Does Dyma Retic Work?

Hey!  Did you wake up this morning feeling like the Goodyear blimp? I’ve got up some mornings and have been so swollen even the bags under my eyes are more puffy than usual.

Sorry Dyma Retic–my muscular physique has been hiding under layers of blubber since puberty.

And here’s the thing (there’s always at least one ‘thing’ with diet pills)–FAT and WATER are two entirely different animals.  I can shed my water weight and still be surrounded by padding.

A water pill isn’t going to burn fat.

Dyma Retic Ingredients

• Vitamin B-6 9 mg-diet pill manufacturers always throw B vitamins into the mix for energy support, stress relief and metabolism.  Unfortunately there’s no proof they help for weight loss!
• Magnesium Aspartate 120 mg-supports healthy muscles and stops cramping.
• Guarana 500 mg-structurally the same as caffeine, so Guarana is classified as a mild stimulant.  Also a diuretic.
• Uva-Ursi 300 mg-for water retention and bloating.
• Guggul 100 mg-lowers fat storage, and clinically proven to regulate blood sugar which can eliminate unhealthy snacking. You need a higher dose.
• Green Tea 150 mg-it’s natural caffeine can increase metabolic rate, and catechins oxidize fat.  You need a higher dose.
• Buchu Leaf 200 mg-makes you pee.
• Juniperberry 150 mg-makes you pee.
• Hydrangea Root 100 mg-treats urinary tract infections.
• Dandelion Root 1200 mg-makes you pee.
• Citrimax 125 mg-contains Hydroxycitric acid which triggers serotonin increase (the happy hormone) which can lead to eating less.  Also stimulates the central nervous system without negative side effects. Not a high enough dose.

HOLY PEE INDUCING INGREDIENTS “FAT GIRL”!  (Fat Girl–Bat Girl–get it.  Ahem.)

The other ingredients aren’t in high enough dose and are thus beneath my attention.

There is clinical backing for Guggelsterones and Citrimax, but the dose isn’t high enough so I can’t be bothered going into it.

Overall Value

At $25 Dyma Retic is pretty expensive for a water pill.  And don’t fool yourself, that’s all it is.  The manufacturer may have thrown in a couple of additional ingredients, but in their dose they’re just clever marketing designed to get you to part with your hard-earned cash.

Dyma Retic certainly won’t make you look leaner, expose muscles or get rid of unwanted fat.

Your muscular physique will continue to be held hostage by those villainous fat cells until you decide to diet and exercise.

Now I have to visit the drain…
