Does Dialene 4X Work?

Dialene 4X works 4 ways to improve fat burning.  They are:

One-Increases Lipolysis

Two-Increases Blood Flow so fatty acids can be transported to tissues for burning

Three-Increases the oxidation of fatty acids

Four-Blocks the Alpha2 receptors responsible for stored and stubborn fat

For those of you not familiar with some of these terms, here’s a brief summary–

• Lipolysis is the breakdown of fatty acids inside a fat cell.  This has to happen.  Consider your stubborn stored fat as a wall.  You have to bust through it and break it into smaller pieces to more easily tear it down.
• Oxidation is the process of breaking large fat molecules into smaller ones.

So in essence, Dialene 4X is claiming to take your stored fat, break it down and bust it out of there!

Can it do it? The truth is under the cap.  Let’s look at the ingredients.

Dialene 4X Ingredients

• Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCl): 50mg
• Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid): 25mg
• Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin): 100mcg

B vitamins are added to fat burners and diet pills for their ability to provide natural energy and metabolic increase.  The results are not usually measurable (or noticeable) however.

G6 Fat Incinerating Matrix 665mg:

• Cayenne Pepper (40,000 HU)-increases thermogenesis by improving circulation so fatty acids can be more efficiently transported to the tissues for burning. 
• Caffeine USP-raises metabolism and fat burning levels.
• Hordinine HCL-gives prolonged energy (especially during workouts), improves moods and regulates appetite.
• Synephrine HCL-increases metabolic rate and thermogenesis, and also may decrease appetite.
• Vinpocetine-stimulates circulation.
• Yohimbine HCL-works to release fatty acids from fat cells. 

Lipid Ox Blend 550 mg containing:

• Astathanthin (1%), FucoXanthin (10%), Grape Skin Extract, Blueberry Extract, Raspberry Powder, Cranberry Powder, Prune Powder, Cherry Powder, Bilberry Extract, Strawberry Powder, Broccoli Cruciferous Extract, Spinach Powder, Tomato Powder, Carrot Powder, Onion Powder.

An antioxidant-rich formula which may decrease triglyceride levels so they’re not stored as more fat.  Also heals on a cellular level. But–while these ingredients may be good for you, in a fat burner I find them “fluffy.”

In addition, proprietary blends are infamous for hiding ineffective ingredient quantity–at least of the good ones.  And the blend dosages overall just aren’t very high.

I’m not super impressed.

Research

Caffeine and Synephrine have plenty of research to back them as metabolic increasers.  Synephrine is particularly good as it does not negatively effect the nervous and cardiovascular systems.

Side Effects of Dialene 4X

Side effects from Dialene 4X will come from its stimulants. If you’re sensitive to caffeine, you may experience jitters, nervousness, nausea and possible stomach upset.

You can find Dialene 4X for $34.99 on the official site–but I wouldn’t go that route considering they’re not going to back you with a return policy. 

Consider this though–consumer testimonials for Dialene 4X are mostly negative. 

You may not want to ignore that fact.
