Several years ago I tried using a cleanse for the first time.  I thought it was a great idea because of all the fast food I had been eating.  I knew that there were preservatives in the foods I chose and it was hard to feel healthy when I wasn’t eating right.  But then I used a cleanse before starting a diet and I’m convinced that is what propelled me towards success.
