I bought this product at in the winter when I could not
stop eating, I was very happy with the results, my appetite was totally back under control, I did not want
to eat everything in sight anymore! I am 5’9″ and weigh 137#. I lost 10# and kept it off. I only took 1 pill a day
and it worked very well for me.

it does works with

1) low cal diet (i eat just whole wheat crunch with raisin NO MILK, coffee without milk for breakfast and lunch, an apple followed by a cookie (60 cal with tea around 4 pm ) and in dinner 2 whole wheat pita with 2 boiled egg and humus)

2) 20 min workout (abs and butt)every other day.

its just 3 days and i came down from 131 to 129.5 … so i think it does. lets see.

I have been taking this pill for about a week and have been not had any energy boost. I get really bad headaches and very moody. Have lost some 2 pounds which maybe a result of a low calorie diet and no soda or caffienated drinks. My heart also goes up. Appuloss diet and energy

I bet this review is right about the amounts in this pill. It definitely didn’t have any effect on me, and it sounds logical that without enough ingredients this would be the result.

This review would have been helpful. I paid good money for Appuloss and it didn’t do a thing.
