I tried Avesil’s “risk free” trial, only to learn that in two weeks Avesil would automatically charge my credit card $89.95 plus shipping and handling. I tried cancelling my “membership” but to no avail. Avesil will not accept your cancellation unless you return the bottle (even if empty) and they will not accept a return unless you provide and RMA number that they are supposed to provide when you ask to cancel but have thus far not provided.

The bottom line is that there is nothing “risk free” about their trial. As to the product itself, I have only used it for two days and it has no affect on my appetite whatsoever.

This is product does absolutely nothing, and if you don’t read their fine print they automatically sign you up for their auto-ship program and charge your credit card!! Beware!!!

Any product that needs to be marketed as corruptly as this one cannot possibly perform as promised.

if a merchant charges your credit card before the”free” period ends, call the merchant and let them know you will be reporting the transaction as fraudulent. If they will not reverse the charge, call the credit card company and declare to the the charge is wrong.

yes…I think the whole website is totally imoral and “scammy.” So instead I bought pills off ebay and I only paid $50.00 plus 25.00 for S&H (to Canada so its more expensive)…As for the pills they are the best i’ve tried. I fell great and have lost about 5 pounds in 2 weeks. I am not hungry and have a lot of energy and haven’t changed my eating or excercise habits at all. Overall it just FEELS better than other pills i’ve tried. I think this is going to be a good thing…not to fast results but enough to feel permanant. Next week I’m going to excercise more so hopefully that will help!

I just recieved my package 4 days ago and returned it right away after I read the blogs. There hasn’t been a charge yet to my card. Just make sure to put that RMA# on the package when you return it. I did empty the bottle when I returned it and just started using them. I do have more energy but it hasn’t supressed my appetite like I would have liked it to. We will see how it goes I will let you all know.

This product is indeed a scam. They must pay people to write all the great reviews all over that you see because let me tell you this has been a nightmare.

1. I applied for the product on 3/26/2010
2. I didn’t receive it till 4/01/2010
3. The ’14 day free trial’ ended on 4/09/2010

This obviously is not a lot of time to try the product and supposedly send it back.. but anyway.

4. By 04/07/2010 I had GAINED 3 pounds.
5. I started calling to get the *RMA Code 4/7
6. No one answered. Left message.
7. Called back 6 times on the 7th. No answer.
8. Called back on the 8th.. see above.
9. Called back on the 9th.. see above.
10. The 9th passes and now I am ‘outside my trial period’ so I am out $90.

I am still trying to get someone on the phone to take this useless crap back. No one has yet called me back nor answered their phone. Do not be scammed! And if you feel sorry for me, feel free to toss me $3 via paypal at chelworks@gmail.com for saving you $90 :) Maybe I can get my money back heh.

I tried avesil…I didnt have an issue sending it back. I called the day after i got it for the number..just incase. The pill itself did absolutly nothing. Waste of money and got my hopes up. I recently started taking Phenphedrine..and so far its results are positive.

Product kept me up all night for 5 nights. Was exhausted each day. Cut back to one pill three times daily to try to get some sleep but then hunger depressanr does not work as well. Am sendind product back.

I tried it and my appetite increased.

seems like they are a scam, based on my review for their website, i find that the “McAfee Secure” and “Verisign” seals on their website are all fake, i called both McAfee and Versign and they both told me that they are not authorized and they are using their trust seals illegally. How come a legit company do that? if they are not a scam they will not use fake (un authorized) seals on their website to attract the customers.

AVESIL is a SCAM. Even though they charged me 14 days after I agreed to the product and then just two weeks later for a 2nd bottle I received wks later, I gave it a good few months because I thought, maybe it’ll work. Well it did not work. The product does not work and worse yet, they charge your card after you cancel and then claim to have no record of the phone call you made in which you canceled the product. It may not happen to every single person who agrees to the trial practice and agrees to give this product an honest shot, but do you want to be the 1 in 5 people charged $95 after cancellation and then refused a refund? Don’t waste your time. Avoid the frustration caused by a company that engages in deceptive practice (unauthorized CC charges) and terrible customer service. Do your research. You’ll see from the many blogs out there discussing Avesil, that this is a $$ scam.

Do NOT order Avesil. They charge you 14 days after you AGREE to the trial, not when you get the actual product. Then they charge you again just two wks later for the second bottle. When you go to cancel, they say your account has been canceled but then charge you $95+ the next month. You call to dispute the charge and they simply say, they have no record of it. I filed a complaint with BBB and their response “we have no record but she’s canceled now.” DO NOT GIVE THESE people your credit card information. Don’t waste your time with this product or company with terrible customer service.

My friend had a terrible experience with this company. I thought about trying it but after her experience with the customer service and charges appearing on her card… NO THANK YOU. I’ll stick to exercise and vitamins. Just a tip, do your due diligence. We did it together after her experience. There is alot out there on the web discounting this product and actually quite a few other people talking about unauthorized charges to their cards too. A company like this should be sent out of business.
