The Hollywood Diet is still sitting in my fridge! The instructions were not clear. I ended up starving myself for nothing! It was a complete bust.

*You will starve. You can lose a nice amount of weight with this, but it can very easily be gained back if you’re not on a diet regimen afterward. You can’t do it, and go back to your regular eating habits a couple of days later. You’ll be right back where you started, and out of too much money for a beverage. Beside that, if you don’t follow the diet exactly you WILL gain weight instead. You’d do just as well if not better on a clear, or regular liquid diet for a day of two.

I just did the Hollywood 48 hr diet and lost 6.5 pounds I did not have anything but the juice and water, my girlfriend, kept having a bite of food here and there, really probably no more then 500 cal per day and she lost 1.5 lbs..thats pretty good for only 2 days really..
