Also only a few of the ingredients have true fat burning potential.  The propriety blend includes:</p>

These results make CLA one of the best weight loss ingredients, but they can only be produced if you take 3.4 grams of CLA every day. Chances are that Abdominal Cuts does not use this clinically proven dose.</p>
<p>GLA (Gamma Linolenic Acid) &#8211; We’re not sure why this ingredient is used in Abdominal Cuts. It is supposed to reduce skin disease and improve metabolism. However, it has not been proven to do either one of these. Without further evidence, the benefits of this ingredient are just speculation. </p>
<p>ALA (Alpha Linolenic Acid) &#8211; ALA is known for reducing high blood cholesterol levels and high blood pressure. It may also improve the function of your immune system. Research does show that ALA can reduce the risk of heart disease, but its benefits as a weight loss ingredient are not supported by concrete evidence.</p>
<p>EPA &#038; DHA (Fish Oil) &#8211; EPA and DHA are the two fatty acids that make fish oil so beneficial.  There is firm clinical backing to the benefits of using fish oil to help lower cholesterol and regulate blood pressure.  However, the product website promotes it as a fat burner and we couldn’t find any information to support this claim.</p>
<p>The ingredient in Abdominal Cuts are definitely good ingredients that promote health. But they are not the best ingredients for boosting metabolism, suppressing appetite, or burning fat. </p>
<h2>Buying Abdominal Cuts</h2>
<p>The average cost is around $45 per bottle, which will last one month if you take 1 capsule per dose. If you take 2 capsules per dose, the bottle will only last two weeks.</p>
<p>Unfortunately the return policy for Abdominal Cuts is not that great and is even a bit confusing.  According to one portion of the return policy, the product can only be returned and refunded if it is unopened and deemed resalable.  However, in another portion it states that the product can be returned if 50% or more of the product is unused.  There is also only a 15 day return window, and the return order must be received within that time frame to be eligible for a refund.</p>
<h2>Abdominal Cuts Conclusion</h2>
<p>Because Abdominal Cuts is an all-natural product it should be a safe diet solution. However, the ingredients are limited in their ability to promote weight loss. Only two of the ingredients are proven fat burners. The cost is a little steep as well and there isn’t a solid return policy.</p>
<p>We don’t recommend that you use Abdominal Cuts. There are many other diet solutions out there that have more potential to burn fat than this one.</p>
