BPI Sports 1.M.RIt depends on what your goal is. You probably don’t want to try BPI Sports 1.M.R if you are trying to lose weight. Conclusion

I usually work out best when I am well rested. By taking BPI Sports 1.M.R in the mornings before I work out I can receive the maximum benefits without having to interrupt my sleep. The down side to that was that I crashed several times while taking it and fell asleep at my desk and in meetings during work!
