Cheaters Relief is a product made by BSN is a diet pill meant to help you continue to cheat on your diet but still lose weight in the process.  That sounds great considering I’ve been cheating on my diet for as long as I can remember.  Is that really possible though?  Cheating and still winning?

Disappointingly, the specific concentrations here are masked by one big proprietary blend.  It contains the following…

• Opuntia Cactus – Though some research exists on its ability to help treat diabetes, there is little connection to weight loss.

• Cassia Nomame – There is some evidence to suggest this will reduce the amount of dietary fat that is actually digested.
• Garcinia Cambogia – An Indian herb which is claimed to suppress appetite
• White Kidney Bean Extract – There is new research on this extracts ability to slow the breakdown of carbohydrates into sugars.
• Alpha-Lipoic Acid – an effective antioxidant
• Hydroxdyisoleucine – An amino acid that may play a role in insulin-promotion and glucose regulation.
• Cinnamon – a mild way to naturally boost metabolism

Since this product is pretty cheap, I can’t be too hard on it.  The fact is there are a lot of other products out there that contain many of the same “unproven” ingredients but that ask a whole lot more for them.  $18 isn’t too much of a risk, but there really isn’t a lot here that will make a big difference in your appetite or metabolism.  This wouldn’t be my first choice for a diet supplement by any means.
