I took this product for the 1 week on and 1 week off. I lost 2 lbs the first 3 days, but then I put on 5 more. So, now I weigh 2lbs more than when I started. I excersised and ate healthy, but it didn’t work at all. I am very disappointed. Don’t believe the hype!

I too took this product and it did not work. I combined this product with a sensible diet and exercise ( at least 35 min. cardio everyday) and no results. I am a mother of two and turning thirty, and I am thirty lbs. overweight. I am very disappointed in the product and the claims.

I took this and it worked for me along with a good plan. I did loose a lot of weight in the short period of time as it claimed. You do need to drink lots of water as with any regular plan as it promotes the elimination of fat. You can eat any how because you are taking the pills. However all our bodies are different and will react differently to each product.

I’ve tried to use diet pills and found up and down results, but when my brother had an extra bottle of 7-DFBX he never opened I asked to try it and he let me. I wasn’t expecting much at all but was surprised. I lost about 9 lbs in the first 7 days. I bought some online and use it again two weeks later and it seemed to work again but I forgot to weight myself. SO it was pretty good for me.

I love 7-DFBX. This is the 5th bottle I have purchased. Don’t listen to these complainers. They are probably the type that sit on their couch watching Soap Operas all day and expect a diet pill to help them lose instantly 8 pounds. I have lost an average of 4 pounds in each 7 day cycle.
