    *You will starve. You can lose a nice amount of weight with this, but it can very easily be gained back if you’re not on a diet regimen afterward. You can’t do it, and go back to your regular eating habits a couple of days later. You’ll be right back where you started, and out of too much money for a beverage. Beside that, if you don’t follow the diet exactly you WILL gain weight instead. You’d do just as well if not better on a clear, or regular liquid diet for a day of two.
