Hey I was 220 lbs I don’t take diet pills but I found away to lose 48 lbs in 2 month time it made my stomach flat everyone can see that I lost thewieght so let me tell u how I did it I took kelp one pill for two days in a 7 day period and I take dim for 7 days a week. They are all natural it is what we should have in our diets but it levels everything out in our bodys this works on a lot of levels even for guys. It helps stop cancer and helps with sex drives helps stay youthful ect. Do your seaches and find out about this stuff I can say at first I didn’t think it worked but one day I saw the scale say different. I do some walking 30 mins aday.
