Thermocerin
Can Thermocerin Help You Lose Weight?
If you go to their website you’ll notice that Thermocerin claims to be the “world’s most powerful fat burner now available without prescription.” Where have you been all my life Thermocerin? Actually, Thermocerin is one of probably four million fat burners that make this claim. They throw a new twist in there with the “now available without prescription.” I find that statement comical because it never was a prescription product. It’s just an attempt of Thermocerin to add more hype to their product.
Ingredients in Thermocerine, Nothing New
If I had one word to describe the ingredient mix in Thermocerin it would be average. For something advertised to be so new and innovative you wouldn’t be able to tell by the list of ingredients.
There are two things that we do like in Thermocerin, green tea and caffeine, but everything else is mediocre at best.
Green Tea is a great anti-oxidant and clinical studies have shown that there are links to weight loss. Caffeine has been shown to increase both physical and mental output. Unfortunately, in this “proprietary blend” as they like to call it, there are not sufficient amounts of either green tea or caffeine to make it an effective fat burner. The rest of the ingredients in Thermocerin are just fillers with one exception, Yohimbe.
Stay Away From Yohimbe
Yohimbe comes from an extract of an African tree called Yohimbine. Yohimbe is often used as a natural aphrodisiac.
It has been shown to cause unpredictable effects on blood pressure; Yohimbe should be approached with caution.
The FDA lists these as possible side effects, renal failure, seizures, anxiety, and even death. Yikes! It probably is only a matter of time until Yohimbe is banned by the FDA from the market.
Pros
- Contains Caffeine and Green Tea
Cons
- Numerous Side Effects
- Very Expensive
- Nothing New
Conclusion
Thermocerin is a very average product that contains Yohimbe (a drug with bad side effects). It costs $60, which is outrageous for just an ordinary product.
The Weight Loss Cure
Can “The Weight Loss Cure” Really “Cure” Weight Loss?
“The Weight Loss Cure” is a book that according to the authors “cures weight loss.” But can it help you lose weight? Let’s take a closer look.
Another Weight Loss Book to Add to the Pile
“The Weight Loss Cure” is the latest in what seems to be countless weight loss books that proclaim the secret to losing weight. Kevin Trudeau’s The Weight Loss Cure fits right in with the weight loss book mold, boasting that it has the ability to “reshape your body,” “get rid of abdominal fat,” “increase your metabolism,” “eliminate hunger and food cravings,” and “cleanse the body toxins.” Like most of these weight loss books, I find “The Weight Loss Cure” to focus more on what a great weight loss program it is than rather focusing on how to lose weights.
“The Weight Loss Cure” Strategy A.K.A Common Sense
The Weight Loss Cure has a non-conventional approach to losing weight. The book states that a specific diet or even exercise is not required to lose weight. Science has proven otherwise. You know what they say about when a diet program seems to be too good to be true; it probably is. Trudeau really did some great research stating that eating earlier dinners and more salads will promote weight loss. Also he tells readers to stay away from fast foods and artificial sweeteners. There’s just a whole lot of information that everybody knows already. For a book that costs nearly $40 we were expecting more innovative and new ideas and less common sense.
Pros
- Some Good Ideas
Cons
- Full of Common Sense
- Nothing New
- Expensive
Final Verdict
It seems like “The Weight Loss Cure” appears to be nothing more than an attempt at making a quick buck. Save your money and your time and get something that will really help you lose weight.
The Burn
Is the Burn Really an Effective Fat Burner?
Have you read the Burn’s official website. It appears as if “The Burn is simply the most sought after product on the market.” That came as a surprise to me as I reviews products for a living and I had never heard of “The Burn” until about a week ago. Sounds like a lot of hype to me. Just like my mom always said, don’t ever believe self-acclaimed hype. If it comes from a third party source, then that is a different story. Let’s take a look at the ingredients and see if any of this self-proclaimed hype can be substantiated.
Ingredients in the Burn
Synephrine – Synephrine has been shown to be a good alternative to the now banned Ephedra. It is basically Ephedra without the side effects. The only problem is “The Burn” doesn’t have enough Synephrine in their product for it to be effective.
Yohimbe- Yohimbe is a questionable ingredient due to possible side effects. It probably is only a matter of time until the FDA bans Yohimbe from the market.
Caffeine- “The Burn” contains caffeine, which has been shown to increase both mental and physical output.
Other Ingredients in “The Burn”, Nothing New
The other ingredients in “The Burn” are nothing to write home about. They just seem to be cheap fillers to complete the product.
Pros
- Contains Synephrine and Caffeine
Cons
- Potential Side Effects
- Not Scientific Studies to back their claims
- Nothing New
Conclusion
“The Burn” is a typical thermogenic that has some decent ingredients, but totally lacks the amount in each serving to be really effective. I wouldn’t recommend “The Burn” nor would I waste my money on this product.
Tetrazene LineHow Do The Tetrazene Line of Fat Burners Hold Up Against the Competition?
There are three products in the Tetrazene series, Tetrazene Extreme, Tetrazene ES 50 and Tetrazene KGM 90. They are all very similar with subtle differences. A review of each one is available on this web site. Are they effective fat burners? Let’s take a look and see.
Pros
- May suppress appetite
- Available at large retail outlets
- Contain good ingredients
Cons
- No Satisfaction or Money Back Guarantees
Conclusion
Tetrazene makes several terrific products. They may suppress your appetite and help you lose weight.
Tetrazene KGM 90
Does Tetrazene KGM 90 Really Work?
Tetrazene KGM 90 comes from the same makers as Tetrazene Xenadrine EFX. Tetrazene Xenadrine EFX is an extremely popular fat burner that has helped many people lose weight.
Ingredients in Tetrazene KGM 90
The ingredients in Tetrazene KGM 90 are not for burning fat but rather help with appetite suppression. The main ingredient in KGM 90 is Glucomannan. It has received mixed reviews and some people question if there is a link with Glucomannan and appetite suppression. I would say there is. Glucomannan expands to 50 times it size when consumed with water. This means that your tummy feels full, but not full of fat or water, but with a healthy digestible fiber that won’t give you gas or leave you running for the bathroom.
Pricing
Tetrazene KGM 90 can be found from 30 to 40 dollars on most of the big diet supplement websites.
Pros
- Contains a good, natural appetite suppressant.
Cons
- No Fat Burner Ingredients
- On the pricey side for a Glucomannan supplement.
- No Money Back Guarantee
Conclusion
KGM-90 will help you suppress your appetite. It contains safe and natural ingredients. If you have tried KGM 90 please submit your feedback below!
Does Tetrazene Extreme Work?
Tetrazene Extreme comes from the same makers as Tetrazene and Xenadrine EFX. Both of these products have received plenty of positive reviews and have helped many people lose weight.
Effectiveness of Tetrazene Extreme
There are a couple of ingredients in Tetrazene that we like such as green tea extract and caffeine. Green tea is a great anti-oxidant and caffeine has been shown to improve both mental and physical output.
Besides those two, Tetrazene Extreme is loaded with stimulants that will help increase your metabolic rate.
Pricing
Tetrazene Extreme is about $35 for a 30-day supply.
Pros
- Contains Green Tea and Caffeine
- Is a hard core fat burner
Cons
- No satisfaction guarantee
Final Verdict- If you are looking for an extreme fat burner, take a look at Tetrazene Extreme. It is loaded with stimulants so be sure that you take it as directed and you probably don’t want to take it before you go to bed!
Tetrazene ES-50
Can Tetrazene ES-50 Help you Lose Weight?
Tetrazene ES-50 is the latest out of Tetrazene series. It is made for those that are “serious about weight loss.” If you’ve read any reviews on the other Terazene products on the internet, you’ll know they have been less than critically acclaimed. But is Terazen any different? Let’s take a closer look and see.
A Whole Lot of Claims and a Potential Lawsuit?
We all know, that these kind of companies run on a lot of hype but Tetrazene may have taken it a little too far. They claim their pills are the “weapons of war against fat.”
While we understand talking yourself up is important, companies cross the line when they start misleading the public.
A potential class-action lawsuit is currently being investigated concerning whether Tetrazene KGM-90′s advertising claims are false, deceptive, or misleading.
That is not good for Tetrazene or for the diet supplement industry all together.
Ingredients in Tetrazene ES-50
Tetrazene ES-50 is composed of a few proprietary blends. A lot of times with proprietary blends there is the tendency to have cheap filler ingredients. They don’t give the ratios of those blends so we are just left to guess.
The main ingredient in Tetrazene ES-50 is Glucomannan. Glucomannan is an appetite suppressor with mixed reviews on effectiveness.
There are a couple ingredients I like in Tetrazene ES-50 such as caffeine and green tea. But the problem is that Tetrazene ES-50 just doesn’t contain enough of either caffeine or green tea to make it an effective product.
No Satisfaction or Money Back Guarantee
It always says a lot about a company’s confidence in itself when there is no satisfaction or money back guarantee.
Pros
- Green Tea and Caffeine (although small amounts)
Cons
- Deceptive Advertising
- Numerous Bad Customer Reviews
- No Money Back Guarantee
Conclusion- We don’t recommend Tetrazene ES-50 due to its deceptive marketing strategies and ineffective ingredient mix.
T3 Fat Burner
Is the T3 an Effective Fat Burner?
T3 by SAN claims to take fat burning to a new level. I wish I had a nickel for every time I have heard that. But are any of their claims valid? Let’s take a closer look and see.
Losing Weight By Increasing Thyroid Hormones? What?
The secret according to T-3 is obtaining elevated thyroid hormone levels without ‘shutting down’ their natural production of hormones. What? Oh, so that is how you lose weight.
Does this sound confusing to you? Because it sounds confusing to me and I review fat burners for a living. I had no idea how there would be any correlation between elevated thyroid hormone levels and weight loss. The bad thing about is that T-3 makes no attempt to expound that statement, leaving us in the dark. Or could it be they have no idea how the increased thyroid hormone levels relate with weight loss as well.
Not only do they not explain themselves but also there are no study results or data of any kind. It is hard to take any of their claims seriously.
Ingredients In T3
The main ingredient in T3 is Guggulsterones. They are a mixture of several compounds isolated from the plant Commiphora Mukul (also called Gum Guggul). Guggulsterones according to the makers of T3 increase the thyroid hormone levels.
Cost
You can get a months supply of T3 for about 20 dollars. That would be reasonable if T3 was an effective product but since it’s not, well, it’s a waste of 20 dollars.
Pros
- Reasonably Priced
Cons
- Not Backed By Science
- No Effective Fat Burners
- No Study Results
- No Appetite Suppressors
Final Verdict- Unfortunately there is a lot more fiction than fact with T3.
Diet System 6
Does Diet System 6 Work?
Diet System 6 is a supplement made especially for men. Most consumer reviews on Diet System 6 on the internet have been negative. So we decided to do our own investigation on Diet System 6 and see if it has what it takes to help you lose weight. Let’s take a closer look and find out.
No Website, Sounds Fishy
There is no website for Diet System 6 which raises some red flags. There are usually two reasons why a supplement company will not have a web site. Both reasons are not good.
The first reason is that the company doesn’t have enough money for a web site. If they don’t have money for a web site, we can only wonder that they didn’t have enough money for research and product development. It pretty much is a guarantee for an ineffective product.
The second reason is that they have no confidence in their product. They think building a web site will just be a waste of money because their product is going to be a dud anyways. They usually just try to cut their losses and sell their product to third party vendors for a huge discount.
Ingredients in Diet System 6
Ingredients in Diet System 6 include Chitosan, CitriMax, and L-carnitine. The only ingredient I like in Diet System 6 is L-carnitine. L-carnitine is for overall health however and doesn’t have any links to weight loss. Although a good ingredient, L-carnitine is not worth the hefty price tag associated with buying a supplement.
As for the other two ingredients, no links to weight loss have been proven.
Pros
- None
Cons
- No Company Website
- Expensive
- No Effective Fat Burners
- No Appetite Suppressors
Conclusion
Diet System 6 to be completely blunt is a weak fat burner. It seems like it was put together without a lot of research or thought.
Syneburn
Is Syneburn an Effective Fat Burner?
As I was doing my research on Syneburn, I googled it. About the first five links given were warnings to not take it due to the side effects. There are obviously some people out there that have had some bad experiences with Syneburn. But in America, you are innocent until proven guilty so let’s see how Syneburn measures up.
The Safety Concerns of Syneburn
On the Syneburn web site you’ll find the following warning:
“Warning: Not for use by individuals under the age of 18. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Consult a physician or licensed qualified health care professional before using this product if you are at risk for, have been treated for, or are diagnosed with high blood pressure, heart disease, thyroid disease, depression or other psychiatric condition, renal disease, recurrent headaches, spasms, have asthma or taking asthma medication, or if you are using a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI). Keep out of reach of children. Always consult a physician prior to using any dietary supplements.”
Yikes! The only thing missing from that warning is the Surgeon General.
As Close to a Stimulant As You Can Get
The reason that there are so many health concerns with Syneburn is because there are so many stimulant-like substances in it.
They got one thing right in the ingredient mix however, Synephrine. Synephrine is an extract from what is called “Bitter Orange.” Scientific studies have linked Synephrine with weight loss. The problem with Syneburn is that they have added all these other stimulants to the mix along with Synephrine and the result is a supplement that is not as effective and with side effects.
Pros
- Contains Synephrine
Cons
- Numerous Side Effects
- Stimulant Based
- No Appetite Suppressors
Conclusion- There are a lot better fat burners out there without the side effects.
