I am a laid back guy, but the way the Cylaris customer service treated me left me pretty teed off.

I noticed that one night, i had a hard time falling asleep all night, I slipped in and out of sleep the whole night , almost like a narcaleptic. I didnt know which was dream or which was reality, I had a bad nightmare that night too. This must be an adverse side effect. No more cylaris for me, and in fact–I gained weight on it anyway.

Cylaris was not a very well performing diet pill. I have used other pills that resulted in much more weight loss.

It did work for me, although I increased exercise and dieted, but I lost a good 14 pounds (which is what I needed). Strangely, and I don’t know whether this is suggestion of some sort, or perhaps somatizing, I felt that the caffeine had the opposite effect for me, and instead of a high, it just made me feel tired. As I said, it might have been my imagination, or perhaps my workload at the time :-).
I am worried, though, about cylaris’ possible damaging effects. Anyone heard anything? i don’t know, liver damage or so? I did not hear anything at all, do not freak. I just get paranoid with those things and would like to check just how safe was that shit I was taking :-)

Absolutely horrible. Have been taking it 3 times and 3 times I broke out in hives that lasted at least an hour. Am not even going to wait to see if it works for weightloss.

I took Cylaris from Nov 07 to Feb 08 and lost 45lbs. I can say that at first it does make you sick if you dont eat with it. I also changed my eating habits and did some light workouts. I am going to start taking it again to loose another 20lbs. But I quit taking it b/c I felt like I took it to long and it quit working. But you have to take it just like it says. I have a friend who tried it and she couldn’t take it b/c it made her sick to her stomach, at first it does that to me but it went away. So I would say it is a 50/50 chance like most of the diet pills out there. But this is the only one that I have lost weight and kept it off.

I started cylaris in hopes like everyone else to aid in the process of losing weight.
I ate less excercised and after one in a half bottles the only result i got was a weight gain.
Now what is up with that when you are paying for a product it should do what it claims it does!

I took cylaris for about a month, it did work, I lost about 15 pounds with one bottle. However, there were a couple side effects: I felt jittery and sick, and fell into an almost depression-like mood for an hour or so after taking the pills.

As analyzed, Cissus quadrangularis contained ascorbic acid 479 mg, and carotene 267 units per 100g of freshly prepared paste in addition to calcium oxalate. I believe everyone is different in how they react to what they put into their bodies. Next time do your homework more exstensively

it works great i love it .when other diet pills did not work for me i tried this one and it started working fast and i loved that.

I must say I’ve not had any problems with it. Actually, I think I feel better. I would like to share that you have to give the product time to work. It’s not going to happen overnight. I didn’t notice a difference until about the end of the second bottle. I took it as directed and I did NOT change my eating habits. I’m not the healthiest eater so I was surprised when the weight came off. I’m not very tall at all and I was getting fustrated with going up in clothes size and needed to try something to help me with my eating habits. I think it worked for me and hopefully will work for others. Good luck to all of those who are trying to lose weight.

Cylaris did not work for me, and I actually had very negative side effects. It wasn’t till I tried it for a third time that I noticed that within 24 hours of starting on the pills, I would get severely depressed. Four days in, on the third time, I stopped taking them and by the next day I was back to being myself. It’s too bad I didn’t notice it the first two times — a 1.5 months the first time, 3 weeks the second time. Absolute hell.

I started the quest of losing weight back in July 2008, and exercising everyday and changing my eating habits did not give me a great results, I added Cylaris to my diet and I have lost about 6 – 8 pounds now. Some of the symptomps that are described here are true, the hot feeling after taking the pills, and sometimes dizziness. I would not suggest working out right after taking the pills, not a good feeling. I must admit that Cylaris has helped, but I am not looking to lose the weight as by miracle. It takes hard work!

I took it and lost about 32 lbs. so far. It’s the only one that has worked for me but may not be for everyone. I love it, I actually need to go get more soon. I lost about 10 pounds the first week, then after the first month i had lost a total of 20 pounds, then when i had lost about 32. i wasn’t losing anymore so i stopped taking it for awhile and i am about to start back on it again.

Iv been taking cylaris for about 21 mounths iv lost so far 100 lbs on it its the only diet pill that has ever worked for me it will be two years on feb 24 2009 i went from 295 lbs to 195 lbs as of oct 2008 i changed my diet and i also work at mc donalds.i dont eat there food i bring my own to work every day. i just love my new look i feel better.i went from asize 26 jeans down toa 10/12 so far i love it. will continue on it till at least feb 24 2009 my 2 year anniversary.

i love it iv lost 100 lbs on cylaris in 20 mounths its the only diet pill that has ever woked for mei went from a size 26 to a 10/12 my doctor told me they were alright to take this past jan 08.it will be 2 years iv been taking them feb 24 2009.i love my new look.

I took it for about two months and lost about 18 pounds
I had tried a few other products, and Cylaris is the only one that worked for me. I did change my eating habits and increase in excercise, but I averaged about 6-8 lbs each month. I actually liked the product and was disappointed when GNC took it off their shelf. I am looking to order a 90 day supply if possible, anybody have the contact info? Good Luck

I have decided to stop taking cylaris, at first I thought it was working until I took the 2 pills before breakfast at my workplace within minutes I became very hot, very flushed in the face and red splottchy marks all over my neck, not only was this embarrassing but I work at a hospital and my co-workers were concerned with my blood pressure being elevated, along with this there was alot of questions. I guess this diet pill isnt’ for me, as it scared me to think what it may be doing to my body.

When I first started using cylaris it gave me major headaches, and I would only take one pill a day. I stopped using them for a while, and when I started using them again, my headaches stopped. I used them on and off for about a couple of months (I only used one bottle during that period). I still havent finished my first bottle and I dont plan on finishing it now, but I did lose 20 pounds so Im grateful for that.

i two was dissapointed when my local wal mart after 20 mounths of me getting my cylaris there also sudenly stopped selling it also so i had to find it at another store.very unconvenant. for me but im still taking it.

i went to america to stay wit some friends over der i bought the cylaris tablets and found them to be great i went home and had a baby i couldnt move da baby weight on some other tablets i used i went bac over to vist my friends on da 22nd of nov 2008 and bought more iam at home in ireland now and iam much mor happy with my\self thanks to the tablets

Well, this is day to on cylaris. Day one was great…I was jacked all day…had a great workout because I was peaking! remember people. It’s basically major dosages of caffein. It will work…It has to. Expect to gain most of the weight again after you stop taking it. The only thing I hate is drinking 5 gallons of water a day because your body is dehydrated from the caffein. Up most of the night pissing! I’ll probably just use the product like “beans” when you didn’t sleep well the night before, take some in the morning and kick ass all day at work! It’s legal narcotics with a fancy cool looking box. Good Bless America!

I started taking Cylaris on Oct 14,2007 and as of 2008 I had lost 110 lbs.I have lost another 20 lbs.
I had a total hip replaced in Nov 2008 and can’t image having this surgery without taking this weight off.

Ok so although I have not tried this product yet I want to share my knowledge. Yes you may be bloated, feel full, and even gassy. What does this is the soy in the product. if a full feeling s what you want buy some soy milk.

I just started CYLARIS 10 days ago follow diet and exercise progrom I lost 5 ponds but I felt after taking one pill after 2 hours I must go to bathroom.but night time I take pill 5 hours before go to bed and have no sleeping problem I will say this work for me.

I have been trying Cylaris for a week and a half…Its not for me I started with dizziness,headaches and then plenty nof gas,both ways. The first few days just going to bathroom alot but by the time I did two pills twice a day the headaches and dizziness started. I took by B/P and it was 172/107…I immediately decided to stop taking it. As far was weight loss there has been no change.

i started the pills today, i took one in the morning and felt fine. then i took another one 5 houres later, then about half hour of taking the second pill i had 3 shots of whiskey and was feeling alright, then right after having some whiskey i went on the bus and started feeling sick.. im wondering if it was from the alchole, or if it because i have only eatin saled all day.. im planning on just eating saled for the whole diet

i starting taking cylaris but where i got them they stop carrying them and i try some other kind of diet pill and it does nothing to me like cylaris so i would love to know where i can get them at….the pill gave me engry and i was less hungry…..

i took it before, but cant remember if i lost weight or not. i bought it again and im hoping it will work if i work out and diet. from all yall whos had good results on the pills how long and often did yall have to work out to have the results?

I’ve been taking over the counter diet pills for about 7 months now. Cylaris worked the best I wasn’t just real fat but, all together I lost 27 lbs. taking different things. The Cylaris was very addictive for me. I could only take one pill a day because of the headaches,anxiety,and rapid heart beat. The last day I took them I had decided to take 2 pills. That night my chest was hurting and both my arms were hurting. My heart sitting still was twice the speed of my husband’s. Just to let you know I am only 23 and my chest hurting like that scared me to death. The last 2 weeks have been so hard and I have been so depressed without them. I feel tired all the time now. My advice would be just to be carefull nobody wants to get seriously hurt taking these kinda things.Just think it through.

I have been taking it for a few weeks now and it is not for me. I have felt really weak and have had excrutiating pains in my neck and head. I went in to have my blood pressure taken and it was 152/79 which was a concern and two days later i went back in again and my blood pressure elevated to 172/90. I have felt queezy on this as well as dizzie and just feeling disoriented at times. I ended up having chest pains becasue my blood pressure kept going up and it was contributed to nothing other than Cylaris. No sooner did I stop taking this pill but within days my blood pressure went back to normal and my headaches and vertigo went away. This may work for other people but for me it caused health issues that may have become critical if I hadnt stopped taking it when I did.

I took Cylaris,, and I lost a total of 75 pounds. I found that the pill gave me energy and curbed my appetite. Although I lost all of this wieght,, I recently had a baby and gained some of the weight back. Now I want to start on Cylaris again and I found that they no longer have it in Walmart. Can anyone tell me where I can find some.It really helped give me the energy to workout!!

I started taking Cylaris 2 pills twice a day and after three days of feeling really full in my throat, having pains in my chest and rapid heartbeat, I stopped taking them. I felt tired and confused and mostly worried that the diet pills would excillerate my heart to a dangerous level. I lost 4 pounds in 3 days but I felt so sick that I couldn’t continue taking them. Cylaris is NOT for me. Can I get my money back?????

Claris worked for me… of course it had the side effect of feeling sick to your stomach…I did not get no reaction from the caffeine in it like some other pills did. Dec-c20. I lost 40 lbs. on it and kept it off for over a year because of the change it did to me on how I was eating. My only exercise is bike riding 3 times a week. You have to listen to your body and not bordem eat! I found out that the only way to lose weight is to eat less.

I am a pleased customer. I bought Cylaris because it was on sale and I noticed that it had B6 in it which if you do your research you will find that B6 boosts your metabolism. I used it for 4 months and have to say that it worked well. I lost 22 pounds without any hardcore workout. I watched what I ate and walked in the afternoons as well as doing a workout every other day. If you want to lose weight, just stop eating crap and workout more! That’s all I have to say.

I was told by a professional when taking diet pills you have to take a multiamin everyday, work out, and drink at lot of water at least 8 glasses and one glass when taking the pill. If it is making you feel sick or jittery to reduce the number of suggested pills.

I have taken different pills over the past few years. Many of them had some screwy side effects (hot flashes, jitters, extreme high enery followed by extreme lows). I have now started Cylaris (on day two) and am anxious to see what will happen. So far, so good. I haven’t had any side effect extremes yet, but noticed a considerable curb in my appetite just on the first day. I spend all day at home with my little one, so snacking is a big issue for me. On just the first day, I noticed an instant feeling on not even WANTING to snack (even during my usual afternoon “I was a snack” slump) since I felt content as far as hunger was concerned. I am 5’9 and 178 pounds. We shall see in a month what changes take place.

I took Cylaris and I lost a total of sixty pounds. I couldn’t believe how fast the weight came off. I haven’t gain it back. I used about two bottles. The third bottle made me have headache and anixety. I didn’t finish the bottle. I haven’t lost any more weight. And I dont have the energy that I had when I first started taking them. It work well for me at first. It was amazing how I lost the weight. I am trying to fine out if they are still on the market. Thinking about trying them again.

I did loose weight. The headaches and pains in my arms and the anixety is what scared me. I was well satisfied with the weight loss. The side affect is what made me stop taking them. I wish I could have lost about sixty more pounds before the side affect started. I just want to add that.

i really want to be thin but i worried about what it would do to me and will it work!
