I'm 5ft and weigh 190. I'm excited to feel changes. Currently I have a broken foot, but normally exercise 3-5 times wkly. I'm excited to see some changes w/o exercise in my daily routine, then to see the differences when I can start exercising. I will keep posting comments wkly with the progress. I did experience some let's just say increase in bowel movements today, but hopefully that'll decrease as my body gets used to the product. Wish me luck! :o) I just started it today.
