Ifanyone is still reading this site would like to give update. I began Lipotrim April and lost my 3 stone fat by July - 4 months. I did it slowly and have not put the weight back on since. I am still scared of going back to over eating but the thought of those dark miserable days and all my lovely new size 12 clothes makes me stop. Stil need to ensure I do not buy the types of food that made me fat but if you keep up the balanced diet, a bit of gently exercise and drink the water - Lipotrim works. Had my last sachet about 4 months ago but still go back to see my lovely pharmacist who gave me so much support, once a month for a weigh in and put the tape measure around myself to ensure I stay at target weight of 9stone 7 lbs. Good luck.

Hi, Just back to say slowed up this last couple of weeks but now have total weight losss of some 49lbs at the end of the 9th week.
Thanks for the info Joan. I rather think that when I hit 56lbs loss I might well follow suit and look at the maintenance programme, followed by an occasional week on FMR. You are right about the water and also checking the BMI and BF measurements.
Interestingly my medication has also been reduced as I have kept the programme on course!
Just to let people know this has been done without undue exercise which also kicks in shortly for me!

Yes, Stewart I do think more flavours would be good but this is not supposed to be a delicous meal replacement as the idea is to cleanse the palette for mourist food. I have been on Lipotrim since 27 March and have consistantly lost weight. I do 7 days full meal replacement (tabasco with chicken soup is good) then 3 weeks maintenance as I do want to learn good eating habits and keep the weight off. My BMI is now 24 and am a size 12 so not trying to lose much more weight. Still enjoy the shakes so have one for breakfast most mornings or make myself a smoothie with fresh fruit, yogurt and splash of milk. Still thinking presentation of these meal replacements are important as alot of weight gain is brain training to over eat. Still drink lots of water and exercise as that helps to shape you up rather than just seeing the pounds disappearing. Good luck everyone. Lipotrim does work as long as you dont cheat yourself.

I started Lipotrim a month ago, tried many weight loss programs including weight watchers, but was amazed at the loss. In one month i lost just over 1 stone in weight, and one and half dress size - what a result. Really happy with the product, it works for me and fits in nicely with my lifestyle!

Hello again,
Lost a further 4lbs this week, making the total for the month of 32lbs loss.
Still think it would be helpful for Lipotrim to add further options!
Anyone else agree?
