Synephrine, Octopamine, Tyramine, Epigallocatech in Gallate (EGCG), L-Theanine, Coleus Forskohli Extract, Choline Citrate, Betaine HCI, Inositol Monophosphate, Guarana (22% caffeine), L-Camitine, Dandelion Extract, Uva Ursi Extract, Guggul, Soy Isoflavones, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Chromium Polynicotinate, Chromium Picolinate, Phosphate, Inosine, Phosphatidylocholine, St. John’s Wort, L-Tyrosine, Citrilene, Grapefruit Extract, White Willow, Phenylalanine, and Ginger Root Extract.
That list probably means nothing to you. Synephrine (reviewed here), Coleus Forskohli Extract (reviewed here) and Guggul (reviewed here) are all great ingredients. Most of the other ingredient are anywhere from somewhat effective to ineffective. The only problem I see is that we do not know how much of each ingredient is found in Animal Cuts. There may not be enough synephrine or what have you, to elicit any effect whatsoever.
