I was hesitant to order Banital because of the autoship program, and now it has become a nightmare. Their customer service is impossible to deal with.

well I have been on banital for only 3 days now and i have lost 2 pounds. It works differently on everybody. I’m doing pretty good so far, so I’m going to stick with it.

Don’t try this product. This is a total scam!! They will trick you into getting a “free trial” and put you on “autoship” and they will just keep charging you without your consent. There are also NO REFUNDS!!!

HELP!! Can someone please post their 1-800 number. I called them once to cancel the autoship and they are still charging me. I lost the number and cannot get it anywhere!!!

Unfortunately, I have to agree…this is a SCAM! Here one entrusts that companies’ want your business but these people are out to mislead ordinary folks like me w/their AUTO PAY & have no conscience when taking my hard earned money espceially in these hard economic times. I suggest you DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, it was ineffective for me and they kept my money even after I returned their product. As for CUSTOMER SERVICE, they do not value customers. I don’t feel their explaination of the Auto Pay was clear. After speaking w/several managers, I was instructed I will not receive a refund and find myself without recourse. What a nightmare! What a Scam! I’m writing to the President of this company to see is he/she has any integrity.

Just rcvd my first shipment of Banital…we’ll see how it works as I have tried JUST about everything else. S far as the AUTOSHIP goes, if you have a problem with a company, you can always instruct your CC provider to not accept the charges (after of course showing proof you have tried to stop shipment). I’ll let you know in a few days if it’s working.

I had a similar situation with another supplement regarding autoship. I tried calling their customer service with no results so I wrote a letter to the company telling them to stop shipments and I mentioned that I was sending a copy of the letter to my Attorney General’s Office (which I did). Shipments of the product and charges stopped immediately!! My Attorney General’s Office followed-up with me and I assured them that all was well but at least they have the letter on file. Could work with this company, as well, if you are having trouble stopping charges.

I tried Banital and had great results. I am still using and losing. The whole program makes sense. It’s not just a diet pill claiming to create a miracle. If you follow the system and read the material you get it. I love this stuff.

I ordered Banital today and they charged me $59.90 for two bottles… Not too bad. After reading about all this autoship stuff I called the customer service line and asked them about it. They said if you are charged the low cost of $39.90 for a bottle, then you are put on the autoship program. If you are charged the full price of $59.90, its a one time fee for a month.

Remember this before ordering…

this is a scam i cancelled my order in april cause its completely bogus and i just got 120 dollars taken from my acct. i havent ordered shit or recieved anything dont make the same mistake i cant get my money back

BEWARE!!!! No good. I mailed back the product in june and is still waiting for a refund. I called every week and the customer service keeps saying that it’s still being processed. It is now August 2, 2010 and I have no product or money. It’s a scam and I will contact the radio station that is airing their commercial. I will ask them to pull it because they are a fraud. I will never order anything like this again. I will also report them to BBB and Consumer Affair.

I ordered this product on a Sunday and found out Monday morning that I was pregnant. I called the company immediately to cancel my order as it had not been shipped yet. The CSR that I spoke to was extremely rude and refused to cancel my order. He said it was already processed so it could not be cancelled and that I was to return to sender once I received it and they would then cancel it but I still had to pay for shipping. He even went to the extent to tell me that it was not his problem that I got pregnant. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, he told me that they would tell me the same thing and that he did not have a supervisor available. He then disconnected the call. I called back a second time, told the CSR my situation and she too told me that I would have to return the package to sender that way I did not have to pay for return shipping but still had to pay for the initial shipment to me. I asked to speak to her supvisor and I was told that she can not do anything anyway. I said that someone must be able to cancel this order, although it had been processed, it was not shipped. She said the onwer of the company can override that. When I asked to speak to the owner of the company, the CSR told me that she had been on the call with me too long and that she had to go because she had other calls to take. She then disconnected the call. Based on this alone, this company is full of it and are nothing more than a money grab. Beware if you buy this product, the company is shaddy!! I ended up cancelling my credit card so they could not charge my card for the order or for the shipping.

BANITAL IS A SCAM!!! I ordered the product, I did not lose any weight and I sent the product back via FedEx. The company never answered to receive the package. They made three attempts. I called the company and they said that it is impossible because someone is always there. They advised me to get it back and send it by regular mail. They will not process a return until they have a product. If I send it by mail, then there will be no way to track the package.

Screw Banital, use the real thing called” Apidexin” that is your drug name!! People take the drug, re-name it and sell for above cost…..BINGO!
