Clenbuterol

I’ve just started my two week cycle of clenbuterol, and after the second day (at 40mg) my hands had started quivering,not that anyone else notices but im very aware of it. Also its dramatically changed my body temperature, normally in my house im generally cold (even at normal temperatures) but over the last few days i’ve felt like im about to start breaking into a sweat from normal movement.
In all fairness though, i have researched the drug thoroughly and did expect a similar reaction from my body, and seeing as i have been taking it over the christmas period i think it’s worked relatively well in keeping my weight down and making my excersize much more efficient.
On the long term though, im not sure that clen is a realistic answer. My worst side affect has been the insomnia it has given me. And im sure we all know how different we can be when we havent slept. So its fairly clear from me writing this at half three in the morning, that i wont be able to carry on like this long term, and overall… sleep is more important than weightloss :)

I’m on my fourth day of a two week cycle of Clen. I do have the shakes in my hands, but its only noticable to me. I dont really feel any other side effects other than I feel very alert, I can tell that it is giving me more energy. But, I have had worst shaking effects with over the counter diet pills than I am with Clen. I do not plan on using it long at all, Im a little scared of the more harsh side effects Ive read about. But, it is working. Im on day four and I can tell I have already lost some weight!!!!

people who have use clenbuterol which brand did you use and do you feel these brand worked on you? i have tried clen 0.2mg brand name by sopharma in bulgaria fantastic definately saw the result but you have to buy a batch of it worth 200 pounds as for long term i dont know..
am a bit sceptical of other clen brands are they any good? if so do you have the website where you bought your from?

i’ve been reedin about clenbuterol and it all sounds like a dream :D and i want to get it, but i’ve read that u gain back all the weight and extra :’( is this true????? becausde i want to use it!!

a friend sugested clen to me because i want to lose like 40 lbs now. will clen do that in 2 weeks time. i clean houses for a living but i model on the side. i was 20 lbs lighter. i did that by eating only organic food. which i would love to get back into, but i eat on the go a lot. also even that took a matter of months to drop and i didn’t tone all that well. will this help me to tone as well. i know i will have to find time to work out. evey web site just has a little info about clen. i want all the info i can find. i don’t even take meds when i get sick. so please tell me everything you can about it.

How many tablets should i use per day. I am currently taking 2 tablets of clenbuterol sopharma every second day. Is this enough? And what is the correct amount

try 2 in morn then the same at night. then if your ok up it up to 3 in morn and so on. dont take more than 4 in morn and 4 at night

Try taking 1 the next day 2 next day 3 and so on until the side effect are too much or you reach 140-160 mcg. You can split the dose as trev said into morning and night this helps some people with the sides. Take it for 2 weeks then off for at least 2 weeks. There are other cycles such as 2 days on 3 off ect but I find the 2 weeks on 3 weeks off works best for me. You may also want to look into taking 25-50 mg tablet of something containing diphenhydramine such as benadryl on your first off week before bed.

I have used Clen serverial times and always get what i want out of it .
if your haveing trouble sleeping then try taking your pill earlier in the day .
i take 3 when I get up and 4 around 1 pm and sleep every nite .
As for the shacking it will go away after a few days .
but it will come and go depends on your diet.

if i were to take the clen gel how many mls should i start on and do i progressively take more the same as the pills, i was told 1ml a week ?

It’s my first day with clen.I have used bulgarian clen.And today taked 2 tablets.1 morning 1 afternoon.Tomorrow i will 2 tablets morning 2 tablets afernoon.until the side 6 tablets for a day…

Myfriends used it without diet and he lost 3 kg for a month.And it wasn’t muscle just fat

Clen is not a drug to be taken lightly.. If not taken the correct way, it can be fatal.

I am currently half way through my 2 week cycle of the gel and the side effects aren’t pleasant however I need to drop some kgs fast so I’m using this as a boost.

Clen (claire) gel dosage is **recommended** as follows:
(should only be used as a guide)

1st day: 0.5ml
2nd day: 0.5ml
3rd day: 1.0ml
4th day: 1.0ml

and so forth, until you get to a maximum of 3ml.

I’m a small female so 3mls is definitely too much for me so I’m staying around the 1-2ml mark.

As long as you feel the side effects, then you know it’s working.

*IMPORTANT NOTE*

You need to keep hydrated!! VERY IMPORTANT!

try 1ml a day i have been told that is the dosage to take.

gel: 1ml per day for 2 weeks

you start off low and build your way up, then wein yourself off them…

Simple enough, if your trying to lose weight with these specifically, taking the same amount without taking a break from them can cause serious side affects and you will actually gain weight from taking the clen for too long of a time period.

Just about to start my first cycle of Clen. I haven’t trained at the Gym for a few months. Will taking clen deplete the minimal muscle mass i have at the moment? Should i train for a few weeks to put some weight on first?

I train 6days a week 4hrs a day, and take clem gel. Works well for me I started on 1ml every second,day and now im on 2ml. I eat no more than 600 cal per day and for the extra boost before workouts i take duramine too. Prob not a great mix but it keeps my energy up. The worst side effect from my clem gel is prob the headaches &shakes and the duramine keeps me awake, but def worth it!
My question is is it better to keep ur gel in the fridge or just room temp?? Thanks

how good does it work, and how long should i take them for, i’ve ordered mine and im really curious as to how much weight im going to lose?:)

how much weight should i explect to lose if i eat healthy and exercise a hour a day while taking these? will it be effective as to my figure?
