Actislim is marketed as a 100% natural herbal dietary supplement under the complete name of Actislim ULTRA. It uses a combination of natural herbs, vitamins, minerals and plant extracts. To get the best results it is recommended that you:

• Drinking a full glass of water each time Actislim Ultra is taken
• Do some light exercise
• Use online Actislim Club to track your progress
• Drink 8 full glasses of water throughout the day
• Take Actislim Night 2 hours before going to bed

As far as product descriptions, ingredients, and recommendations –that’s about it. The website is very vague and is clearly missing information imperative for consumers– take that as you will.

Fortunately, there are a slew of warnings that might give you a heads up about the product. Do not use the product if you: are pregnant or nursing, have high blood pressure, have heart or thyroid disease, have diabetes, are an adolescent, have a caffeine intolerance.

That last part is bolded due to the fact that pretty much the only ingredient listed is caffeine – which is packed in the small pill at the legal amount. Just as a teen amped up on Mountain Dew burns calories, you just might burn a few as well… but to what cost to your health and safety?
