausea head ache when i dont drink enough water and for the first time i got chest pains on yesterday i think i will stop taking in at the end of this month. not ready to die for the sake of losing weight.

I had so many problems with the billing department. They were extremely rude. I have taken the pill for a month and lost 8 pounds. Now that i eat right and exercise i have lost 20 more so it is not worth going through the problems everyone seems to be having just change your lifestyle!!!!

I think that it is really sad to hear all the stories but does no one know that you can get this stuff at walmart.

I just started Lipozene and I’m hating it now as we speak. I keep on yauning and yauning. I can’t stop and I’m eating more than ever. I’m so sleepy. Lack of major oxigen to the brain. I will have to stop these pills because I’m so sleepy. I don’t feel any sensation of fullness at all.

When I finally got an electron microscope powerful enough to read the small print on the TV commercial describing the so-called “clinical trials” I think it said average weight loss over 6 weeks was 2 pounds. Also that 78% of that weight was fat. First of all a weight loss so gradual will amost always result in most of it being fat. You can lose 2 pounds in 6 weeks by eliminating slightly over 80 calories a day or by burning 80 more a day which can be done unintentionally.
This is a scam!!!

I have tried just about everything on the market..THIS is the only one that worked for me..a 55+ female, who was NEVER overweight until after menopause…A real bummer..but CAN be worked with if the effort is made.

I took two pills once a day after I eat, and it seems to be curveing my hunger. but I also noticed you need to drink lots of water. I got bad back cramps yesturday.

My husband saw the ads on tv and wrote it down, when he showed me the note I remembered my best friend had mentioned Lipozene before, and that weekend we went to Sam’s club and found them there, 120 pills for less than 30 dollars. We started taking them 3 days ago, my husband has been having diarreah, and I have a horrible rash on both arms that itch like crazy. The worst part is I remembered my friend did mentioned to me that he had a rash after taking those pills, at the time I just didn’t think it would be related. Darn it, I could have saved 30 dollars and my dignity!

I have been taking Lipozene for one week. I quit smoking in February and gained about 25lbs. I just want to get back to where I was. Since I have been taking this pill, my blook pressure is much higher and I am aching in my chest. I have been vomiting every nite. I cut back to just one pill/day with no success. I have been taking Lipozene for one week and have had my blood pressure raise because of it. I started using it because I gained 25 pounds after quiting smoking in February. I have had nothing but higher blood pressure and vomiting the entire time. I even went to just one pill a day with no change in the way I felt. I am going to request a refund and go back to South Beach diet which helped me in the past. Please be careful with you health if you take this product. I am not going to order anymore. It is dangerous for most people to take. I will do it thru a healthy diet not pills that are way to expensive and they charge you more than one time a month. I am going to stop that too. Needless to say even the cashier at wallmart said to me the same facts as I’m reading on this page but a little to late I’ll try them out and post my results also you can purchase them at wallmart for $19.99 T.V $29.99.

I started taking Lipozene yesterday. I have a friend that started taking it six months ago and I have watched her progress. She has not changed anything as far as eating or exercise and she even smokes. Over the last six months I have seen her shrink, losing 35 pounds. Doesn’t the weight usually stay away longer if the lose is gradual? I too tried the Provida diet several times. It works great too with no diet pills. I just followed the eating program and lost 32 pounds in six weeks. But sticking to the food is hard because it isn’t the tastiest. And once I stopped the program all the weight came back. Provida is a change of life diet and it’s hard when you have picky eaters in your family. Yes, you can buy Lipozene at Wal-Mart. You get two bottles for just under $20. So if you really want to try this I suggest going to the store rather then ordering online and getting stuck trying to return it or canceling. I’m not sure if any of you have had this problem but, my aunt and I started lipozene about the same time, we’ve been taking it for about a month and off an on we both have been spooting blueish-greenish spots in our bowl movements. Just recently my aunt had a bowl movement and saw one of the pills still whole and in one piece floating around.

I also have been experiancing chest pains (like a large man is squeezing me)and I have vomited several times as well as had head aches. Reading everyones experiance with the diet pill makes me want to stop taking it.

I recently saw this product on TV, and called to order. I only got the automated service and they tried to sell you extra stuff you don t want or need. Then after reading the reviews, I called back and tried to cancel my shipment which haven t shipped, they swore that they couldn t cancel the shipment or the refund. So I have to wait to receive it and request a return authorization. Hopefully they will cancel my autobill and I will never deal with them again!

After listening to all the commercials on the radio for Lipozene it sounded great. I just went to Walmart and purchased it. I was researching the ingridients online before starting it tomorrow morning but I’m glad I came accross this, I will be returning it tomorrow instead. Thank you all!!

Well, I’ve been taking them a week now and I bought mine at WalMarts after reading all the bad comments on their customer service. I started out 1 pill before meals and it seemed to work. Now I feel I can move on to 2 pills but only before dinner. That seems to be my biggest meal. My husband is a truck driver and I stay on the road with him so no exercising and really no healthy foods. Overeating was my downfall because I get so bored in here. I have only had to urinate like every hour even when I don’t drink enough water. Plus, I did notice the color change, but thats normal in all things taken with dye. I don’t think it’s the best thing by far but it’s helped me to eat less and I’m counting on it to continue doing so until the bottles are gone and I can start a fat burner and metabolism booster. This first week I’ve lost 5 lbs. Was 211 and want to go to 160.

Pills dont dissolve how are they supposed to work.

I tried Lipozene for about a month, with in the first 2 weeks I have lost almost 15 pounds. However, the 3rd week I was starting to put weight back on, before the end of the 4th week, I had put all the weight back on and more. The pills were not dissolving or wanting to leave me. Before I knew it, I was getting really sick. A friend was rushed into the hospital, found that she had to have surgery from Lipozene. It had done the same thing to her as me. However, I stopped taking it soon enough that it didn’t not affect me as bad as it did her. Do not take this pill. It does not work and can make you very ill.

This are all very interesting comments. I was just about to order this product today and ran across this site. I have now changed my mind. Every comments seems to be all the same. Doesn’t work. I am back and it has been 2 weeks of me taking Lipozene and I must say I have lost 3lbs. I started taking 1 before breakfast and 1 before dinner and I also started eating less, but I felt I could have lost 3lbs. without the long hard to swallow pills but my doctor informed me to take the free bottle sent to me because it should work faster now that my body has been prep. so I guess I will post in 2 weeks my results. Hopefully someone can post smaller pills that work better because these gorilla pills gets stuck in my chest if I don’t drink a quart of water. My weight is now 184lbs.

I just started taking lipozene last weekend and so far havent been as hungry as I used to be. I have been tired though and getting diarrhea too. So far, a 6 out of 10. We will see if I lose weight now.

I also bought lipozene few weeks ago, although I do not have side effects, I haven’t lost a pound on these pills. I felt stupid and I want to warn all the others not to fall for the scam. 204 lbs. At the end of September, I weighed 175 lbs. The only thing I changed in my lifestyle was to quit drinking alot of sodas and drank lots of bottled water.
I have not had any of the side effects that everyone has been moaning about.

I don’t know if it works or not, but I do know this:
If it comes out when you use the toilet, you did not drink enough water or you took a laxative.
If it made you sleepy, you were already prone to being tired.
If it made you sick, you were probably going to be sick anyway.
How can it be called “only a fiber pill” as it says at the begining of this webpage, and still cause serious illness?
For the person who took the pills after eating, read the instructions- it says to take them 30 minutes BEFORE eating.
I think that many people are just looking for something to complain about.
Finally, the people who are not adult enought to write a comment without swearing are childish thugs.

I went to their site and it prompted me to input my credit card information before i could proceed. I ended up not ordering, clicking on X in the upper right hand corner to exit the site. Next thing I know, the pills arrive in the mail, my c.c. was charged. Lipozenes customer service is insisting that I DID order it. I’m not stupid. I did not approve or submit an order, but just by putting in your CC information, they assume you want to order. I’ve been on the phone for the last 3 days trying to get a refund. NO SUCH LUCK.

I just bought lipozene today at walmart it was around $20 I am 5’2 and my weight is 173. I had my second baby 10 months ago and have gained about 20 pounds since. I have to lose weight I feel horrible about myself. Despite the warnings I am going to try this product, but will absolutely be very cautious. Wish me luck!

Don’t try the free offer…even if you state on your ‘recorded call’ that you do not want the auto-ship, they are going to send it to you anyway. I said on my recorded call I did not want auto-ship. When the confirmation comes up at the end of the call, it confirmed I do not want auto-ship. I told them to go back to my’recorded call’ and they would hear it, but was told it would be very difficult to do that. She said when they ship your order, they place a card in there telling you that you are on auto-ship and you have to call to cancel. But if you said it from the beginning and it was confirmed, why do they put you on autoship anyway??? AND when you try to cancel, they are going to tell you it is past the free trial cancellation date and will not take it back NOR will they refund your money. Very difficult to cancel. I am extremely dissatisfied. Even if I liked the product, I would not move forward with this product or this company based on their customer service and deceitful ways. It’s a shame!!!

OKAYY so just like any other thing all pills will have different side affects an what not for everybody…for me i had “toilet” issues that didn’t get better for like a month after i stopped taking the pill BUT it wasn’t real major all the time only on some days it would be worse then others….um it helped me cut back on my eating but i had to take less then the recommended dose otherwise i would get chest pains and it felts like my heart was racing….i did get a sick throw up feeling on occasion an i honestly don’t go by the scale cuz you can be loosing without the scale number going down…i went by looks and other people were noticing specially my boyfriends and i could see it in my thighs and a lil bit on my stomach but since i stopped taking the pill i think i’ve gotten it all back…CRAPPY lol

i saw the ad on tv and went to internet to order. I ordered the larger order, as 10 days did not seem like enough to know if it was working. I got the order and it was only the 2 trial bottles. i called and got a “better deal” and when that order arrived, it only had 2 of the 6 bottles in it. When I called the company (which by the way, both times I have gotten people to talk to) they told me the computer says that the package weighed what it would have weighed with the 6 bottles. I would have to file a postal claim because of possible fraud. I would not get the 4 missing bottles until the claim was founded, unless i wanted to pay for the 4 bottles! I told them to cancel as 2 screw ups with 2 orders was ridiculous! I got my authorization numbers to send them back, and was give a date 2 weeks from now that they needed to be back or I would not get my money back. Now, mind you, they have 3-5 after getting your money to get the pills to you, but you only have 2 weeks to get them back if you want your money.
I did loose 7 lbs in the week that i took the lipozens, but I also have been having horrible horrible charley horses……I would stay away from this company….oh and by the way, they do not tell you about the auto-shipment until you get the larger order and then you get a flyer saying you have been set up on the auto shipment. I think that might be illegal.

I would just like to point out a few things people should know. Lipozene is Amorphophallus Kojac, otherwise known as Devil’s Tongue, Elephant-Foot Yam, Konjac, Konjc Mannan, Konnyaku, and Snake Plant.

Do what I did and google these drug and herb names. You will find this very educational. Especially since there are a lot of people that shouldn’t be taking this product. Lipozene doesn’t tell you this in their commercials or on their bottle. The only warning on the bottle is the one that warns about it closing up your throat if not taken correctly. It doesn’t talk about the effects on people with diabetes.

I’m not going to say what I read because I want you to find and read it for yourselves.

I just started taking lipozene about a week ago and I have to say i’ve lost about 5 pounds and looking to loose quite a bit more i’m 5’3 and weigh about 185 pounds when i started and now at 180 after a week i’m hoping to get to 150 but we will see what happens I haven’t had any side effects yet….but I will post and let you all know something in about 2 more weeks….wish me luck!!!!

I bought this lipozene to loose weight, but the only thing I lost was like $165. And the refund they promised I only have a bottle of sugar pills. YOU can not eat like a pig and buy diet pills and think that they are going to work you have to cut down on what you are eating no junk food try eating a apple and no drinking anything but water we all need 8 to ten cups of water every day.it takes 3,500 less C. to lose one pound.do a colon cleanse you can lose 10 pounds by simply getting rid of the embedded toxins in your colon it works in one week i lost ten pounds and yes i did have pain in my belly thats because the colon cleanse was working really hard to get all that junk out of my body.

Did the same as all the rest of the above letters just to find, that they don’t even ship the amount they say. The bottles that I ordered didn’t even come with the amount that it stated in the bottles. It took over three months to get a credit and the product doesn’t work. I say to all listening, if you can live on jello and water anyone one can lose weight.

Thanks Joe! I read up on it myself and am so glad I did. I am hypoglycemic and should know better than to try something besides just sticking to diet and becoming more active. Those commercials are so good at dragging you into buying the product. Lipozene could put many people in the hospital or worse if they aren’t careful and do their research.

I have to admit, after reading the many reports about lipozene, I’m a little worried. I just bought a bottle today at Walgreens, and was pretty excited about started it. Natural curiousity caused me to do some research on the ingredient, as well as reported feedback etc. The below article explains exactly what the active ingredient is, and what effects it has and who it is appropriate for. After reading the following, a felt a little bit better about the pill, however, a little let down that all it really is, is basically a natural laxative.

Glucomannan is the Western name for vegetable fibers derived from an Asian plant family known as konjac. Glucomannan does not dissolve in water, but forms a thick, gooey gel when exposed to fluids. The body does not digest glucomannan, so the resulting large soft mass moves through the intestines and may trigger intestinal muscle contractions. Therefore, glucomannan is thought to be an effective bulk-type laxative, even though it may take up to 12 hours to be effective.

Glucomannan has also been studied for treating obesity, diabetes, and high cholesterol. Studies in both adults and children with severe obesity showed varying degrees of weight loss associated either with taking supplemental glucomannan or with replacing some of the usual diet with foods made from glucomannan (konjac) flour–the dried and ground tuber (underground stem) of the plant. Generally, glucomannan is believed to discourage overeating because it creates a feeling of fullness after the fiber in it swells. Because stomach contents may stay in the stomach longer, the individual does not feel hungry as often. However, in most of the research studying glucomannan for weight loss, study participants also drank large amounts of water and followed a reduced-calorie diet.

Possibly due to the same delay in stomach emptying, glucomannan may improve blood sugar levels in individuals with diabetes. Because the absorption of carbohydrates from foods is slower when glucomannan is taken, blood sugar levels may not rise as high or as fast as usual. Some preliminary results from animal studies also suggest that glucomannan may increase the sensitivity of body tissues to the insulin that is produced or taken. In several studies, taking glucomannan has also appeared to lower blood levels of total cholesterol, low-density lipoproteins (LDL, or “bad” cholesterol), and triglycerides. Although more research on this possible use of glucomannan is needed, glucomannan may increase the elimination of cholesterol and its components from the body. It may also keep bile acids from being reabsorbed in the intestines, further reducing cholesterol levels in the blood, because the body uses cholesterol to produce more bile.

All you people are crazy! I bought it after seeing the commercial. I lost 27 lbs in 2 months and did not change my bad eating habits nor did I exercise more than before. I had absolutely NO side effects and continued to smoke. Give it a chance – it really does work and I am a very satisfied customer!!!

I called and gave them my cr card#. In the meantime a voice kept asking me if I wanted to order double. I kept saying No. Finally I got upset and hung up. Approximately 3 days later I got billed from the bank a charge of $31.03. Consulated the bank and got $$ back. However, 2 weeks later was charged $59.94 from bank. Merchandise was shipped about this same time. I surmise when I hung up that no order would be put through. Now I’m out almost $60 and I did “Return to sender, order cancelled.” I spoke to the bank again and they called someone at Lipozene and I was told I would have to wait 30 days to get $$ back. Today I received a call saying that I owed more money. Explained to the caller what took place. Now I have to wait for a supervisor to phone me back. I don’t know if this stuff works or not but I don’t have the package or my money. Save yourself a headache and buy somewhere else. I may never see my money again.

I purchased it at walmart about 6 months ago and took it for 6 weeks and lost 12 pounds. I have not gained back that 12 pounds but would like to lose 10-15 more pounds. I just started on it again Tuesday and as before, I have not had any bad side effects. I dont think it is something you would want to stay on for long periods at a time, is why I only take it for 6 weeks at a time. You do need to drink plenty of water while taking it. And as the directions say “take it BEFORE you eat”. I only take one capsule before each meal. I think it is a great product, but would not order it from TV. Buy it at Walmart for about half the price.

So although there was a little cramps here and there, the product worked well. 30 lbs was lost while STRICKTLY sticking to the instructions. The Metabolism pills were awesome and I’ve checked around on where you can find more, but I can’t find the exact brand. If you know where to get them let me know. Also, I gotta say too, that some of you guys can’t just expect a miracle. It didn’t take a month, it took probably 6 months to lost the weight. I don’t work out on a regular schedule, but my job involved physical lobor and I’m not lazy. I don’t drink pop and order out take out 5 nights a week. Eat a salad, run on a treadmill, you’ll be amazed at what happens. OH and ALSO the customer service is staff LOVELY. because I was a success when i canceled my AUTOSHIP program they offered me a complementary $25.00 Walmart gift cirtificate. Money well spent.

My husband works for the company that processes & distributes Lipozene. I kept asking him to bring some home to me. He laughed and said it was a scam, it doesn’t work. They also have other diet pills. They use the same pill but change the color. I was very shocked. I was really hoping there was a miracle pill out there. :(

A friend tried Lipozene and the only loss showed up in their wallet! They lost only one pound in over a month and had to dispute the repeated charges with the bank and cancel their debit card to request a new one. What a hassle! She was also sick from day one. You could do better by walking 10 minutes per day! As far as those people like LORE above, saying that anyone who complains is ‘crazy’, she is obviously working for the company and is simply trying to rope in more suckers! See the recommended pills that get a satisfactory rating for weight loss if you choose that route, but avoid the Lipozene SCAM at all costs!

Well I just got lipozene today! My sister said she used it and it didn’t work. she even said it made her consipated. However, my aunt used it and she totally slimmed down! She went from looking 6 months pregnant to almost flat in a month in a half! Now yes I’ve just read everyones comment but I just have to give it a try! You guys wish me luck!

The thing is some people are lazy and think you take a pill, eat what you want and your are going to slim down. Thats not gonna happen. You need to exercise as well. Like many people have said above, it’s gonna work differently for different people. Example linda g: worked for her aunt but not so well for her sister. And again, people CAN’T EAT CHICKEN WINGS AND EXPECT TO LOOK LIKE ANGELINA JOLIE. it takes EFFORT to have a healthy and slim body.

i have taken 2 days worth of pills i did one before each meal brakfast lunch and 2 before dinner last night i was over to my girlfriends house with her and her husband and kids i got STUCK on the couch horrible painful back cramps or spasms not sure but they finally went away today around 7p and i went over there at 5p yesterday… i DO NOT RECAMEND THIS LIPOZENE ..wasted my money and wont be taking them again to much pain ill exercise i only got the pills because of the influencing commercial but ill exercise from now on drink lots of water and eat blueberries!!!!!

My friend and i work together, and just got it today.. we’re keeping some a work.. and Today i am almost 140 pounds and she is about 150, and we’re actually trying to lose our belly FAT! it hangs over our pants. so we are gong to try this out, and stick to the gym during lunch for about 30 a day. lets see how it goes. i will post in about 2 weeks.

Question: What can you tell me about Lipozene? I understand it will help with weight loss but not sure how it will work. Will it give me energy as well as burn fat? Do you recommend it?

Answer: Lipozene is nothing more than a fiber pill and may actually do more harm than good. Manufactured by Obesity Research Institute, the claim is that this pill will suppress appetite, thus causing us to eat less during the day. On paper, this makes sense…the fewer calories we eat, the easier it will be to break down stored fat. Unfortunately, the human body does not work that way and calorie restriction diets and supplements that cause us to eat less (Lipozene) should be avoided.

Obesity Research Institute claims that Lipozene is “clinically proven to reduce body fat and weight”, yet offers no clinical data or study regarding this claim. The do not provide any information regarding the supplement only that it contains one ingredient, Glucomannan. Derived from the Konjac plant, this fiber has been used for some time in Japan but in order to be somewhat effective as a fiber source, at least 1-2 g needs to be taken. The Lipozene website does not specify how much is in their supplement so the consumer is left to wonder if this supplement will do anything. Even if there were enough, studies indicate that glucomannan may also prevent the absorption of certain vitamins and minerals. If you decide to take this supplement, make sure you take a good multi-vitamin as well.

Lipozene will not provide you with any energy, as its purpose is to limit the amount of food you eat. Less food = less energy. Drastically limiting your intake of food will not only force the body to keep stored fat but will also slow down your metabolism and cause the body to break down muscle instead. Eventually, other health issues can develop such as feelings of weakness, mood swings, and depression. Quite simply, the best thing we can suggest is to eat a healthy diet and avoid the terrible habit of starving yourself. Engage in some exercise and choose a weight loss supplement that will work along with the body, not try to alter the natural order of things.

Another problem that Lipozene has is a credibility issue. Obesity Research Institute LLC has been charged by the Federal Trade Commission for making false and unsubstantiated claims and forced to pay $1.5 million in customer redress. They are the manufacturerers of two other products Propolene and Fiberslim, both of which are based upon the ingredient glucomannan. This doesn’t bode well for Lipozene.

If you do shop for a weight loss product in a health store, pharmacy or on the Internet, you’ll often find hundreds of different brands containing a confusing array of ingredients. You may be tempted to experiment with different diet aids until you find one that works. But this approach may be expensive. Jennifer Berniello, a respected nutritional writer from Health News Minute did a fantastic review on diet pills and their actual effectiveness in a recent feature, the results are quite surprising.

This pill is a scam. They advertise that you can get your money back, no questions asked, but only within 30 days. Now, they also send you a 30-day supply or whatever other thing they try to sell you. If you can’t see results to at least 30 days, then how can you return it for your money back? You can’t. I tried. I did not lose anything on this. I would not recommend it to anyone; just another scam, and I’m out $30.00.

Okay really if you want to lose weight the answer is life style change. Diets, diet pills are short answers to your issues. Diet companies are making MILLIONS on us! Quit making someone else rich (I am also a contributor) Just change your eating habits and exercise….. walk, situps, push ups and jumping jacks all FREE! Wow!! I believe I won’t order the product and just do as most have said. Drink alot of water. Diabetic here and I have no desires to make myself ill. Disabled so the exercise thing isn’t gonna happen. I am very happy to have had these experiences to read. Scam or not, I believe I will pass. Good luck to those it works for and Good luck to those who are trying to get your money back. I cannot see reading all of these reports and taking the pills. Better safe than sorry I am thinking.

I have tried Lipozene twice and it does not work. i go to the gym 4 times a week and this junk did not help me lose any weight. I would have been happy with six pounds in two week. I took lipozene for a month. Don’t waste your money.

I was 256 lbs. in March of 2008. I lost weight on this and had no side effects at all. Dieters must remember to drink water and also take vitamins. All is explained in the reading material Lipozene provides. But it is common sense. I just weighed myself yesterday and I am now 184 lbs. That’s 72 lbs. in about 9 months. I have not changed my diet habits or anything. As for the credit card problems others have stated I have not found a problem their either. With the first purchase you are given options to pay with moiney order. Also, they include an order form for 2 bottles for $29.95 on the order form without ever having to join a monthly shipping program. Everyone is different and some things work for some people. The only drawback I see and this goes for every diet pill… you have to keep taking them to keep seeing results. We should be more worried about the how we get results. Most of these pills have negative side effects. Lipozene has not had any bad side effects for me. Try to post a non-bias headline and do not state something does not work based upon a small amount of replies. I am happy I gave lipozene a chance.

WHAT!!? I WISH I HAD READ THIS BEFORE I BOUGHT IT….I GUESS ILL BE TAKING IT BACK AS WELL……….I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING..ENCLUDING CHANGING MY LIFESTYLE…SO I GUESS I WILL JUST HAVE TO STARVE MYSELF.

Nothing works the same for everybody. We’re desperate or we wouldn’t try this or anything else. I can tell you from experience that regular gym USE ( I mean a sweat hall NOT a beauty show spa)times a week drinking a gallon of water per day and walking six miles 3 times a week can take you from a size eighteen to a ten in five months, with out fail. The problem for most women is that most of us are mothers and wives, we don’t stick with programs we do for ourselves.

Problem is that some times working out regularly and the intense walking program can cause physical debilities, ie. damaged tendons,joints, plantar faciitis, etc etc. I PROMISE you will GAIN every pound plus more back that you lost.

In EVERYTHING there needs to be balance. EVERYTHING!

Either way, THIS stuff (I purchased Lipozene today) I will be taking back after the Holidays. I can’t take the chance. I’m not a doctor, but I can tell you through common sense, if you already suffer from digestive irritation of any kind,taking something that changes your digestion to this degree, can’t be a good thing. I have DIVERTICU-LOSIS, I certainly can not risk an attack with could change it from from the “osis” to an “itis”. Not for all the bikini’s on the beach.

Wanna lose weight? It takes work and time. Guess thats the best way to do it anyway. Shake off the lazies. :)

None of these pills work to lose weight and keep it off! The only way to lose weight without surgery is to eat less and exercise more. If that doesn’t work nobody other than a “qualified” LEGITIMATE doctor can help you. Not those wannabe actor/model doctors you see on those advertisements. Best of luck to all! :)

i had just got off the phone with a lipozene rep, and yes i ordered it….what can be worse than being over-weight?…anything is worth a try and if it works thats great but if it doesnt than i will have to fight with them as many of the folks here did…give them a chance and take them as directed …thats my theory

My wife was unable to take these pills. She is still being billed each and every month. We have tried to stop payment and We have refused each package and we are still receiving the Lipozene. We have contacted the BBB in Nevada with no results. We have now cancelled our credit card and received a new card to stop thier rip off policy. These people are like the China Tea thing, and they do thier business in Nevada. We have also talked to someone in the office of Lipozene with no help at all. IF you read this, do not allow yourself to fall for the product and line of BS.

I just picked up some at Costco today. A 2 pack for $27.
Before I opened it I decided to look online for feed back on the product and I’m glad I did. I already have high BP so it doesn’t sound like this stuff is going to do me any favors. I’ll be returning this and switching to light beer instead.

i’ve taken this for a week now, i feel a lot better than i have in months, yes i’m tired but that’s expected when you’re a mom of three sons. you have to check with your doctor before you start any diet regimen, especially if you have medical problems…no diet pills are good for you. these have worked for me so far, again you have to follow the directions on the package or anything you decide to try won’t work…if you don’t feel comfortable with this product , slimquick for women works pretty good too.

I believe tha the best diet is drinking soup of vegetable with garlic and drink alot of cranberry juice,orange juice and tomatoes juiceetc elimanate the cooking oil and start eating fish on the oven.because the less grease it better for our body if you decide to eat rice be sure not to put alot of salt and dont use that much oil try to combine the food always with vegetable and eat always your food with a glass of water.because our body need it.also coffee in good to drink in the breakfast because the coffee is good for the metabolim do not abuse it.the pill that is good is our natural ingredient that we buy in the supermarket drink skim milk eat alot of brocoly try with the soup and apio. I hope that this is good for youll do not waist your money in farmacos that can afect your body.

This is a VERY GOOD Product. I have taken it for 2 weeks. I have lost 10 lbs plus i have lost love handles by about 50%.

It’s been a week. 2 pills in the a.m., afternoon and again in the evening. Also just started walking every other day for 2 miles. Eyes have been a little blurry and have had major binges in the evening – still, the binges are nothing new for me. Otherwise have not noticed a thing different with taking it. Wondering if it would be safer to discontinue (after some of the comments) or stick out the rest of the pills and give it time to ‘work’. I’ll post back the results after all the pills are gone. I got the pills at Wal-Mart; 60 pills for $20. I was just going to put the Stacker3 pills in my cart and an employee says ‘oh, this one is our best seller’. They were cheaper so thought I’d try them. The Stacker3 do work for energy though. Personally, I think anyone with anyone health problems at all should ONLY stick to healthy eating and exercise. Some of the comments above make me mad that they don’t just discontinue use and they instead threaten to sue. These are the very same people and the reasons why eupherine (which was my dream drug and the only thing on the market I ever found to keep me energized and thin) was pulled off the market. Different drugs are going to work differently for different people’s body chemistry…simple as that.

I just started taking lipozene, later that day I drank too much alcohol, and the next morning when I threw up, out comes all 6 blue pill’s still totally intact, just sort of bloated and lightly less blue. I drank plenty of water, so I think Iv’e been ripped off as well. Save your money.

I called them, but it was after the 30 day trial
and asked them to cancel further billing on my

I have been trying to eat sensibly and have lost a few pounds. Don’t think this product has any side effects I have looked the ingredient up online. DONT BUY!!! I have been taking Lipozene for 3 weeks and have not seen any results. I did not even notice that it suppressed my appitite. I did learn that you need to dring a lot of water when you take it. Before I had a chance to drink much water the capsule opened and all the powdery substance lined my throat and back of mouth. Imediatly I began to choke and it made it extremely difficult to breathe and since my throat was coated with the stuff I could not stop gagging and vomiting. Maybe thats how your supposed to lose the weight, upchuck all your food. I dont want to experience that feeling again. My opinion would be DO NOT BUY LIPOZENE, WASTE OF MONEY- if you do decide to buy it, I would at least say dont buy online, you can buy it at WALMART (thats where I bought mine).

The key to this pill is drinking a lot of water and eat less. i been on it for almost 3 years and i lost a lot of weight. I have been on lipozene for 2 days now. I have noticed that the only side effect I have been having is diarehea, which is to be expected since lipozene has fiber in it. I have noticed that it suppresses my hunger though. I think I will like this product. After I finish I’ll be sure to leave another review of the product. Also a lot of you have been complaining that it didn’t work. You need to change you eating habits and start exercising when you are taking a weightloss pill. The commercial for this product is a joke. I like how they say, “It’s so powerful, it’s clinically proven to work.” WTF is that supposed to mean? It means nothing, that’s what it means. I only paid for the 2 bottles but Lipozene didn’t really work for me either. In the first 2 days, I did lose 2 pounds but then after that I was going up and down in my weight! Sorry for all of the complaints, but Lipozene has worked great for me. I am considered obese with sugar and cholesterol problems. Lipozene has helped level out my blood sugar giving me more energy and it has helped suppress my appetite so I eat less. It is not for everyone, but it is for me so far. I also drink nothing but water, which has never helped me lose weight before until now with the Lipozene. I bought it from walmart for 20 bucks, so it is not a lot to lose. I only take 2 pills once daily 30 minutes before I eat and I drink a full 8 oz glass of water with it and I have already lost 3 pounds in the past 3 days with no side affects. The bottle dose warn you that if you do not swallow it with enough water that it can swell in your throat and choke you. It also tells you to take it with a full glass of water. It works buy swelling in your stomach which helps your body metabolize food better leveling out your blood sugar because things take longer to digest. I always do a lot of research before I take anything. For the record, Slimquick works very well for obese women also. I lost 20 pounds in 2 months and felt great. I just bought the two bottle package from walmart for 20.00. I keep reading the part where if you don’t drink enough water when taking it, it will swell in your throat and choke you. So I keep looking at the bottle wanting to take it, then i chicken out. I noticed that most people mentioned that the pill does not desolve.
So, i openned one and to my surprize, the outer casing feels like haed plastic. then I tasted the contents and it tasted like flour. Guys, I think we just bought some very expensive flour.
I want my money back.

My wife ended up in the hospital after taking Lipozene for 3 weeks. She was drinking plenty of water and eatting healthy and exercising and she was by NO MEANS considered way over weight. She was 20 pounds over her normal weight and wanted to loose the extra. She was experiencing pain in her chest and was having problems breathing. Took her in to ER and glad I did. Her airway was being blocked. I called the company, they were nice and REFUNDED all our money and cancelled without a problem. I know not to trust this pill.
Just make sure you are careful while taking this.

It fills you up so you don’t eat as much. I will be back on my 1 month to tel you all know how I’m doing. Oh by the way I am obese & my goal is to reach 135 lbs. I bough Lipozene from Costco, 2 bottles for around $25, I took it for the first time yesterday, 30 minutes before I was going to eat lunch (I was starving!). I actually forgot to eat!! Took it again 30 minutes before dinner, and I just didnt feel like eating very much. This has a great appetite suppressant!!!! I have experienced no side effects at all as of yet, and I’m on Day 2. I was going to order Lipozene until I read these reviews. What has helped me lose weight was to cut down on portions of food and watch the calories. I would like to exercise but can’t because of a bad leg that barely allows me to walk. I’ve lost 17 lbs. so far just watching what I eat. Would like to lose another 15 lbs. but that should come off after my leg is fixed and I can be more active.

Hi I have been taking lipozene since April I was 265 that was after I had my baby. I also got a diet shake. I take the pills in the am. than drink the shake, pills at lunch time and a shake and than at dinner with a small meal. I drink lots of water. if I do get hungry I eat fruit or a low-fat yogurt. As of today Sept 5th I’m down to 205. oh and I also do a lot of work outs at least 3 times a day and I walk 2 miles a night. So I think with the combo of all of that the weight will come off. You just can’t take a diet pill and expect it to work with out you doing work as well. Its not exercise in a bottle. So just give it a chance to work…. GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE

I bought this on monday -today is wednesday- I weighed myself on sundy and was at 185 and then weighed myself on tuesday since it was my second day on the pill and was at 187. i weighed myself today and am at 185. i have been drinking two gallons of water a day. and i feel less hungry and my abs and legs are getting muscley. i work out 45 minutes a day on my stair master. it does say you lose fat, so am i gaining weight because of the water and muscle? also, my first day i took two pills and when i took the second one and finished my water i began to feel dizzy and nautiouse. i then got a trange feeling in my stomach like there was something trying to tear out. then i began vomiting the water. it was scary cus the water began gushing out and then a pill came out. it was mooshy. so now i take one before lunch, a small snack (fruit), and dinner. i only have coffee for breakfast. i cannot take two pills. the thought of it makes me feel sick to my stomach. my metabolism works faster. although the first day i felt very tired and like i was drunk. i slept all day.

this is my 2nd day on lipozene it has depressed my appotite alot !!!!

I’ve been taken Lipozene for about a week now and I have noticed that if you do what you would if you were taken any other diet pill you know eat right and excires it works just fine . But if you just just around and do nothing your going to get nothing in return . You have to want to push yourself to make a result out of any thing nothing done with give you nothing in return . I was started using Lipozene middle of July 2010, at those time my weight was 130lbs. And I was so depressed every time I use my pants and other dresses that were not fit to me anymore. Since then I decided to change my routine and my eating habit. I saw Lipozene at Walmart I and gave it a try. But every 2 times a week I walk and run at the park. And of course, drink more water. Today my weight is 120lbs. And my goal weight is 110 Lbs.

No weight loss pill will “just work”. Even body builders and fitness personnel take dietary supplements, but as I said they are hardcore body builders and fitness personnel. The most inexpensive and best weight loss thing for me is the Total Gym hosted by Chuck Norris. When I first saw Chuck I was skeptical, but this machine is very simple. It uses your own body weight as the weight that you use to work out with six different settings up and down, that’s it. You can work out on all of your body parts from chest and back to legs, calves, and forearms. The machine allows for quick transitions from one exercise to another allowing for an arobic workout while gaining muscle. This next statement has been the truest statement in weight loss. When you work out using your muscles, such as bench press for chest, lat pulls for back, squats, etc. you lose weight very fast. The reason is that after you stop working out your body is still working to repair the muscles that you just worked out. When you work out you rip the muscles apart and the body goes back and fixes them for the next few days. That is why they say you can work out three times a week for 30 minutes at a time. You normally don’t start to lose weight while exercising until after 18 minutes and the amount of calories burt will depend on the exercises. So, you are burning calories all the way up to 18 minutes and they say then you start to lose fat because up until the 18 minute mark you are burning calories and enough to equal fat calories. You have to remember that if you eat 10,000 calories a day and only exercise to lose 300 calories, which is quite normal and in fact is the equivalent to walking a mile; then you are not really helping anything. That is why you use supplements on top of exercising, so it helps you to control your appetite, you eat better because your body craves different food as you are now working out muscles, so your body now wants the protein and less carbs, not no carbs, just less. The fact behind carbs is that if left alone carbs turn into sugar and sugar turns into a lot of calories and a lot of calories turns into fat. So, you need to do everything in small amounts. Don’t go crazy the first time you work out as you will psych yourself out and not want to workout again because the last time you remember it being very difficult. Start off slow and also start your diet off slow. Don’t stop eating, just eat right. Do something that you can do for roughly the rest of your life. That is the key. All of these quick fat burners may work, most do not, for the short term and then you stop and gain all the weight back. Just do everything in small amounts and you will gradually see that you increase your exercise and decrease your diet to normal levels. Also, after 60 – 90 days change up your work out. Changing your work out shocks your body. Your body becomes familiar with the same exercises that you do every other day three times a week. It’s called muscle memory. When I was an active Navy Seal we trained our muscles to react in certain scenarios to become familiar with what to do in different situations, so when the real thing happended your body just responded. You don’t want that when you are working out, you want your body to be able to not become familiar, so change your workout every 60- 90 days. By doing things like instead of starting out doing flat bench presses, start out with lighter weights, higher reps, or heavier weights and lower reps (depending on what you are currently doing). Start out with flies instead of bench presses, use dumbells instead of barbells, etc. It will work as a Navy Seal we know what works, I am still alive to prove it.

Okay this is the thing people forget, not every diet pill is going to work the same for everyone, different people will see different results, another thing people forget is there is no diet pill that you can sit on your ass and just take and expect the weight to come off, any diet pill is to HELP lose the weight, you need to balance the pill with exercise and proper diet. If you scarf down 2 snickers, 2 pepsi’s, 2 double cheese burgers, a large fri and 2 pieces of chocolate creme pie of course your not going to drop a pound.. I just bough this at walmart also, i have been doing a number of different things, so not sure if the 5lbs i lost in 3 days was do to the Liopzene itself, but I’m sure it helped. I hane been doing the cinnamon honey drink 1st thing in the morning, then also drinking at least 3 16 oz bottles of water a day with lemon juice added to them. I also have been doing light weight lifting every other day and taking Lipozene before every meal. I feel great.

I got mine at Wal-Mart. This pill is AMAZING! Let me start by saying I have had a VERY hard time losing weight. I have gone from diet to diet and even came so close to having a gastric bypass. I was at the end of my rope and given up all hope when I saw a commercial for this Lipozene. I have been on this for 2 weeks now with no side effects. I have lost 10 pounds!! I cant believe it! Nothing has worked for me like this in FOREVER! So I am stoked about this Lipozene. I dont “diet” however, I have changed one thing and that is I dont drink my “sugary” drinks I now drink the diet versions and I dont exercise. i brought lipozene yesterday from Wal-mart and i feel its working great its really suppressing my appetite. and now i notice that i need to take in as many fluids as possible.

I tried this product and it made me very sick. When I vomited in the evening all the pills came back, the ones from the morning hadn’t even dissolved. It was nasty!

I really wonder how many people that are saying just exercise or diet actually have weight problems. Because unless your going through or have gone through this you probably should not be posting. I have made lifestyle changes I now exercise every day and I ,along with eating better, have completly cut out fast food, sodas, and sweets. For me the reason to look into something like lipozene is not to cut out the exercise or eating better but to just give myself that much more of an edge. i do not consider this product to be a diet pill like any other. the main information about konjac root (known by various names) i found on the internet and read was of an interesting historical view about the reason used from where this flower grows. and this is taken mainly to sweep through the intestines to sweep out undigested and likely toxic waste. to digest this “fiber” the body cannot digest and store doesn’t mean there is not nutritive value. there is value in taking a mostly natural product that should do more to help than to hurt the liver. the blue capsules do appear to be more difficult to digest than i imagine… but this is not a pill to digest but to clear the way for an internal rest/cleanse. tonight is my first dose. good luck to us all!

First two weeks 4 pills a day a.m with lots of water and hot tea and not one pound shed.
I at one point threw up and the pills came back up but that was 7 hours later. They were still blue and in bottle form. I called my doctor about this and said last year I bought
Alii something and the pills look exactly the same. I do not eat a lot of fatty food so was hoping to lose weight from my existing fat cells. I ate healthy went into exercise moderately and then it was a month not one single pound shed. It does not make me filled up – It seems like a placebo pill that we are paying for. When I tried to get them on line they were giving me trouble with form saying my credit card # was wrong which it was not. So, hearing all the hype I bought mine at Walgreens. I think it should be documented that these just don’t work and could make you sick as they are not dissolving one in side even after 7 hours. I see also someone else wrote the same thing. So I paid for them over the counter and now that I used 2 full bottles with NO results…… no refund on that and no site to right the wrongs and leave complaints. I’ve learned not to be trusting and now I’ll never try anything unless referred by a doctor script.

I just started taking it 2 days ago. I heard good things about it from others. Im not hungry but I make sure to snack throughout the day on healthy stuff to keep my metabolism up. Not going to the bathroom as often as others. But I plan on at least 2 weeks and should see some difference. The main thing I like about it is it doesnt make me jittery. Other diet pills gave me the shakes.

My complaint is that on the tv aid it clearly states NOT IN STORES!!!!! Yes it is!!!!!!!!!!! Had I know this I wouldnt have ordered it and used my credit card. I just called Lipozene and let them know that it is false advertising. They also said it would take 5-7weeks before i got my products because I did not purchase the overnight route for another $29.00. So, I have only been lied to so far by this company and totally believe this hole thing is a scam. They will never see another dime from me and also for those who do not know IT IS AT WALMART AND WALGREENS. I am totally disgusted by this company and well tell every single person I know not to get anything from this company.

I’ve been taking lipozene for about three weeks and I’ve lost 10 lbs. I’ve changed eating habbits a little bit and small ammounts of working out. They do work..but maybe not for everyone. Just like everything else. I took them back in the begginning of summer and saw a big improvement in my back fat and in my stomach. I’m sorry for the people who have bought this and were disappointed. Esp if you have weight issues like myself. I’m 3 months away from being 21..and I’ve been struggling with weight since I was 13. i took lipozene for almost a month. i did not change my diet, and i kept active. i gained weight on it. i was maintaining my weight before i sarted taking it. i put on 13lbs while taking lipozene. i have lost a couple pounds since i quit taking lipozene. it always made me feel bloated and misreable. the mataboup doesn’t work either.

Hi, Everyone.. I just bought lipozene tonight. I got the 2 bottles from Wal-Mart. I want something that is gonna help me loose all my baby fat. Before i got pregnant with my 1st kid 6 yrs ago i weighed 125 lbs and now after my 2nd kid 3 yrs ago i now weight 215. Im 5″11 and i just want to look the way i use to. My husband saids im prefect but he dont look in the mirror every moring or go try on cloths and think u just look nasty in them. So lets hope lipozene works for me. Started Lipozene this morning. 2 pills/3 times a day. there is both good and bad reviews to this product. I do agree that it does have alot to do with a persons metabolism. So we will see. I will check in in about a week.

I just bought this product yeterday morning. I am loving the way it is making me feel. I will be getting married in June and me and my fiance’ are taking them together. We will see and I am excited about it. Didn’t work for some but it may work for me. There needs to be a support group for those that Lipozene is working for. I started using lipozene since February 23rd and I have not loss a pound. I do not see how lipozene is going to help me lose weight and I do not experience as many bowl movements as some of you mentioned above. I am just saying are you people beeing paid for writing these comments.

I took this medication for one day (3-7-11) and I did not feel very hungry but I did go to the restroom alot then I borke out in sweat by the time I got home from work I had to change my shirt from sweating so bad!! I will never take this pill agian.

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i have been using for 3 days no wieght loss yet but it does make you feel full so you dont eat as much. I havent had any problems yet! i do make sure to drink my full glass of water cause i know what they are talking about when i says that the pill will swell up in your throat. As long as you drink thats full glass of water you will be ok. Now i am reading all of these responses and it is a little scary but i do like to learn for myself. Hi! On October 4th I weighed 220 lbs and by January 4th I had lost 46lbs. I still have roughly 34 more pounds before I am at my goal weight. I have been taking the Lipozene for over 2 weeks. I feel bloated, I do go to the bathroom more than normal, but I have also gained weight and I exercise daily by walking 2-3 miles a day. My main complaint with this product is that I watch everything I eat and am not a big eater, but I feel like I am so full all of the time that I am very uncomfortable. Okay! Everything has its ups and downs. I started taking Lipozene last night and felt the bathroom calling later that night. I am going to try one bottle at least. If nothing else it will be a good “cleaner”.

Okay I have been taking these pills since February 18, 2011 and it’s now March 14, 2011 and thus far I have loss 8 pounds in 3 1/2 weeks. I walk 3 times a week and eat much healthier. I noticed that I have to make myself eat or forget that I didn’t eat because Lipozene suppresses my appetite that much. I buy them at Wal-Mart, 2 bottles for 20.00 and I am already on my 5th bottle. I have been taking Lipozene for about a month now. I have lost almost 20 lbs so far and yes i do run back and forth to the bathroom. I have tried everything and this seems to be working the best. I don’t eat like i use to and have made an effort to eat healthy. I was told a few days before i started taking it that I was a type 2 diabetic and my weight had a lot to do with this. i just bought it today. we will see how it works, i got the pills along with b-12 2500mgh from wal-mart for 25.00. i thought i woul ty this because texas weightloss center offers this as injections twicw a month for $159.00. I am not a huge fan of needles and so i am trying out this combo in pill form the only differance from pill to needle is how fast it enters the blood stream. I also take Ali to not absorb all the fats from the food. we will see how big of a improvement combining the 3 will be. I already know Ali works great and have lost weight off this one but its 59.00 a bottle for 120 pills less if your military and live on post and get it from the px. I’ve been wanting to try Lipozene but didn’t know it was being sold at Walmart, so I bought Zantrex-3. Zantrex does suppress your appetite and gives you energy but, after a few weeks you seem to get ammunned to them and they don’t really do anything. So I went out n bought the Wii Fit and have been putting in 10 hours a wk of exersize and cut my calorie intake and lost 6 pounds in a wk and 1/2!!!!! All from exercizing n eating less! It feels good mentally, emotionally and physically! I don’t know if Lipozene would help me even more but all I do know is that just exersizing n eating less was the fast’s way for me 2 loose weight and believe me when I say; “I’ve tried almost everything!”. You just have to want it bad enough and put the work into it!!! If your going 2 just keep waiting on a pill 2 do it for you then be prepared to except 2 always be FAT!!!!!!!

I bought Lipozene about three weeks ago, I’ve seen some results in my back and thighs, I haven’t weighed myself yet but I think it’s working it’s a slow progress, but i’m getting results. I’m about to start working out here and there to see if it will help with the weight loss a little faster. I just hope it starts working on my belly soon cause that’s my biggest issue on my body. I took Lipozene as instructed and by the second day I began having extremely painful stomach cramping, diarrhea and vomiting. I understand that these were listed as possilbe side effects, but mine were so severe I almost took myself to the hospital. Needless to say I stopped taking this product immediately and after 2 days am finally feeling better. I DO NOT recommend anyone take this product!! The store got my money and I got 2 bottles of something I can’t use.

I started taking lipozene as of 3/17/2011 and I have notice the appetite lost and the frequency of the bathroom running. I have lost 3 pounds through daily exercise and a balanced diet. Lipozene thus far is ok I would say give it a try. GOOD LUCK ALL ON YOUR WEIGHT LOST JOURNEY.

this is my second purchase of lipozene. i did loose 5 pounds but i stepped on the scale this morning and had gained 3 of them back.. im not sure about this lipozene. hope others are faring better than me

I took Lipozene for 2 months. I started out at 5’9″ tall and weighed 202 lbs. After 2 months on lipozene, 5 days a week going to the gym for 2 hours a day, I have not lost a single pound! I watch what I eat, exercise regularly, and take lipozene. Been two months and in fact gained weight. I now weigh 214 pounds. Lipozene DOES NOT WORK!

I weigh 206. I went to the doctors and they prescribed me Phetermine, it made me not so hungry but after awhile, it was like my system was immune to it. So i went back and she proscribed something a little stronger called Phendimetrazine. It is pretty much like Phetermine but more expensive. SO, since it seems like my body likes to get immune to those two i decided to try Lipozene. I just bought my bottles at Walmart and i will start trying them tomorrow. I also have started eating healthier and less. I went out and bought the Special K bars they have also and i think they taste good but they also make u so that your not hungry. They have two different types. One that is just a 90 calorie bar and one that is actually a meal bar. I also workout 6 days a week, whether it be 30 mins or an hour and i also wear a belly belt. It helps you shed your water weight. I have wore it around the house, working out and at work and it does work. I now hope the Lipozene works. I would like to get my weight down from 206 to about 150-160. I really need to loose it within 2 months, but i also dont want to loose it so fast that it comes right back. I guess i will try this Lipozene and get back to you and let all of you know how it worked/didnt work for me.

Some people on here were stating they go to the bathroom a lot…. OK, I was just wondering if it’s like other pills were it’s a greasy discharge and you pretty much crap in your pants because you can’t control it, or can you control actually go to the bathroom? Jackie, the reason YOU gained weight is because you go to the Gym too much–an everyday regime will build muscle, and muscle is heavier than fat. Lipozene DOES work. I’ve been taking for a month, and the regular trips to the bathroom are among whats goin on,lol but i also eat right and exercise. You must follow the directions and water must be a large part of what you drink..im starting to fit into my clothes again WOOHOO

Since the birth of my now 1yr old son, I have only lost 15 of the 40 lbs I’ve gained during my pregnancy. I tried all sorts of diet treatments but none worked. I jus purchased my 1st bottle of Lipozene on April 3, 2011. Since my 1st dose, I haven’t had much of an appetite. No results yet but I’m hoping for some soon. Sometime is does react that way. but for me i backed off to taking 2x’s a day from 3 an this helped. I lost 50 pounds in 4months. i walked alot an changed eating habits. cut out junk food. this was 2yrs ago. i started back on 2wks ago an lost 5 pounds !!!! want to loose 50 more. Good Luck

I’ve been taking these pills for a month and a half now and I haven’t been getting the same side effects as everyone else. Lipozene doesn’t make me go to the bathroom a lot. Ever since I’ve been taking them my appetite has increased. When ever I take the suggested 6 pills a day I am constantly hungry ALL DAY. But on days were I don’t take any pills my appetite decreases! All of the meals I eat are about 300-400 calories each and my snacks are 200 each or less. On average I eat about 1300-1500 calories a day. Is there anybody else having this effect? lol. I’ve decided to hold off weighing myself but I do feel lighter and better since I’ve started on the plan. I’m going to stick with it!

I just started lipozene lastnight. I have not spent anytime in the bathroom. But most diet pills clean out your system. A lot of weight comes from backed up waste held in your digestive system. Yuck! How did you lose the first 70 pounds

It’s not always that easy. I’ve been trying to lose weight all my life. I have serious motivational issues and can’t seem to stick to something for more than a few weeks because I get discouraged when I don’t notice any results. Somtimes I wish I could just start over.

I just started taking the pills yesterday (4/13/11) morning, afternoon, and evening 30 minutes before each meal and yes I have noticed the differences. First, I don’t the feel dat urge to eat a lot anymore which is good cuz before I usually wake-up at midnite raiding my kitchen n fridge for junkies (appetite suppressed). Secondly, yes I did have diarrhea twice yesterday after taking it as prescribed but when I lowered my dosage the bathroom visits cut down by 1 and dats 1 pill before each meal, 3 times a day. Finally, it does WORK if u used it PROPERLY and especially if you ADD some WORKOUT to it (ex: stroll, walk, run, indoor exercises, etc..). I just started yesterday and felt so much different already and Iove dis feeling. Will update y’all later. Good luck on y’all’s experience.

Oh my god, I when I started on Lipozene 2 years ago I weighed 537 pounds! I started the Lipozene and in a matter of days I couldn’t stop going to the bathroom. I think my spleen came out. I am now 528 pounds, and i’ve been taking the product for years! I am so happy that I have lost 9 pounds in 2 years! I haven’t even changed any of my eating habits, it’s so great! I would highly recommend this product, it’s amazing!!!

I have been working out at the gym for the past month and have lost about 7lbs. I’ve decided to give lipozene a try. I bought it at my local Walmart. I’m hoping it will help with losing fat on my stomach and thighs. I will keep you all updated!

Well its my second day taking lipozene and so far i only use the RR after a meal but not exaggerated like others, but i sure loose my appetite.

I just had a baby almost a month ago. I lost 30lbs post birth but gained 75. so I have 45lbs to lose in only 3-4 months. So far I’ve been using this product for about 4days or so. I am having the same problems. I am extremely tired all the time am taking Lipozene and the MetaboUP. I haven’t lost a pound and I have been taking both as directed with 8 oz. of water. I quit taking them yesterday and have had a bad headache for 2 days now and just started getting sick to my stomach. I am extremely disappointed in this product. It took my 3 months to receive my order because they sent it to the wrong address and then I had to pay extra shipping to have it reshipped. Should have called it a loss and not called to find out where it was.

i started taking lipozene i bought it at walmart and it only costed 20 dollars, so its pretty compatable with the price with all other diet pills. i have noticed in just a couple days im not as hungry as i was before starting these. im staying possitive for im not a quiter! with all diet pills you have to watch what you eat and do some kind of exercise to help promote the pills and as always drink lots of water!

HELLO I JUST PURCHASED LIPOZENE, IS THIS REALLY A BAD DRUG TO TAKE

I have been using lipozene…. I tried it once before, about a year ago and lost about 4 pounds…. Each time it gives me the runs and I seem to have cotton mouth BAD. No tightness in the chest but quite disturbing headaches. It’s a good way to start losing weight but not a long term thing. I will be starting SlimQuick again. On both, I lost 40 pounds but slim quick is especially for women so Men… sorry. My husband does hydroxy cut with exercise but he doesn’t need to lose weight, he does it to get more cut while exercising. Hope this helps. Good luck in your weight loss endevours;)

I was on my way to go by some lipozene just now & decided to do a little reserch and ran across this site, i’m hearing some scary stuff, like vomiting,headaches, & my God’ tightness of chest! I order this diet pill and have been taking it for weeks now. I’m not a big girl so I just wanted to loose a little bit of weight. I’m 5″7 120 lbs. Because you are working out for 30 min-45 min a day, you are bound to lose the weight, even without the pill. That is what you should be attributing to the weight loss.

I purchased it and have liked the results so far. i have been taking it for about two weeks and am down about 4 pounds. I only take one pill with each meal. I drink 8 ounces of water each time I take it and I feel pretty full so I eat less. It has also helped me to crave sugar less. Which is my big weight gainer. It is no miracle drug so if you are still eatting things you shouldn’t plain and simple you won’t loss the weight.

A couple of tips:

Start with a small dose, before going with the recommended doses. To see how your body reacts. This will be a little slower weight loss but you may be able to avoid any discomforting side effects i.e, feeling sick on the stomach etc.

Watch what you eat cut back on sugar, starches and high fat foods. I didn’t say cut them out but do try to eat less of them than you are now. Lipozene helps with food cravings so this shouldn’t be to hard.

Add a little exercise. I am not a fan of working out so I added doing the stairs instead of elevators and work. Parking further away from buildings and a little more walking than what I did before. Increasing exercise just mildly does help.

After you take the above actions you will probably see a reasonable amount of weight starting to come off without feeling anxious or having the jitters that some pills cause.

I bought my Lipozene at a discount store and paid $19 for two bottles. Took my first one about 20 minutes ago so we will see what it does. If it makes me feel full, I think that is great. My problem is I like food so if it can help me feel fuller, it will probably work for me. And I think the price is reasonable enough at $10.00 a bottle. Certainly cheaper than buying Glucomannan at the health store.

Compared to others Ive taken , this one is kind of weak. Everyone body is different so what didnt work for me might just work for you. I only did a month and no results maybe it will just take longer, I dont have patience. Plus after 30 days it should at least be in my system so where I’m eating less. Lipozene is nothing more than glucomannan. Get it thru vitamin places. Konjac root is also name. Swanson vitamins has great deal. I get mint there. Lot cheaper

I have not tried Lipozene yet. It’s sittin here on my table and the warning label states if u experience vomiting difficulty breathing, chest pains or difficulty swalowing to seek medical attention immediately.

DO NOT BUY LIPOZENE!! Read this before you do please! I wished that someone would have told me this before I bought it!! I ordered their free trial for $29.95. I was terribly UNHAPPY with the results! The pills didn’t make me feel any less hungry and the Metabo-BOOST didn’t give me any more energy like they promised they would!! If that wasn’t bad enough, 30 days later they charged my credit card for another order for $70!!!!!! I never agreed to this when ordering. I called Lipozene immediately and they told me there was nothing they could do about it and that I couldn’t get a refund. It only being 4 days using Lipozene all I can say so far is that I’m never hungry so my food intake is a lot less than not taking Lipozene. If for some reason it stops workind when the pills run out then I will look into the Glucomannan

i just started the product i bought it at walmart for twenty bucks hope it works

I only needed to lose a little weight, I’m not even completely over weight but do sit down a lot now and didn’t have the time to exercise all the time. I tried this by buying it at the store (it was cheaper, and I didn’t have to sign up for the auto-ship) I used it for 3 months, and only gained weight, and that is with fitting in a work out (after month 1) schedule, working out 5 days a week. When I incorperated the exercise I stablized at one weight, but never lost any. so I tried what this site reccomended, Apidexin, it worked like a charm and FAST. Now i can fit into my size 7 again :) I did loose about 5 lbs more then I wanted, but building muscle will help with that.

I just bought Lipozene from Walmart. It was $20 for 2 bottles. I weigh 154 and I’m only trying to loose my stomach from having kids. I was scared to try after reading the comments but I decided to try it since there are also people who did loose weight. I just took my first two and hoping by the time these two bottles are gone I won’t have the need to buy anymore. I will try walking along with the Lipozene. Stuff is the biggest joke. A rip off scam that gives weight lose/ supplement companies a bad name. Like Stacy had said the caps they use doesnt break down. I took lipozene for about one week when i noticed a rash beginning on both ankles. Itched like crazy. I suspected it was due to the pills so I stopped taking for about a week. Rash didnt get much better nor did it get worse. I thought it may be something else that was causing the rash so I resumed taking the pills for about a week. The rash actually starting getting better during the first few days; however, after a week, the rash started to get worse and begin to spread up my legs and onto my thighs. I immediately stopped taking the pills. That was a couple of days ago. Went to the Dr. today to get checked out. Got a shot of steriods along with a precription for additional steriods.

I have a follow up appointment with a dermotologist next week.

By the way didnt see any change in my weight.

i’d say the best thing to do would be to ask your doctor. I have diabetes and need to lose weight but i’m not sure whether its the pills or what , but with diet and exercise i seem to maintain my weight ok but i cant lose any of it. If there was some wonder pill out there i’m sure my doctor would advise me to take it.

LZ is just basically fiber-in-a-pill you swallow before meals … it’s supposed to fill you up so you eat less … for the same effect (a sense of fullness) , try eating a few celery and/or carrot sticks before meals … does exactly the same thing! duh!
