It didn't do much for me at all and I ended up taking a lot more pills than I wanted to. I'm okay with taking it often but it wasn't worth it all to me and it wasn't worth the price of it. I agree with the review saying that it doesn't tell you how much of what is in the pill it's self. I don't like that and I don't think that's honest selling. I'm sorry I wasted time with this one!
