I called the company immediately to cancel my order as it had not been shipped yet. The CSR that I spoke to was extremely rude and refused to cancel my order. He said it was already processed so it could not be cancelled and that I was to return to sender once I received it and they would then cancel it but I still had to pay for shipping. He even went to the extent to tell me that it was not his problem that I got pregnant. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, he told me that they would tell me the same thing and that he did not have a supervisor available. He then disconnected the call. I called back a second time, told the CSR my situation and she too told me that I would have to return the package to sender that way I did not have to pay for return shipping but still had to pay for the initial shipment to me. I asked to speak to her supvisor and I was told that she can not do anything anyway. I said that someone must be able to cancel this order, although it had been processed, it was not shipped. She said the onwer of the company can override that. When I asked to speak to the owner of the company, the CSR told me that she had been on the call with me too long and that she had to go because she had other calls to take. She then disconnected the call. Based on this alone, this company is full of it and are nothing more than a money grab. Beware if you buy this product, the company is shaddy!!
