    i just have the money to join these clubs . so if had the list of fat burning foods . i believe i could it .but question dose tuna and chicken really help in weight loss? i,m 56 years of age and at this monend i have back pain ,so its hard to exercise . i weigth rigth now at 250 ,but i want to get to my weigth i use be that is at 175 that where i,m more comable. so by having the right foods that burn fat i believe i to do it.

    eating the rigth foods . the fats burning wotk you can create so many disheas from them . for example cabbage soup. and with the fat burnig foods it also helps you yo eat right

    I have tried so many diets and pills that haven’t worked and have had me going to the bathroom alot more than I wanted. I enjoy food but have went to a water diet that leaves me a little bit satisfied. Fruits are good but just don’t leave the satisfaction as a brownie. I have lost 15 lbs in 3 weeks just from cutting out soda. That is the best dieting advice ever! I’m definetly going to try eating pineapple before every meal.

    Eat approx. 3 apples a day, this will block fat cells from intaking 90 calories. also eating grapes helps your matabolism speed up. working out daily helps burn carbs, and eat your majority of carbs for lunch and not for dinner.

    I was told that I had developed Type 2 diabetis, but that it could be controlled by diet. I panacked, and went on a search for dieting help. I weighed 232 lbs in Feb/2009. I’m in martial arts, so exercise was not an issue. As of last week I weighed 195lbs (July 1,2009). This is how I did it. Firstly, I drink almost 2 litres of water a day. It’s easy to do with the flavoured water(not carbinated)-only five calories a bottle. I stopped drinking tea, coffee, eating candy, take-out food, potato chips, etc.. I made my meal portions smaller (max eight onces of meat per meal) and I ate more frequently (small meals) throughout the day. I replaced some of my breads with whole wheat products, and put more vegetables into the meals. My fiancee liked my wieght loss so much that she decided to try it in May. She has lost 15 lbs already. We are going to follow some of the suggestions above and see if we can lose more, to get to the ideal weight for our height and age. I’m sure a supplement would also help, we just couldn’t afford one. We are on a low income and managed to do all this so far.

    I think this information is misleading. First of all these are healthy foods but if you eat to much of anything you still can gain weight. The key is you have to do the work. Eat healthy and exercise. It’s a lifestyle change. There are no quick fixes. The quick fixes often of consquences later.
