Lipotrim

Lipotrim was an interesting product to review because it contains so many ingredients that are commonly found in diet pills.  It offers some vitamins, fat burners, and insulin regulating ingredients.  All of these things are good; the only problem with Lipotrim is that it lacks a “WOW!” factor!  The formula it contains as well as the ingredients has been around for a long time and fails to include any of the newer and more powerful ingredients that are now found in the current generation of fat burners.

Scientists are constantly discovering and improving new ingredients for supplements.  The fat burners that are receiving the best reviews are those that are using the powerful and new ingredients that are proven to better burn fat and fight obesity.  Although Lipotrim does contain note-worthy ingredients, the weight loss train has bypassed Lipotrim and has moved on to bigger and better things.  And so have most of the Lipotrim consumers.  Lipotrim is basically an average product that is overpriced for the results people are experiencing.  Since it doesn’t contain any of the higher quality ingredients, Lipotrim lost a lot of points for overall value. The ingredients it contains are among the cheapest available and consumers should be able to purchase this product for a much lower cost.  Consumers should choose a weight loss pill that contains only top notch ingredients.  We would recommend those products that formulate newer, powerful, and patented ingredients to give you quicker and better results.

Hi Everyone, I went on lipotrim with 4 stone to lose….3 months later i lost 3 1/2 stone and put on a stone in 9 mths so i am back on it but i went on the maintenance this time. i am on week 4 and have lost 11 lbs. i have just over a stone to go and i am setting myself a target for 4-5 wks. This diet has worked for me. i find people are negatve about this diet but i believe they are because they cant believe that u dont feel hungry. Its sheer determination and willpower that u need to stay on this so dont listen to them about health scares. This is my 2nd time on it and i honestly have people telling me i look radiant…so keep at it….becos u are worth it …..

Just at the end of my first day, Monday 23rd Feb. How does everyone cope with the shakes? So far had vanilla that I added a teasp of coffee to, had the chicken at lunch time then the chocolate this evening. So far the chicken and the chocolate have made me feel like throwing up within half an hour of having them. In each case I had a glass of water 20 mins to half an hour before. Don’t know how I’m going to continue. Been drinking loads and keeping a fluid diary so managed to drink loads but how do you do this diet if you find the tastes horrible

  • Ruth

I am intending to start Lipotrim tomorrow and want to lose approx 4 stones. Did try this 2 years ago and it really did work. I had a baby several months ago and need to lose the weight again. I got weighed today and I am 17st 1lb so I’m hoping to lose all of 4 stones within 6 weeks. Will keep you updated weekly.

Week one i lost a stone and on week 2 i only lost 2lbs. i was disappointed and the pharmacist told me i was not drinking enough water. i am drinking around 4 litres a day. Just wanted to know how much does everybody else drink? i am on my third week now and weightloss is still slow. any advice would be great. Thanks and good luck to all.

  • louise

  • Monica

I am into my 3rd week now and have lost a total of 1st 4lb so far. I am finding it relatively easy, but do have my moments, especially when its lunch time at work.I have managed to have night’s out and stick to the water, and this weekend had all family around for the usual Bank holiday Roast, manged to cook for all of them and not get tempted. Weigh in today so hoping for another 4lb’s, I have approx 6 stone to lose altogether so a way to go yet, but I am taking it a week at a time, if I manage to get through another week great.

  • Jackie

  • chris

Thinking of going on lipotrim only have 21 pounds to loose can anybody tell me what the best flavours are please? Would the chemist let me have it because my BMI IS 26.

  • Chris2

Just found this site and have got really excited again. I am now on my 7th day of lipotrim and have lost 10lb. Its hard to believe isn’t it but its worth the struggle. The hardest thing for me is socialising. I have managed to avoid lunches with friends so far this week but don’t know how long I can keep this up. I am going to keep going because I know lipotrim works – in the past I have lost about 3-4 stone on this diet. This site is very encouraging and I think I will return to read people’s comments every time I feel like I might be on the verge of giving in. Keep those reviews coming in!
    Good luck everyone!

  • Joan

Now on my 8th week and doing really well. This plan suits me very well. I have lost consistantly and am now 10 kg less than what I was when I started and 26″ reduced in body fat, mainly from my tummy area. I am now two sizes less and feel so well and happy. I have tackled this slightly different to most folk as with 3 stone to lose in the beginning wanted to make sure I could not only lose the weight, but keep it off. I agree that socialising is not easy so I choose a week when I’m not doing too much and do a full TMR then go on to maintenance for 3 weeks to keep that weight loss going. This way I have lost a stone each month with not too much of a problem. Also find you can make this Lipotrim meal replacement programme as hard or easy as you want. I ensure I make my shake, strain it for bits and serve it in a heavy tumbler with plenty of ice and a straw. On the tray I also put a cafeteir of filter coffee and a glass of iced water and make it really lovely and attractive. I never read whilst having a meal anymore and really concentrate on enjoying my meal and relaxing, sipping slowly. If you stand at the kitchen sink and swill it back like medicine or hardly interupt work at your desk you then feel you haven’t had a meal and feel deprived. I too love reading the comments as we can all encourage each other to look at just the week we are on, get out in the fresh air and take some exercise and enjoy the pleasure of losing our weight slowly and easily and regain confidence lost. Good luck everyone. Joan

  • Joan

Best flavours are chocolate and vanilla (which I mix a teaspoon of coffee into) Yes, 21 lbs and BMI 26 can be reduced. I too was not very overweight at the start but its just as difficult through conventional methods for us as those who have lots to lose.

  • joe

where can this stuff be bought folks i think ill give it a try

  • Maggie

I am going for a meeting tomorrow to go on the product, but not enough is mentioned about the side affects and where are all the stories and how to keep the weight off once the program has ended? I so want this to work but not at the risk of in 6 months time being heavier than now.

  • Stewart

For the guys thinking about it!! Stop thinking, make it happen – this is so like stopping smoking, it really is in the mind. Weighed on 30th May – 20st. Started 1st June on Lipotrim TMR. Just weighed today 6th June (5 days) – 19st 6lbs. Desperate on 4th and 5th days but overcoming food pangs. I have now gone for chicken soup, strawberry and chocolate for week 2. I was told to steer clear of the bars as they taste quite horrible.
Will come back next week with update!

  • Carly

    Hi everyone,
Its great reading eveyones stories…Im having a moment of weakness, so thought i would come on here and take my mind of devouring something really quickly then regretting it all week.
Im on my 5th day of the TMR(shakes)and this is the first day iv thought about cheating. In fact,i have been so impressed with the solution it has completely taken away my obsessive over eating and i have found it easy.(until now) I dont usually have such great willpower so think it must be something in the drinks.
I have my first way in on wednesday morning so fingers crossed.Good luck everyone

  • ger

ending first day headache peeing like racehorse not too hungry though inspired by comments will see how we go thanks

  • Stewart

    Hi all,
    Just a quick update.
Ending second week with a further 7lbs loss, so a 14lbs loss in two weeks. Still feeling the craving for food but not quite like it was in first week,
Just a query, anyone any bright ideas about an additive to the chicken soup, which I prefer most nights as it is hot? I have tried a teaspoon of curry powder.

  • Stewart

    Hi all,
Just at the end of week 3 and I have lost a full 14lbs this last week – 28lbs overall in three weeks!! Third of the way to my 6 stone loss.
For all trying it – just persevere it will happen for you and make sure you drink lots and lots of water.

  • Stewart

    Hello again,
Lost a further 4lbs this week, making the total for the month of 32lbs loss.
Still think it would be helpful for Lipotrim to add further options!
    Anyone else agree?

  • Stewart

Lost another 4lbs this week totalling 36lbs at the end of the 5th week.
Quite pleased, couldn’t see this happening on a conventioanl scheme!!

  • SIMA

I started Lipotrim a month ago, tried many weight loss programs including weight watchers, but was amazed at the loss. In one month i lost just over 1 stone in weight, and one and half dress size – what a result. Really happy with the product, it works for me and fits in nicely with my lifestyle!

  • Joan

Yes, Stewart I do think more flavours would be good but this is not supposed to be a delicous meal replacement as the idea is to cleanse the palette for mourist food. I have been on Lipotrim since 27 March and have consistantly lost weight. I do 7 days full meal replacement (tabasco with chicken soup is good) then 3 weeks maintenance as I do want to learn good eating habits and keep the weight off. My BMI is now 24 and am a size 12 so not trying to lose much more weight. Still enjoy the shakes so have one for breakfast most mornings or make myself a smoothie with fresh fruit, yogurt and splash of milk. Still thinking presentation of these meal replacements are important as alot of weight gain is brain training to over eat. Still drink lots of water and exercise as that helps to shape you up rather than just seeing the pounds disappearing. Good luck everyone. Lipotrim does work as long as you dont cheat yourself.

  • Stewart

Hi, Just back to say slowed up this last couple of weeks but now have total weight losss of some 49lbs at the end of the 9th week.
Thanks for the info Joan. I rather think that when I hit 56lbs loss I might well follow suit and look at the maintenance programme, followed by an occasional week on FMR. You are right about the water and also checking the BMI and BF measurements.
Interestingly my medication has also been reduced as I have kept the programme on course!
Just to let people know this has been done without undue exercise which also kicks in shortly for me!

  • Stewart

    Hi all
    Signing off for a while.
Have lost the required 4 stones in just over 11 weeks and will move on to the re-feed programme.
Good luck to everyone wanting to lose weight!

  • Joan

Ifanyone is still reading this site would like to give update. I began Lipotrim April and lost my 3 stone fat by July – 4 months. I did it slowly and have not put the weight back on since. I am still scared of going back to over eating but the thought of those dark miserable days and all my lovely new size 12 clothes makes me stop. Stil need to ensure I do not buy the types of food that made me fat but if you keep up the balanced diet, a bit of gently exercise and drink the water – Lipotrim works. Had my last sachet about 4 months ago but still go back to see my lovely pharmacist who gave me so much support, once a month for a weigh in and put the tape measure around myself to ensure I stay at target weight of 9stone 7 lbs. Good luck.

  • Caroline

Started on the TMR today had a choc shake for breakfast might be nicer hot!! had the Chicken soup for lunch i was surprised its quite nice and then evening time i had the Vanilla it was very nice by far the best have’nt tasted the strawberry yet!!I was advised to take my last shake late evening to avoid hunger pangs later!! I held out until 7,30pm and i immed felt full.

  • fiona

yes ive uused lipotrim for the past weeks and lost all the weight so after doing the refeed week i gained all most 10 pound which was disappointing so im going to go to weight watchers to take the weight off and still have a few drinks and social life
