Atro phex is a good fat burner except that it contains appetite suppressants…..you have to keep eating and get accustomed to having more then 3 meals a day. When you stop taking the pills, the weight will come right back unless you changed your eating habits

I am definitely not one who believes in “diet pills” and only took atro-phex for one week because it was a free sample given to me by a personal trainer. He recommended I take one pill a day for a week to see how I liked it. Honestly, I was blown away. The energy kicks were amazing and the curve of appetite was incredible. When I went off of it I noticed a difference, so went online and purchased a box for myself. I am about half way through the box and am up to 2 pills in the am and 2 pills in the pm. I work out a lot anyway, but I have trimmed down and loss fat percentage, especially around my core/mid section and arms. I have even purchaed a 2nd box! I would recommend this product to people; however, the only thing I am concerned about is what happens when you stop taking them. Also, I hate actually taking the pulls because they have an odd taste of raspberry to them…and i just hate taking pills….But I love the results so far.

I have tried diffrent types of diet pills over the years, yes, i can say some do work, however, there are some side effects, the main one i always seem to have issues with, is sleep, other’s…? mood swings, i am very easy to snap at people for no reason, or, i would make a nasty comment, i really hate myself for being this way, because i turn people off, or, people don’t want to be around me, loneliness set in, afterword, depression.
diet pills is not good, if you can lost weight without doing diet pills, please do so. if not, you will suffer, might not be right away, it will happen down the road, when you have no friends at all. because of your mood swings has turn people off.

well i took it for the first time today it really feels like its working but i just cant sleep its 5 in the mornin and i just cant fall asleep. its been 10 hours since iv taken it

i love atro-phex. i’ve noticed what other have notice w/ extra energy, better moods and i have lost 150 pounds. when i started i was a 58w, i am not a 38. when i started i was almost 400 pounds and now i over around 250-260. i’ve been taking atro-phex since gnc started taking it. i stact it with no xplode for extra energy when working out and toning. i guess it just depends on the person and what they get of it and get out of it. = D

I have taken atrophex for about 3 months now and for about the 1st month it seemed to work great. After that it seemed to stop working and i started having side effects that i didn’t like. It makes me a mean person, I snap on ppl really easy when i am taking it and it also gives me constant gas and ive gotten to the point where i have started gaining weight and can sleep on it.

I have been using this product for over 3 months. I got huge results. like i shreded up and lost 25 pounds. however, there are side effects. I’m angry, pimpels, ancy, and when i stop taking it my energy levels depleted, where i was almost to tired to get out of bed.

I have tried every energy weight loss booster out there. I was hyped when I heard the rave about this. I tried taking 1 pill a day. It didnt do much at all to be honest. Maybe I have a huge tolerance for stimulants. A little let down. I may try to take 2 at once.

Been takeing it for 2 weeks and after 2 days felt my abs toned and my forearms rock hard.and i had lost fat.but now i feel that the pills stopped working. i never got a boost of energy like most people say they got. but for the week that it worked.absoultyl loved it. and no side effects
