OHK!!!!Im jus confuse.#1 yall talking about scam…..u always read da fine print.#2 you akways cancel before or on the same day wen ur trail is ova so u want b billed DUH!!!!. #3 u go to da store like walmart,walgreens,cvs, kr kerr drugs like i did. And i dont know if it works yet cause i just brought mine yesterday at a DRUG store. But i kno i dont have an appertite. So for the future dnt order off t.v nor nternet

Oh my people you sure have me worried I just bought it and it’s been 3 days so far, I got it at walgreens. Does it really cause kidney failure? Just want to lose weidght not die.

me to! i ordered it 2 months go and still hasn’t come! they havent taken money from my account but i stll payed for a “free trial” and nothing has come! my advice to you is dont buy any thing online!heck just a fiew days ago i saw aci berry in CVS and i was like that would have been easier! just look around every thing that you see on the intrnet is in stores!

i ordered the trial didn’t receive it, and still havent to this day but got billed out the ass for some thing i have never received 2 months in a row had to cancel my debit card to stop them from billing me. they want give me a credit IT’S A RIP OFF DONT PURCHASE

I agree with many who say you should read the agreement.My first purchase came after 5 weeks.I emailed them to tell them I wished to discontinue,they acknowledged my email and said they would comply to my wishes….. 5 months later they were still billing me $98 every month twice on one card..Finally had to go to the bank to get a new credit card…. Have learnt my lesson the hard way,lost nearly $1000. Also they kept changing their name,so when my statements came in it was under a totally different name

It is a scam – I ordered free trial but canceled few days later, I received 1 bottle as a trial and paid £9.50 for shipping. After few days my account was charged with £58. oo, and more and more, all the time different amounts and different sellers.
Can somebody advise me what to do with this scam ??

Never asked for it. They charged $131.96 twice to my credit card. Really a rip-off and scam. I called my credit card canceled it and ask them to dispute a claim for me.

I must admit, I was totally pissed when I got charged before my pills came. I cussed errbody out at the company and vowed to take them on. After I received the pills I said what the hell, I got em, I may as well take them. Was not expecting major results but I was surprised to lose 4 lbs btwn Satuday and Tuesday (same week). I have been taking them for abot 10 days now, and they work. I’m really glad they did work, cause I was about to bust a vessel. That’s just how mad I was. I am still angry about the charges, but what the hell.. I should have read the agreement further. Also, to the people who say they have not seen any results, you do have to change your diet a lil.. The pills will do their part, but dang, you can’t eat a large pizza, take the pill, and expect it to work a miracle on you.. That’s just common sense guys…

Acai Berry work well for me and i didn’t had bad surpise with my credit card. HAVE YOU READ THE ” THERM AND CONDITIONS” I find up for some site you have to return the unused part other no, but for everysite you have to make the cancelation before the 15th days of free trials. READ READ READ!!!! I have lost 5 lbs until now and feel well. Sorry if you havn’t read those theams and condition.

I place an order for 15 days free trial and I paid $5.95 for shipping and handling. At this moment I don’t receive any merchandise and they charged to my account $118.63 for 1 month. I call to the phone number appeared in the Internet and the office it is in London. When I call somebody said the office hours is 8:00am to 5:00 pm, I call and nobody anwer. I think is a fraud. I’m calling because at this moment I’m not interesting in the product and I want my money back.
