Hello frustrated dieter.  I know you’re frustrated or you wouldn’t be here cramming on diet pills like it’s an important final. 

You’re looking for something that will reveal your inner Goddess.  She’s hiding in there somewhere.  Under your fat rolls and muffin top.  Occasionally you’ll hear her growl (maybe you’re suffocating her.)

It’s hard to look lean and mean when you’re covered in stuffing, isn’t it?  Winnie-the-Pooh is full of fluff and stuff, and is frankly adorable–but who the hell wants to look like him?  When my spouse recently told me he loves my pillows and thought me ‘cuddly and cute’ I wailed, “I’M NOT FAT–I’M FLUFFY!”

Ha! Ha! Ha!  I love the abbreviations.  My CER is legendary.  I can put away a BURGER (that’s short for–er–’burger) at a rate that even most men admire.  Unfortunately my CBR is low–being that I’m always on this office chair typing.  (I don’t believe typing makes for much sweating.)

Diet pill marketing jargon is hilarious.

7-KETO MUSCLEAN™ contains:

• 7-Keto™ (3-Acetyl-7-Oxo-Dehydroepiandrosterone) 100mg-7-Keto is a safe alternative to DHEA that doesn’t affect sex hormones.  7-Keto will slow the aging process and raise metabolic rate.  100 mg is not a high dose, however.
• Green Tea Extract 500mg-a clinically proven ingredient that raises metabolism with it’s natural caffeine content, and oxidizes fat.  Also high in antioxidants, Green Tea will heal free radical damage reversing aging and disease. This is in good dose.
• Guarana Extract 500mg- contains natural caffeine (which may also help with metabolism) and thought by some to suppress the appetite.  This is speculative however.
• Hoodia Gordonii (Powder) 120mg- alleged appetite suppressant. No clinical proof.
• Bromelain 2400 Gdu 45mg-a diuretic for water retention.
• Grapefruit Extract (4:1) (Concentrate) 45mg –for water retention.

Research

Loads of research has gone into Green Tea and scientists are still finding health benefits.  Green Tea alone will not hold up a product however.

Overall Value

At around $35 7-KETO MUSCLEAN™ isn’t really worth the moola.  Consumer testimonials are not good (well, the ONE I found anyway), and the ingredients just didn’t get me excited enough to even bounce in my seat.

Oh well, no exercise for me on this review.  Maybe the next one will get me wobbling around a bit.

Give this one a miss and keep looking. Preferably before your inner Goddess starts screaming at you.
